All right,

Welcome to your mini workshop on healing through intuition with me,

Your host,

Brandon Wilcox here,

With maybe a lifetime of where I was intuitive to energies and where that either helped or hurt my healing path and where ultimately developing my intuition led to being able to heal things that I was processing and things that were working against me and bogging me down my whole childhood.

And so just to speak a little bit more on it,

I was very sensitive to the world around me where being around kids at school,

It was kind of overwhelming.

I could feel their feelings,

Hear their thoughts.

I was always so concerned what everybody else was doing.

It kind of pulled me out of my body and I would have really a lot of anxiety and cramping.

And I would go to the doctors for years and years really since I was maybe like 12 onwards and they never had any idea what it was.

I'd be hospitalized for the pain and they'd say,

Oh,

You're just constipated.

Oh,

Just this or that.

And there was never really any solution.

And it started to feel more and more like I was going crazy and that my body was attacking me and working against me until I found an intuitive path and was able to start to be aware of what was affecting me and to notice how what I was being aware of was causing some of those symptoms and then having tools to work with it to ease those symptoms.

And so I've spent 11 years since then developing my own intuition and healing abilities and teaching others to do the same.

And so this mini workshop is a fun one for me,

One that I really enjoy because it's healing through intuition.

And so,

You know,

Kind of the steps for that is what is intuition,

How to tap into it and find that for yourself.

And then how can you use that intuition to then heal your body or heal your life in some way?

And so the dictionary definition for intuition is to know something by abnormal means.

Just be able to know it and there not really be a way that you can prove how you knew that.

It's not an intellectual reasoning.

It's just a knowing.

And so we're all born with this ability to be intuitive.

And we're just intuitive right off the bat.

It's just part of who we are.

It's just that as we go about life,

We don't necessarily have the words or the validation from the outside world to have a recognition of our intuitive part of ourselves.

It's like being aware,

But not being aware that you are aware.

Kind of odd.

And so when I'm looking at people in readings,

I like to look at their intuitive voice,

Their inner voice,

And how that's working for them.

And I'll see,

Does this person have intuition in the sense of they see really clear images out in front of them?

Like give them information about their world?

Does this person have a clear sense of knowingness?

Or they just kind of know what direction to go in.

They just kind of know what to do,

But they don't really know how they know it.

And they try not to think about it too much.

Just kind of hurry up and make the decision once they get that sense of knowingness.

Is it like that?

Or are they totally unconscious to that?

And the world has told them they can only figure out things with their analytical part of their mind.

You have to think about it to know it.

You have to have rational reasoning.

And so people with that type of conditioning,

They'll oftentimes feel it in their body or people that are really sensitive,

But they have no framework for what it means.

They'll become really empathic and they'll start to feel the people in the world around them.

Or in my case,

They'll kind of take it on into their body in some way.

And they have to receive that intuition through a physical means or through their life experience.

Your intuition is telling you it's time to leave that relationship and move in a different direction or leave that job and move in a different direction.

And you don't hear that or you don't know how to listen and believe that voice.

So you don't do it.

And then the world slaps you with the lesson.

It's first a small lesson and then it gets bigger and bigger until you really listen.

And so that can happen with a life experience like a relationship or a job,

But it can also happen with our health.

Our body can be giving us messages or there can be something going on that we're intuiting but ignoring.

And so there's an underlying health issue that's starting to boil up or an energy that we're holding on to.

And so in this class,

We're going to learn how to work with that.

But maybe one more fun example is when I was a kid,

We were on a family trip to the mountains and we had maybe been skiing or something and it was time for us to drive home.

And my dad being very analytical and an engineer,

He's like,

Okay,

We're going to leave at this time.

We're all packed up the night before.

We're going to get back home at this time.

And all of a sudden I got this weird woozy feeling,

This energy,

This intuition started to come in that said not to leave.

And me as a kid,

I didn't have any say in anything.

I couldn't tell them not to leave or understand why I was feeling woozy.

And so all of a sudden I started getting sick to my stomach and I was throwing up and by the toilet for about an hour.

And then all of a sudden it just cleared out of nowhere and I felt perfectly fine.

It was like,

Oh,

Couldn't be food poisoning.

That lasts a lot longer.

Couldn't be a virus.

