Hello and welcome to this meditation for Aries moons.

This meditation is designed to support you emotionally and offer a haven of safety for you as an Aries moon.

Your moon represents your inner world,

Your ever-shifting emotions,

And your physical and emotional needs.

So the sign of your moon reveals what nurturing style supports your soul the most on a daily basis.

It is through the moon that we live out our life purpose daily,

Get our needs met,

And express our inner world through our emotions.

Let's start this meditation by arriving in your comfortable meditative position,

Whatever that looks like for you.

Whether that is seated with the spine long,

Crown of the head reaching for the constellations,

Or whether that is laying down on the floor,

Your couch,

Or your recliner.

Take a moment to settle into a position where the spine is unobstructed,

So you can take a nice,

Full,

Long,

Deep breath.

Close down the eyes,

Or soften the gaze,

And let's begin to clear out your current energy with the breath.

Take a deep inhale through the nose,

Exhale,

Open mouth sigh.

Another inhale through the nose,

This time hold it at the top just for a sip,

And exhale,

Big release out the mouth.

One more inhale through the nose,

Little extra sip at the top,

And full exhale out,

Let it go.

Return to your natural rhythm of breath,

And just notice where the breath is circulating in your body right now.

We'll now move through a rotation of awareness through the body,

Through a tighten and release technique to begin to release any excess heat within the body and relax your nervous system.

As I call out each part,

Inhale and squeeze that part tightly,

Then on my cue,

Exhale to fully release and relax.

Start by inhaling and clenching your feet and toes,

Exhale,

Release and uncurl.

Inhale,

Tighten the calves and knees,

Exhale,

Completely release.

Inhale,

Squeeze the glutes and thighs,

Hug them into the midline,

Exhale,

Release and relax,

Softening the muscles into the earth.

Inhale,

Clench both of your legs,

Squeeze them in.

Exhale,

Fully release,

Let them be heavy on the ground.

Inhale,

Clench your core and your back,

Exhale,

Release.

Inhale,

Squeeze in both shoulders,

Biceps and triceps.

Exhale,

Fully release,

Softening them.

Inhale,

Clench the forearms in towards the ribs,

Exhale,

Release them.

Inhale,

Squeeze your hands into fists,

Clench tightly.

Exhale,

Release,

Let it go,

Open up the palm.

Inhale,

Scrunch up your face,

Including your forehead,

Cheeks,

Jaw,

Ears,

Neck and throat,

Make a funny face.

Exhale,

Completely release,

Relaxing your face.

Inhale,

Squeeze your whole body in,

Clench everything tightly,

Hug it all in.

Then big exhale to release,

Let it all go and melt the entire body into the ground.

Sit with your awareness of the sensations in your body.

Now bring your awareness to your breath.

Start to deepen your inhales till your belly rises up and deepen your exhale.

Let your belly fall.

We will now move on to a breathing technique where you will inhale through your nose for a count of four,

Hold for a count of four,

Then exhale out your mouth for seven.

It's okay if you lose track of the count as long as your exhales are longer than your inhales.

Let's start.

Inhale for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold it at the top for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale for seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale for seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale for four.

Hold for four.

Exhale for seven.

Inhale for four.

Hold for four.

Exhale for seven.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Keep on following this breath pattern at your own pace,

Feeling more settled and at ease with each exhale.

Imagine as if you're releasing pressure from the valve with each long exhale.

Return to your natural easy breath and just notice how you feel as the oxygen swirls in your body.

Notice any internal shifts.

Notice if any heat or inflammation has dissipated.

Can you release any fiery emotions today?

Allow your emotions to cool off.

Aries is known for its independence and confidence,

So your moon serves as your inner warrior.

Connect with your inner fire.

Through the solar plexus chakra,

Two inches above the navel at the center of the abdomen.

Deepen your awareness at the abdomen.

Notice if this area has felt empowered or weak lately.

Observe it without judgment.

Drop into the solar plexus and see a vibrant yellow orb of light start to spin clockwise.

Feel your abdomen,

Your solar plexus,

Strengthen as the yellow orb continues to spin,

Releasing any insecurity or self-doubt.

Let all your fears around standing in your own authentic power release.

You can bring one hand over the abdomen to feel more safe in this release.

Continue to breathe through the abdomen as this golden light shines brighter and brighter from your solar plexus chakra.

Awakening your inner confidence.

Invite the fierce,

Headstrong energy of this cardinal fire sign into the abdomen.

Then begin to draw in the golden yellow light into your abdomen,

Collecting all this powerful,

Golden energy into your solar plexus chakra.

Slow down the breath and just sit with any feelings or sensations that may be arising right now.

Allow yourself to exist in your own power.

Begin to deepen the breath,

Reawakening the body gently by breathing deep into the core.

Softly invite movement into the body,

Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes,

Rolling out the neck and head.

Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,

Bring both hands to your heart,

One stacked on top of another.

Feel the warmth of your hands,

Awakening the qualities of your moon sign,

Interconnected to your soul.

Take one nurturing inhale through the nose,

Sealing your moon into your soul.

An expansive exhale out the mouth,

Sharing your breath with your heart.

Bring your moon into the universe.

Gently open the eyes,

Coming back into your space.
