Hello and welcome to this meditation for Pisces moons.

This meditation is designed to support you emotionally and offer a haven of safety for you as a Pisces moon.

Your moon represents your inner world,

Your ever-shifting emotions,

And your physical and emotional needs.

So the sign of your moon reveals what nurturing style supports your soul the most on a daily basis.

It is through the moon that we live out our life purpose daily,

Get our needs met,

And express our inner world through our emotions.

Let's start this meditation by arriving in your comfortable meditative position,

Whatever that looks like for you.

Whether that is seated with the spine long,

Crown of the head reaching for the constellations,

Or whether that is laying down on the floor,

Your couch,

Or your recliner.

Take a moment to settle into a position where the spine is unobstructed,

So you can take a nice,

Full,

Long,

Deep breath.

Close down the eyes or soften the gaze,

And let's begin to clear out your current energy with the breath.

Take a deep inhale through the nose.

Exhale,

Open mouth sigh.

Another inhale through the nose,

This time hold it at the top just for a sip,

And exhale,

Big release out the mouth.

One more inhale through the nose,

Little extra sip at the top.

And full exhale out,

Let it go.

Return to your natural rhythm of breath,

And just notice where the breath is circulating in your body right now.

Begin to connect the inhale with the exhale.

Smoothing the transition between each breath.

Taking a relaxing variation of conscious circular breathing.

As you weave each inhale into each exhale,

Begin to visualize your breath as an ocean tide.

Inhale,

The tide rolls in towards the shore.

Exhale,

The tide retreats back to the sea,

Seamlessly connecting each breath with the ebb and flow of the tide.

Continue this circular breath,

And this time notice how the tide is moving in the ocean.

Tides never churn the same water.

With each pull of the tide,

Different pockets of water enter and leave.

In the same way,

Your circular breath moves small pockets of energy with each cycle,

Clearing out what is no longer needed and inviting in something new with each breath.

In life,

It's the consistent,

Repetitive motions that create greater shifts.

It's simply up to you to notice them.

Continue weaving the inhale into the exhale,

Consistent,

Repetitive breath.

Let go of the breath and gently return to your natural rhythm of breath.

Then begin to notice how the mind has gone more quiet as you turn the volume up on your third eye center,

The space in between your eyebrows,

Your inner vision and intuition.

Gather all of your awareness at the center of your forehead.

Drive that awareness deeper,

About two inches into your forehead,

Past the frontal lobe of your brain,

Into the thalamus,

To the bridge where both halves of your brain connect.

This is where the pineal gland lies.

Access the potency of this tiny structure,

The power of your inner knowing.

The pineal gland is associated with the sign of Pisces for its intuitive powers.

As you deepen your connection to the intuition in your mind,

Begin to also connect with the intuition in your heart.

Gently observe any feelings or emotions that arise in this space.

Now take a moment to reflect on your levels of compassion today.

How much of this compassion is flowing outward to others?

And how much is directed inward towards yourself?

Observe without judgment.

Simply become aware without changing anything.

You are beautiful and loved just as you are.

Begin to recall a time when you felt deeply loved and received someone's love.

Someone's forgiveness.

Invite that feeling into your heart.

Feel that nurturing warmth filling up your heart space.

Now think of someone close to you,

Someone you wish to forgive.

It can be a parent,

Family member,

Close friend,

Or anyone else.

Allow the warmth in your heart to expand,

Radiating loving forgiveness towards this person.

Envelop them in unconditional forgiveness.

Now bring to mind someone neutral in your life,

A barista,

Delivery person,

Or neighbor.

Someone you encounter often but feel no strong connection with.

Extend that same feeling of forgiveness from your heart towards them,

Sharing the experience of being forgiven.

Then visualize someone who has been challenging lately.

This might be someone you've been resisting forgiving,

But deep down your soul knows you need to.

Connect again with the warmth in your heart.

Remember what it was like to be forgiven and begin to send it to this person.

If it feels difficult,

That is totally okay.

Simply try your best and notice if your heart feels safe enough today to forgive this person.

Share with them even the intention of your warmth,

Your love,

And your sincere forgiveness.

Finally,

Bring yourself into your mind's eye.

See yourself standing in front of a mirror.

Now direct loving forgiveness towards yourself.

Let your heart fill with your own loving energy as you unconditionally forgive.

If this feels difficult,

Soften your heart even further and allow this warmth to envelop you like a cozy,

Supportive hug.

Fully embrace your own forgiveness,

Wrapping yourself in the warmth of self-compassion and self-love.

Now picture yourself wrapped in your own self-compassion,

Lying down peacefully on an island beach.

The sun's warmth wraps around your body,

Gently filling your heart with peace and bringing a soft smile to your lips.

The sand beneath you cradles your body as you sink deeper into its comforting embrace.

You hear the soothing rhythm of gentle waves lapping up the shore,

Calming your senses.

As you breathe in the fresh,

Salty air,

You feel your soul surrender completely.

As you bask in the sun's warmth,

Notice how it mirrors the warmth of forgiveness radiating from your heart.

Let this soothing warmth flow through your body,

Filling your heart with love and compassion.

Begin to deepen the breath,

Reawakening the body gently by breathing deep into the core.

Softly invite movement into the body,

Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes,

Rolling out the neck and head.

Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,

Bring both hands to your heart,

One stacked on top of another.

Feel the warmth of your hands awakening the qualities of your moon sign,

Interconnected to your soul.

Take one nurturing inhale through the nose,

Sealing your moon into your soul.

An expansive exhale out the mouth,

Sharing your moon into the universe.

Gently open the eyes,

Coming back into your space.

Thank you for sharing your meditation practice with me.
