Let's start this meditation by coming to a comfortable position lying on your back gazing at the sky or seated looking out to the sky.

If looking at the sky outdoors is not accessible for you right now you can lay on your back close your eyes and imagine a sky behind your eyelids.

Once you have arrived start by gently closing your eyes for a moment if you haven't yet or just relaxing the eyelids gently.

Then begin to notice your breath.

The spaces where it's entering and leaving your body.

Maybe really honing in on the cool air that draws into your nostrils and the warm air as it leaves your nostrils.

Notice every aspect of the quality of the air,

The temperature and texture with every breath in and every breath out.

Begin to send your breath down to your toes.

On your next inhale move the breath up to the center of the forehead.

On your next exhale the breath falls back down to the toes.

Inhale ascending the breath to the center of the forehead.

Exhale the breath descends to your toes.

Take a few more cycles of this breath on your own.

Inhaling as the breath moves up and exhaling as the breath moves down across your entire body.

Finish one last round of breath ending on the inhale at the center of your forehead.

Then open your eyes to the sky and exhale.

Take in every color,

Shape and texture of the sky through your eyes.

Seeing the curvature of every cloud.

Maybe noticing any lines drawn through the sky by airplanes.

The deep blue color of the sky.

Continue to breathe easy as you absorb the warmth of the Sun and the gentle air on your skin.

Allow your imagination to flow freely as timelines,

Scenes and messages from the sky offer themselves to you.

Trust in your intuition and inner wisdom to interpret the meaning behind what messages you see.

Through each sense of your body captivate this moment you are sharing with the earth and sky.

Start finding five things you can see and take those five things in fully through your sense of sight.

Then begin to identify four things you can touch.

You don't have to actively go so you can touch them but what is already connected to your sense of touch in this position that you're at.

Then begin to hone in on your sense of hearing by finding three things you can hear and shifting your focus mentally amplifying the volume of these three things as you move between them.

Begin to connect with your sense of smell and find two things you can smell in this exact moment.

Then connect with your sense of taste.

Seek one thing you can taste right now and I'll leave you here for a few more moments to fully immerse in the sky in your senses.

You can stay here gazing at the sky longer if it feels right to you and know that whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice you can close your eyes taking your whole experience in intertwining,

Absorbing,

Becoming one with the sky.

Then signal to your body that you're ready to move on by taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Thank you so much for joining me today in this sky gazing meditation.

I hope you have a beautiful day full of sunshine and warmth ahead.