That lasts a lot longer.

It just came and it went.

And I think my dad had saw the news on his phone or on the TV as we were leaving and there had been a seven car pileup right where we would have been in traffic had we left.

And so that was my intuition not being totally received.

And so my body having to take that on and having to do something with that.

So that's what we want to avoid,

Right?

A lot of the leading success experts will say that 90% of the problem is psychological.

That 90% of what's keeping somebody from living the life that they really want,

Having the success that they really want is psychological.

And so if it's psychological,

Then how do you solve that?

Well,

By using your intuition to be aware of what's unseen.

That's what people call shadow work,

Right?

Those parts of us that are hiding outside of our awareness that were just false beliefs.

These mental images that we're feeding ourselves that say,

Oh,

If I take this leap,

Then I'm going to fail and there's going to be no one to catch me and no one's going to love me.

All these different things that hold us back.

Well,

The same thing can go for our healing.

Those images that we're feeding ourselves,

They are really powerful.

They have a really big effect.

So are you feeding yourself a mental image that says you're only going to be loved if you over give to everyone in your life.

If you sacrifice yourself and give all your energy away,

That's the only way you'll be loved and accepted.

Or that the only way that people are going to love you is if you're going to be your friend.

The only way that people are going to want to be your friend is if you take everything on,

If you hear all their problems and stories and just really hold it close in your heart.

Or there's countless different examples of it could just be an image as simple as my body's bad,

It's failing me,

It's not doing what I want it to do,

It's not perfect enough,

It's not doing this and that.

And we send these different images and beliefs.

You could almost say if you're like your crown chakra part of you on the top of your head and then you're feeding that down to that mental part of you,

It becomes a thought and then it feeds down to an emotion and your body fuels it and it becomes an energy that's moving through you that can then become some sort of illness or element or something that's going on.

Are you holding on to a trauma and you believe that if you take a certain step in your life that you're going to be in that trauma again and it's not going to be safe?

And so is it that the only way that people are going to care for you is if you're sick and so you have to hold yourself in some sickness so that they're there to take care of you?

There's all sorts of examples that I could give and we're going to learn how to see those for yourself.

I want to give you really practical information of how to look at that,

How to find that within and then what to do with it.

But kind of part of what I'm trying to say is 90% of that equation is just being aware of it.

You have something that comes up,

You have a stomach ache and is it just a stomach ache and that's all it is?

Or are you aware of what's the underlying energy of what's going on with it?

And my example of that is the other day I was having a stomach ache,

Some cramping,

Kind of similar to how I used to have it as a teenager which hadn't happened in a while where it was really severe and tight and painful and I felt this nerve pain and inflammation going up the left side of my body to my head and it almost feels like a fluttering in the heart and kind of a tension the whole way and I was like oh there's the energy of fear and how did I discern that?

Well I felt some fear around this tightness and I'm like okay you could think of that as I'm just afraid of being in pain or is it something more?

Is it a greater fear there?

And me having practiced this for a long time I instantly saw an image out in front of me of a time when I was a kid and I was at my friend's house and his mom was sort of feeling unsafe and there was some violent energy around her and there was scary dogs that were locked up in a cage barking and a grandma who had cancer and was dying but nobody would talk about it so she was just kind of grumpy in another room and didn't really make sense to my kid mind and so there was this energy of not feeling safe in my environment and all of a sudden I see all these other memories that came after that of times where I had felt unsafe in the car with an unsafe person,

