Continue to follow your breath,
Take some deep inhales and exhales,
Just noticing where your body and mind are falling today.
And we'll start with a little breathing technique called one-third part breath.
So how it works is we're going to inhale a third into the throat,
Inhale another third of air into the chest,
Inhale that final third of air into the belly,
And then we're going to take a long,
Slow exhale out.
So I'll guide you through the whole thing.
Start by exhaling all the stale air out of your body,
Then inhale a third up to the throat,
Inhale another third up to the chest,
Inhale that final third of air into the belly,
And long,
Slow exhale out.
We'll do that a few more times.
Inhale a third to the neck,
Throat,
Inhale another third to the chest,
Inhale that final third of air,
Fill the belly,
And one long exhale out.
Another round,
Inhale a third,
Inhale another third,
Inhale that final third,
And big exhale out.
Do a few more rounds at your own pace with your own breath,
Inhaling a third,
Filling up,
And taking that long exhale out.

Let's do just one more,
Ending on the exhale,
And just return to your natural rhythm of breath,
Following nice long inhales into the belly,
Slow,
Steady exhales,
Deflating the belly.
Begin to take a mental scan of your body from your head down to your toe.
Start by becoming aware of the top of your head,
Move the awareness down to the center of your forehead,
Gliding that awareness down to the very base of the throat,
Bring your awareness to the center of the chest,
Moving awareness down to the upper abdomen,
Becoming aware of the lower abdomen,
And noticing the very base of your tailbone at the end of your spine,
And at the base of your tailbone,
The very bottom of the spine and pelvis is your root chakra.
The root chakra is associated with survival,
Safety,
Basic security.
As you breathe,
Begin to imagine a red disc spinning at the base of your tailbone.
Intuitively notice if this energy center has felt dormant or overactive for you lately.
Have you felt safe and secure in getting your basic needs met?
Or have you felt unsafe,
Operating out of fear in survival mode?
With each breath,
This red disc grows larger and larger,
Shining a bold red light from the bottom of your tailbone.
Feel more rooted and secure in your survival as this red light shines.
Now shift your awareness into your pelvis,
The area in between the hip points,
About two inches below the navel.
This is your sacral chakra,
Your center of sexuality,
Creativity,
And desire.
Now see an orange disc of light spinning at the center of your pelvis.
Notice if this energy center has felt activated or quiet lately.
Have you felt safe in expressing your sexuality and allowing pleasure in your life?
Continue to breathe,
See this orange disc expand,
Shining a vibrant orange light out of your hip area.
Feel your authentic creativity shine,
Moving two inches above the navel at the center of your abdomen.
Arrive at your solar plexus chakra,
The center of personality,
Self-worth,
And confidence.
Begin to see a yellow disc of light spinning at the center of your abdomen.
Notice your current levels of confidence,
Your sense of self,
Your emotional awareness.
Has it been constricted or free-flowing?
Are you in touch with your personal power?
With each breath,
This yellow disc radiates more and more outward from your abdomen and into the world,
Letting your worth be known.
Drifting your awareness up to the center of the chest at your heart space,
Begin to feel into your heart chakra,
The center of love,
Compassion,
And connection,
Bridging the lower physical chakras with the higher spiritual chakras.
Now see a green disc of light start to spin at your heart center.
Notice if this area has felt overactive or underactive lately.
Have you been freely giving and receiving love?
Do you feel connected to who you are at your core?
Breathe into your heart and allow the green light to grow larger and larger,
Cocooning you in self-love and love for those in the space with you.
Travel up to the base of the throat,
Right at the hollow of your collarbone,
And arrive at the throat chakra,
The center of authentic communication,
Manifestation,
And your inner voice.
Envision a light blue disc spinning at the base of your throat.
Observe the flow of your expression.
Have you had to hold back on voicing your truth,
Or can you balance speech and silence?
Send your breath into your throat as the light blue disc glows larger and larger,
Balancing your truth.
Send your awareness now to the space between the eyebrows.
Plunge your awareness two inches deeper behind your frontal cortex and meet your third eye chakra,
The center of intuition,
Inner wisdom,
And insight.
Now see a dark blue indigo disc spinning behind the space between the eyebrows.
Notice if this energy center has been blocked or easily flowing.
Do you trust your intuition or lean heavily on your intellect?
Do you have faith in what you cannot see?
Breathe into the space of the third eye as the indigo orb of light amplifies.
Sit with your intuition.
Now move awareness to the top and center of the head,
The crown of the head,
And breathe into your crown chakra,
The center of higher connection to the universe and your higher self.
See a white orb of light spinning at the crown of your head.
As this white orb clears out,
Notice what is arising from this energy center.
Do you trust the universe,
The divine or spirit that is greater than you?
Do you allow your higher self to guide you?
As you breathe,
This white light spins larger and larger,
Broadening its reach beyond the space,
Beyond this country,
Beyond this earth.
Elevate your consciousness.
You are more than just your body.
Feel the unity of all that surrounds with all that is within.
Begin to see all of your chakras spinning at once,
Red at the root,
Orange at the sacral,
Yellow at the solar plexus,
Green at the heart,
Light blue at the throat,
Indigo at the third eye,
And white at the crown.
See a vibrant rainbow of colors within you along your spinal column.
All these colors spin and expand,
Harmonizing your energy to complete balance and alignment.
