This is a deeper gratitude meditation that can trigger positive changes in your life; and help to create noticeable shifts into a more positive mindset. Being in a state of gratitude helps to heal and open the heart, balance emotions and to be more receptive to the love, blessings and happiness of life. A gratitude mindset is a solution mindset and meditating on gratitude helps the brain to find the solutions to problems we may encounter in life. Gratitude has been scientifically proven to improve mental health and create positive changes in the brain. The background music is therapeutic sound healing music created by a Composer, Scientist and advanced Music Therapist to relieve stress and induce a hypnotic state of calm and deep relaxation. The guided meditation begins after a two minute intro. There is about a minute of music at the end to complete the practice; after i finish speaking. Enjoy!