In this unsafe situation,

So on and so forth and where I had felt that same stomach and nerve pain and if we don't heal something or examine it it'll show back up in our life in another way no matter how healthy of a person you are how healthy your life is it'll show up and so for me it might show up when I'm going rock climbing all of a sudden there's this pain in my stomach this nerve stuff this fear and it's like oh okay I'm in a relatively safe but a little bit risky situation just in the fact that climbing's not perfectly safe and it's triggering this energy this whole chain reaction of all this other stuff and so I was able to release the energy of that situation and feeling of unsafe kind of communicate to myself that I'm now in a safe environment and instantly it went away and there was this whoosh this silence and I was like wow there's been this kind of pain and that nerve for so long making this subtle sound I hadn't felt this silence like since I was a kid and I was like oh my stomach has all this space I can breathe deeper for the first time ever since then and it shifted it was as simple as that it didn't have to you know take a bunch of probiotics or go to years of you know this or that that stuff can be helpful but you want to heal the energy at the level in which it came in so if I fall and break my arm I'm gonna go get a cast but if there's an emotional unsafety that was too big for my body as a kid and so it got stored in there in a way that I was uh kind of harboring it or holding on to it you want to heal it at that level you want to heal it at the level it came in at so uh 90 of it's being aware 10 of it is having a tool to make that shift to make that change and so I'm gonna teach you how to be aware and I'm going to give you some tools uh to work with to heal that so let's just jump right in I'll stop talking so we can get to it you all look very ready so go ahead and find a comfortable spot to sit in if you're not already for the energy work and meditations that I teach as workshops uh it's generally better to sit somewhere where you can have your feet on the floor you can be kind of upright for this one you can be cross-legged if you want um I would just still be upright because it's going to help you kind of be alert and that part of you that's engaged uh in sort of more of those things that could be potential triggers will come out in this exercise versus if you're laying down and falling asleep you know how triggered do you get when you're asleep you're kind of connected in a different way that's not as useful um so just get nice and comfortable and just start to feel your body in your chair start to come back to yourself good way to recenter and connect to your body is through some deep breathing you can take a deep breath in and you can hold it for a couple of seconds and then take a deep exhalation out when you're ready just do this a couple times to physically get centered to get here and so you may notice that there's parts of you that are maybe a little bit lit up or excited or that you're just kind of aware of like maybe it could be some jitteriness maybe it could be a sensation or a thought that's going about I'm going to use that word a lot tonight um you know we talked about some healing stories and some ways in which your body can be affected by energy and so what I want to do here is the first step I'm going to take you through is how to be aware at a higher level how to be aware at a clairvoyant or intuitive level that goes beyond being empathic beyond feeling things through your body or thinking them through your mind and so as you breathe and get comfortable get relaxed know that this meditation space can be one where you can be amused you can be happy you don't have to be serious you get to have fun and healing that's one of the good parts about this work and I want you to just see if you could imagine where you are in your body where do you come in at if you were a ball of light and you were to say okay this part of my body is where I show up the most maybe it's in your solar plexus maybe it's in your chest down by your belly button and if you're familiar with the chakra systems it's kind of more common knowledge in today's world you may notice at a chakra level where do you where are you mostly occupying your space and just be aware of that and honest with yourself as to where that place is and then I want you to imagine that there's a little you standing in that spot I described it as a ball of light but you could even see a little image of yourself and if you could imagine that you could hop on an elevator and take that elevator up up your body all the way up to the center of your head that space a little bit above your eyebrows and back kind of in between your ears a little bit above your eyebrows right there in the center of your head just ride that elevator up to that spot and have that little you stand right there this is the first step towards tapping into your intuition it may sound really simple but so often so much of our energy is in those lower parts of our body which are really those lower energy centers and those lower energy centers are where we perceive at a different level we're constantly perceiving the world around us if you're in your body at a first chakra level at the base of your spine you're perceiving the world through your survival radar if you're coming in at a belly button area your second chakra you're perceiving the world through emotions and sensations and so on and so forth heart chakra you may be feeling it at that heart level fifth chakra everything's communication for you and so we've moved up to the sixth chakra in the center of your head to where you can perceive things with clear sight you don't have to rely on the information from your body or your emotions which can sometimes be affected by various things could be as simple as something you ate could be that there's a lot of other people's emotions in there so the message isn't super clear well here in this captain's chair in this spot in the center of your head that's where it gets to be just you there's anyone else hanging out in that space if you see an image of anyone or start thinking of anyone else just move them out ask them to leave you can just see them walking right out of your head space so that it's only you in there maybe there's