Hello and welcome to this meditation for Gemini Moons.
This meditation is designed to support you emotionally and offer a haven of safety for you as a Gemini Moon.
Your Moon represents your inner world,
Your ever-shifting emotions and your physical and emotional needs.
So the sign of your Moon reveals what nurturing style supports your soul the most on a daily basis.
It is through the Moon that we live out our life purpose daily,
Get our needs met and express our inner world through our emotions.
Let's start this meditation by arriving in your comfortable meditative position,
Whatever that looks like for you.
Whether that is seated with the spine long,
Crown of the head reaching for the constellations or whether that is laying down on the floor,
Your couch or your recliner.
Take a moment to settle into a position where the spine is unobstructed so you can take a nice full long deep breath.
Close down the eyes or soften the gaze and let's begin to clear out your current energy with the breath.
Take a deep inhale through the nose,
Exhale open mouth sigh.
Another inhale through the nose,
This time hold it at the top just for a sip and exhale big release out the mouth.
One more inhale through the nose,
Little extra sip at the top and full exhale out,
Let it go.
Return to your natural rhythm of breath and just notice where the breath is circulating in your body right now.
We will connect breath to body through a tighten and release technique.
As I call out each part,
Inhale and squeeze that part tightly,
Then on my cue exhale and fully release and relax.
Feel any logical thoughts coursing through your mind,
Release with each exhale.
Start by inhaling through your nose and clenching your feet and toes,
Curl the in.
Exhale out the mouth,
Release and uncurl.
Inhale,
Tighten the calves and knees.
Exhale,
Completely release the lower legs.
Inhale,
Squeeze the glutes and thighs,
Hug them towards the midline.
Exhale,
Release and relax.
Inhale,
Clench both of your legs,
Curl the toes,
Hug the thighs in together.
Exhale,
Fully release,
Let them be heavy on the ground.
Inhale,
Clench your core and back.
Exhale,
Release,
Let any weight go.
Inhale,
Squeeze both arms,
Hug them into your ribs.
Exhale,
Fully release,
Letting go of the grip.
Inhale,
Squeeze your hands into fists,
Clench tightly,
Hugging the fingers into the palms.
Exhale,
Release,
Let something go through the palm of your hands.
Inhale,
Scrunch up your face,
Including your forehead,
Cheeks,
Jaw,
Ears,
Neck and throat.
Make a funny face.
Exhale,
Completely release,
Relaxing your face,
Fully resetting.
Now,
Big inhale,
Squeeze your whole body in,
Clench everything tightly,
Curling fingers into palms,
Curling the toes,
Hug everything in.
Then,
Triumphant exhale,
Release,
Let it all go and feel lighter,
As if you are weightless in your own body.
Notice any sensations in your body.
Take a few easy,
Steady breaths,
Feeling yourself regulate,
Coming back to neutral.
Gemini is the sign of the twins,
Showing us that in each of us there are two sides,
Yin and yang,
Introvert and extrovert,
Divine masculine and divine feminine,
Logic and intuition.
To embody this,
Open your palms up to the sky.
Gather your awareness at your left palm and begin to receive the energy of the pale,
White,
Soft moonlight through your left palm.
Inhale at your left palm,
All the way to the bridge of the heart.
Exhale,
Feel the breath exit out your heart and release from the right palm.
See a bold,
Golden sunlight shining out your right palm.
Inhale intuition through your left palm.
Exhale logic out your right palm.
Inhale and receive through your left palm.
Exhale and provide out your right palm.
Continue to inhale through your left palm.
Exhale out your right palm,
Letting any imbalances in the heart go,
Reaching a place of complete duality.
Both your yin and your yang can exist at the exact same time.
Continue to breathe in the yin,
Moonlit energy through your left palm and breathe out the yang,
Sunlit energy out your right palm.
Become enveloped by your breath.
Feel it fully cleanse your mind and its perceptions.
Feel each inhalation and exhalation start to close the borders between your two inner worlds.
Now center your breath to the midline of your body,
Sending your breath up and down the spine.
On your next inhale,
See the breath move up to the top of your head,
Along the channel of your spine.
See your breath arrive at your crown chakra.
The crown chakra represents our divine connection to universal intelligence.
It is where we access higher wisdom and inspiration.
Be receptive to what you can learn in silence and stillness.
As you breathe into the crown of your head,
Start to see a violet disc spinning counterclockwise.
Feel the top of your head start to vibrate as the violet disc continues to spin,
Opening your crown chakra to the skies above.
With each breath,
The violet disc grows larger and larger and your life force draws into this energy center.
Your crown chakra swirls open to the galaxy above you.
Feel your crown plug into this cosmic opening above and receive downloads from the universe.
Allow any messages to intuitively channel through you.
Begin to deepen the breath reawakening the body gently by breathing deep into the core.
Softly invite movement into the body,
Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes,
Rolling out the neck and head.
Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,
Bring both hands to your heart,
One stacked on top of another.
Feel the warmth of your hands awakening the qualities of your moon sign,
Interconnected to your soul.
Take one nurturing inhale through the nose,
Sealing your moon into your soul.
An expansive exhale out the mouth,
Sharing your moon into the universe.
Gently open the eyes,
Coming back into your space.
