Whether you’ve been pulled in too many directions, seeking external validation, or simply yearning for stillness, this practice will guide you back to your intuitive middle point—the place where your soul feels most like itself. Come as you are, soften your breath, and let your Libra Moon feel safe, seen, and whole again.

Hello and welcome to this meditation for Libra moons.

This meditation is designed to support you emotionally and offer a haven of safety for you as a Libra moon.

Your moon represents your inner world,

Your ever-shifting emotions,

And your physical and emotional needs.

So the sign of your moon reveals what nurturing style supports your soul the most on a daily basis.

It is through the moon that we live out our life purpose daily,

Get our needs met,

And express our inner world through our emotions.

Let's start this meditation by arriving in your comfortable meditative position,

Whatever that looks like for you.

Whether that is seated with the spine long,

Crown of the head reaching for the constellations,

Or whether that is laying down on the floor,

Your couch,

Or your recliner.

Take a moment to settle into a position where the spine is unobstructed,

So you can take a nice full,

Long,

Deep breath.

Close down the eyes or soften the gaze,

And let's begin to clear out your current energy with the breath.

Take a deep inhale through the nose,

Exhale open mouth sigh.

Another inhale through the nose,

This time hold it at the top just for a sip,

And exhale big release out the mouth.

One more inhale through the nose,

Little extra sip at the top,

And full exhale out,

Let it go.

Return to your natural rhythm of breath,

And just notice where the breath is circulating in your body right now.

As you drop into your meditative state,

Begin opening both palms up to the sky.

About shoulder width apart,

And allowing them to rest on your knees or lap.

Libra is the sign of the scales,

So imagine both your palms as the scales.

Now begin to draw a line down the center of your body.

This line traces your forehead,

Your nose,

Tracing all the way down the midline of your body,

Ending at the natural separation of your legs.

Bring your awareness to the left side of your body.

Notice every part on the left side of your body.

Your left side forehead,

Left nostril,

And how air is moving through it.

Left side of your mouth,

Your left shoulder,

Arms,

And fingertips.

Become aware of the left side chest,

Left hip,

And left leg.

Observe what comes up when you become aware of this side of your body.

Now channel your awareness to the right side of your body.

Feel every part on the right side as well.

Your right side forehead,

Right nostril,

And how the air flows here.

Right side mouth,

Right shoulder,

Arms,

And fingertips.

Right side chest,

Right hip,

And right leg.

Notice what comes up on this side of your body.

Starting from the top and working your way down,

Scan through the left side of your body again.

Now making your way up starting from the toes,

Scan up the right side of your body.

Continue to scan each side in this way,

Working your way down the left side body and working your way up the right side,

Almost as if your awareness is creating an infinite loop between both sides of your body.

Now become aware of both sides of your body at the same time.

Simply observe if there are any imbalances between each side.

Shifting your awareness now to your breath,

Feel the sensation of your chest and belly rising and falling.

With your palms still face up like the scales of Libra,

Begin to see your moon resting on the left scale,

Your left palm.

Receive the soft,

Nurturing energy from your moon,

Receiving the moon's safety,

The soft light of healing.

Inhale through the nose and with your breath,

See the moon arc in a rainbow to your right palm,

The right scale.

Exhale out the nostrils,

The moon arcs back to your left palm,

Creating a luminary bridge between your palms.

Inhale,

The moon arches to your right palm.

Exhale,

The moon returns to your left palm.

Continue with this moon bridging breath on your own.

As the moon arches between your palms,

Begin to feel this deep sense of inner balance.

Feel the power of your innate harmony.

Settle into this peace and ease,

Trusting in your own inner compass for justice.

Slow down your breath just a little and see the moon slow its movement as well.

Settle back into your natural,

Smooth,

And steady breath.

As you exhale,

Bring the left palm to your heart.

Bring the right palm on top of it to seal the moon's healing within you.

With your hands softly resting on your heart,

Begin to feel the warmth of your inner light.

Honor your own individual power.

Feel the gift of your own inner light.

Feel the gift of your inner balance flowing like a current through you.

The world needs your perceptive ways of mediating and equalizing.

Claim your unique frequency.

Claim all that you are without the other.

Recalibrate and come back to your own middle point,

Your point of equilibrium.

Spend the next few moments returning to your middle point.

Despite whatever may come up in the mind,

Come back to that intuitive point in the middle where your soul thrives.

Honor your own unique frequency each time you linger in that space of equilibrium.

Begin to deepen the breath.

Reawakening the body gently by breathing deep into the core.

Softly invite movement into the body,

Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes,

Rolling out the neck and head.

Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,

Bring both hands to your heart,

One stacked on top of another.

Feel the warmth of your hands awakening the qualities of your moon sign,

Interconnected to your soul.

Take one nurturing inhale through the nose,

Sealing your moon into your soul.

An expansive exhale out the mouth,

Sharing your moon into the universe.

Gently open the eyes,

Coming back into your space.