a scene in that center of head space you could be in a nature scene you could be in a room of some sort but you want to think of this as your energetic center you moved into your physical centering through breathing through yoga stretching all those sorts of things and then through your power of visualization you're commanding your energy to move up in frequency to this higher place in the center of your head your energetic center point there's a lot of popular people out there talking about raising your frequency this and that and trying to make it kind of woo-woo and complicated and things like that but it can be as simple as using your visionary skills to move yourself up in those chakras move up to this center can be simple we're going to demystify things so that you can actually use them in your day-to-day life and this isn't to be mistaken with the analytical part of your mind it's not that feeling of when people say to get out of your head and so i want you to start to be the watcher you gotta be the watcher and what are you aware of aside from my voice what is it that grabs your attention is there some distraction that comes up does your awareness go to what you're gonna do the rest of the night or does it go to the thought to feeling does it go to a sensation you don't have to do anything with it yet we'll get there just see there just see what you are aware of naturally what's passing through is there a dream of yours a desire is there a level of curiosity a frustration sometimes just as you go into this inner realm and start to talk about healing there can be things that come up and it can feel like i'm torturing you by not getting to the point not just getting there and healing it right away because you know it's lit up in your space but we will get there step by step each step being equally important to the healing process and so what i want you to do is we're conditioned to relate to the world based off of how we're conditioned as a baby right so you come in as this bright rainbow light this very colorful light spirit and here you are kind of near your body saying hello to your parents and the souls around you and they're saying hi looking at your body addressing you on a physical level and saying this is you this is how you relate to the world and so you start to develop this first primary relationship between you and your body and your body and everything else and then as we go on we're just used to relating to things by physical means and so in order to be able to heal and work with this energy we're going to give it a physical form that way we can relate to it the way we relate to other things and start to work with it and when i say give it a physical form what i mean is whatever you're being aware of rather than just being aware of it in your body or around you i want you to imagine that there's like a giant tv screen out in front of you or a giant whiteboard some sort of parameters for where you can see things that's the type of intuition we're going to work with tonight is being able to see stuff and so just let it be easy let it be fun let it be kindergarten it's just imagination time you see those kids who are just you know when i took my kids camping and i just left them there with a stick while i sat up i could hear them coming up with all these elaborate games all these things they were imagining just let it be like that it doesn't have to be any performance or expectation you just get a c and so what i want you to see is whatever you're being aware of showing up as a cloud that cloud is the form that we're giving it so we can do something with it so whether that's a thought whether that's an emotion whatever comes up see it as a cloud passing by one thing you're aware of maybe a bigger cloud and one thing maybe a smaller cloud and i want you to then allow that cloud to have some sort of coloration to it so maybe you see that that cloud is like a really dark rain cloud a big cumulonimbus or whatever the rain cloud the shape is and there's a lot of maybe like dark energy in it dark blue kind of black and i want you to first be aware of just the way that you're black and i want you to first be aware of just the form of what that looks like what color does it come in at for you for this particular thing you're noticing does it come in as a red does it come in as a blue yellow green is it bouncing full of life is it really aloof just just sort of see the physicality of it first and foremost and just pick one thing to be aware of one color to get from this cloud and you can see the shape of it too kind of what that's displaying and then i want you to just see what does that color remind you of what does that color make you think of and what does that shape of the cloud make you think of so maybe if it's that rain cloud it's more obvious it's displaying a sad emotion some like grief that's coming through maybe it's green and that green reminds you of fresh cut grass and maybe that reminds you of a job well done something that's completed maybe it's red and that reminds you of blood blood and you're scared of blood so that makes you think of fear you have the sensation thought you know feeling whatever it is and that may be obvious information but looking at this color that's going to show you maybe a little bit more than what's obvious what does that color remind you of what does it make you think of and is there a connection to what was arising within you to what you were being aware of could you sort of create a story out of that so maybe you saw green as your example and that green was a job well done but the cloud is just sitting there hanging out you get a sense that there's confusion as to what to do next where there's a maybe an element of holding on to a past accomplishment and that kind of defines who you are in your life and so that's what you're holding on to and there's this fear around well who are you beyond that what's the next thing that you can move into and do you have to let go of that self that was based on that accomplishment to get there is there a story that you can kind of unravel from this energy that you're looking at or maybe you have the red energy and you see fear in the energy that's passing through you like my stomach ache example it's like oh the stomach ache was obvious but the fear was not that's what took a little bit of