Welcome.
I'm Bailey Smith and this meditation is here to support you during the holiday season and any other season of life that may feel busy or full.
Take a moment to remove any distractions that are around you to welcome yourself into this space.
Find a comfortable seat on the floor or in a chair.
Start to roll your shoulders up towards your ears and then allow them to fall down your back.
Let your palms rest on your thighs and allow your body to settle to stillness.
Close your eyes or find a low gaze in front of you.
Start to notice your breath.
Notice your breath fill and empty your lungs.
Follow it in and out of your body.
Track it from fullness to emptiness.
Quietly repeat the affirmation to yourself,
I accept myself completely here and now.
Begin to imagine something you'd like to manifest.
Imagine that it has already happened.
Start to picture yourself in this moment.
Remember to visualize this image as clearly as possible in your mind.
Now start to surround that vision with a pink bubble and place your goal inside the pink bubble.
Pink is the color tied to the heart which is associated with love,
Compassion,
Joy.
The heart is the source of deep and profound truth that cannot always be expressed in words.
Your own truth.
Now start to let go of the bubble and imagine it floating off into the universe,
Still holding your vision.
As the bubble gets further and further away from you,
You encourage yourself to let go of any control or any grip that you might have over the outcome.
Now it is free to float around in the universe,
Attracting and gathering energy for its manifestation.
And it's in this moment that you have nothing more to do,
Nowhere else to be but to allow this bubble to float away.
Quietly repeating the affirmation to yourself,
I accept myself completely here and now.
Bring your awareness back into your body.
Follow your breath as it enters and leaves.
Loosen any grip in your face,
Your shoulders or hands.
Just allow your body to be still,
To be at ease,
To be right here.
Edge of You may stay here as long as you need.
You may stay here as long as you need.
You may stay here as long as you need.
If you're moving on and back into your day,
Slowly start to deepen your breath on your next inhale.
Begin to bring movement back to your fingers and toes as you reawaken.
Start to notice the sounds that surround you,
The floor supporting you,
The touch of the air on your skin.
Coming back into this moment that's right in front of you with this new release of your vision,
Your goal into the universe.
When you're ready,
Start to softly link your eyes open and welcome the light of the room back in.
Slide both of your hands together over your heart and just take a moment of pause.
Taking with you what you need for the day ahead,
The moments ahead and leaving behind what you don't.
Thank you so much for being here.
Namaste.