intuition to see oh okay it's fear and then from there there was an image that came to my mind of that time in childhood a time that i haven't thought about since then and so just be open to receiving again it doesn't have to be serious it's not passing a test there's no expectation it's not if you don't get it right immediately on your first try you're doomed and you're not going to be a good healer or a good intuitive no just see what you can be aware of based off of that energy you get to explore that and see is there a memory that's attached to it is there something more and so that awareness is kind of the first step and part of what's happening too it may seem like a really simple step to be aware of something like this but part of what you're doing is already a healing because when you're going about your day and you're walking past the angry construction workers that are mad that you're walking on their sidewalk or parking in their spot and you absorb that energy at lunch then you go back to your office and you feel grumpy and angry and you don't know why what's happened there is you've started to become the energy that's affecting you so there's no space between you and what you're experiencing and so just by seeing it in this cloud and seeing this energy in this color something that may seem really simple you're already taking your first step in healing because you're seeing that it's not you that you were not this thought emotion sensation this problem this issue sometimes we can have really deep stories with something that we want to heal it's such a big part of our life like for me having stomach issues since I was a young kid it affected my ability to go to jobs to be able to you know go to certain situations because I was afraid of having the cramping and having to leave or run to a bathroom or this or that and so it became such a big part of the story and so this first step of just being aware and putting it out in front of you you get space between you and that energy you acknowledge that you are not it you are the awareness of it so that's already a big step in your healing so don't undervalue that simple exercise it's actually kind of a master's task if you can be aware of yourself as this awareness point and not and be able to perceive the problem in your day-to-day life that alone is going to clear up a lot that's why the mindfulness movement really kind of took off this is just a psychic way of doing it a way of going deeper so let's go ahead and get to it a little further become aware of something specifically that's bothering you something that's maybe like okay if you had something in mind you wanted to heal in this mini workshop something that you're going to take the skills you learned here today and actually heal something let's do it right now let's get down to business what's something that you want to heal could be a pain an ache a fear a worry could be a blockage something in lack maybe it's just excessive thoughts that have been holding you back or maybe it's something that you just want to expand upon something that you want to make brighter better in your life if you don't have anything at all that that you want to heal you can borrow it from you know someone next to you in our zoom room you can grab it from a partner if you don't have anything i can share if you need a healing task yeah and and that kind of reminds me too that the other important first step in healing something is that you can't take it seriously if you're coming at this from an angle of seriousness it's not going to change it it's not going to help it it's only going to get in the way it's only going to tie you up so can we be like the laughing buddha and laugh at this issue that we have even if it's something that we're really really stuck on like for example i was doing a session with somebody uh today and in that session there was an energy that they were really stuck on it was a big stuck point they were feeling like they couldn't move forward in their life that they couldn't travel that they didn't get to do anything fun they had this mental image we talked about how powerful those images are and she had a mental image that she was going to fail and end up working at mcdonald's at a really old age and it was this very serious thing and as we started to identify this mental worry that they were just showing to themselves causing their body to be more intense causing them to feed their creative energy into this fear image we suddenly both started to see how funny it was we started to imagine her this really sweet powerful amazing psychic being who teaches by the way some of the biggest teachers and some really high-end amazing clients and so a very capable person with this big fear that there was going to be this total like collapse and failure and ending up in this bad situation and so we both just started laughing and laughing and laughing uh so much so that we were getting tears in our eyes and it was just you know really hilarious and that finally gave us room to be able to take the next step uh in our healing and so go ahead and find some of that amusement it could be an image of a funny meme that you saw this week uh an image of a of a fail a flop something that happened that made you chuckle wherever you can muster it up fun just find some amusement and then i want you to see the problem the thing that you wanted to heal you can see it again as a colored cloud out on that screen out in front of you like we were practicing and it's like if this energy is surrounding the area of concern just take a look at it and start to think of what does this particular cloud remind you of the shape of it is it really big and daunting does it seem really huge or is it really small or is it really small and whimsical like you can't ever grab on to it very invasive and there's the obvious problem of what you're experiencing as the problem but let's take a deeper look at what the energy of it is just like we did before we're just being more specific as to what we're trying to heal here so you can see that as a color what color does that cloud become and just keep it simple what does that color remind you of if you weren't associating it with the thing don't try to think about it don't try to be like oh well i'm experiencing shh and i'm seeing orange and so orange reminds me of medicine bottles and i have this fear of being sick that could be it could be really valid but you don't have to be analytical about it and like connecting the dots and making sense just see the color and then as if it's not attached to anything what does that color remind you of is it blue and reminds you of freedom of the sky openness is it like really green and that reminds you of food poisoning what is this color surrounding the problem or healing request that you have uh what does it mean to you and i want you to see does that color well first is there any images that go with that color in that meaning that you made if you could come up with just a little brief story for yourself is there any memory is there anything that you intuitively pick up on that's linked to this problem linked to this color it's yellow and that yellow is kind of a brownish yellow and it reminds me of people yelling at each other it reminds me of kind of like stress and there was a time where i was being told that i had to hurry up and get to a certain spot in my life and that energy stayed in here and it's created an underlying anxiety where i feel like i always need to be one step ahead i need to be paying attention making sure i'm in the right spot and keep going that way i don't get yelled at uh for standing still and so it's making it so i can't just be at peace where i'm at is it something like that what's your little story that you could make up you could intuit around it and it's okay if you don't get anything super clear this is your this is your possibly your first time trying it even seeing a color is good enough we're still going to be able to heal that in an amazing way so the next step is where does that color sit in your body so we have the problem whatever you pick to heal where does this color that you intuitively saw show up in your body is it in the same part of your body that has you know the problem or is it in a different part of your body is it you know in your head is it kind of around your body notice where that is yeah take note and then create an image of a rose out in front of you can still be on that screen we're going to use a rose because it's kind of a neutral image something that everyone knows what it is something that's easy to create and allow this rose to act as a vacuum or act as a magnet and you're going to set that rose to magnetizing out that energy of your problem that underlying energy whether you know the deep story and that deep story and original pain and where it came in at is coming out whether the spiritual pain mental pain emotional pain where did that come in at it created some level of separation some level of division within you or some level of a lie and so we're going to allow that energy to be pulled out by this rose out of your body out of your space into the rose to see that happening you can have a visceral feeling of that energy leaving maybe it's kind of like a whoo now i can breathe deeper it's a little more clear in my head a little more relaxed there can be an immediate sensation and sometimes it can take a little bit longer for everything to come out healing doesn't mean that you feel good immediately sometimes healing is detox sometimes i give a really big healing and someone has to go run to the bathroom or they feel bad for a day and then they feel really good the next day as it all clears up there's no right or wrong with it you could feel good immediately or maybe not just don't invalidate your own healing based off of you know what you what you're feeling because as we're learning feelings aren't always the truth so let that go into that rose completely and then imagine a bomb underneath that rose just blow it up in a flash of light explode that rose explode that energy it's just going to be neutralized out there in the world you don't need it anymore it's gone and so that's step two right step one is the awareness which is 90 of the equation step two is being able to release the energy that's underneath that illness or issue we talked about how that energy can come in at a different level than what it's presenting so might present as a physical issue but it originally came in as a spiritual mental or emotional issue so you release that at step two and now the final step with this is where we've worked to remove the negative images that you were sending yourself or that got put in there at some point in time we cleared that false belief that pain fear whatever it was for you so we cleared them out and now we're going to use a healthy image to replenish to fill yourself back in to create something new if you don't create something new and take a step forward in your healing after releasing you'll just kind of fall back into it potentially or pull something random in so we're going to be really intentional with what we want to pull in so create a beach ball sized bubble out in front of you again it's the power of our imagery or visualization to see that bubble and I want you to see that bubble infusing with the brightest shiniest golden light that you can possibly create and that bright shiny golden energy it's infused with the exact remedy for whatever you were going through whatever is the opposite of what you released the energy that you need to fill in with replenish with and keep in mind that there's no effort or trying and spiritual tools you can just let it happen we can be in that play space you just get to create a bright shiny golden ball in front of you it's not so serious it can be fun and it can be effective those two don't have to be contrary so take this beautiful ball of this healing elixir exactly what you need to heal that wound and imagine you can grab that bubble and pull it into that part of your body that needs it the most wherever that colored cloud got pulled out of and then you can just pull it out of that and that golden bubble can expand as big or as small as it needs to can fill your whole body or it can fill really densely into one spot you don't even have to know what the remedy is maybe the remedy with some self-love some affirmation a change in your belief you don't even have to totally know you can just fill it in let it settle let it shimmer through your being and give yourself a deep breath get some oxygen to your brain and you can start to wiggle you can start to stretch you can start to come out of meditation
