Hello and welcome to this meditation for Aquarius moons.

This meditation is designed to support you emotionally and offer a haven of safety for you as an Aquarius moon.

Your moon represents your inner world,

Your ever-shifting emotions,

And your physical and emotional needs.

So the sign of your moon reveals what nurturing style supports your soul the most on a daily basis.

It is through the moon that we live out our life purpose daily,

Get our needs met,

And express our inner world through our emotions.

Let's start this meditation by arriving in your comfortable meditative position,

Whatever that looks like for you.

Whether that is seated with the spine long,

Crown of the head reaching for the constellations,

Or whether that is laying down on the floor,

Your couch,

Or your recliner.

Take a moment to settle into a position where the spine is unobstructed,

So you can take a nice,

Full,

Long,

Deep breath.

Close down the eyes or soften the gaze,

And let's begin to clear out your current energy with the breath.

Take a deep inhale through the nose,

Exhale,

Open mouth sigh.

Another inhale through the nose,

This time hold it at the top just for a sip,

And exhale,

Big release out the mouth.

One more inhale through the nose,

Little extra sip at the top,

And full exhale out,

Let it go.

Return to your natural rhythm of breath,

And just notice where the breath is circulating in your body right now.

Let's begin to deepen the connection to the body through a clench and release technique,

To release any mental thoughts in that area of the body and relax your nervous system.

As I call out each part,

Inhale and squeeze that part tightly,

Then on my cue,

Exhale to fully release and relax.

Let the mind fall away with each release.

Start by inhaling and clenching your feet and toes.

Exhale,

Release and uncurl.

Inhale,

Tighten the calves and knees.

Exhale,

Completely release.

Inhale,

Squeeze the glutes and thighs,

Hug them into the midline.

Exhale,

Release and relax,

Softening the muscles into the earth.

Inhale,

Clench both of your legs,

Squeeze them in.

Exhale,

Fully release,

Let them be heavy on the ground.

Inhale,

Clench your core and your back.

Exhale,

Release.

Inhale,

Squeeze in both shoulders,

Biceps and triceps.

Exhale,

Fully release,

Softening them.

Inhale,

Clench the forearms into the chest.

Inhale,

Squeeze the hands into fists,

Clench tightly.

Exhale,

Release,

Let it go,

Open up the palm.

Inhale,

Scrunch up your face,

Including your forehead,

Cheeks,

Jaw,

Ears,

Neck and throat.

Make a funny face.

Exhale,

Completely release,

Relaxing your face.

Create space between the eyebrows.

Inhale,

Squeeze your whole body in,

Clench everything tightly,

Hug it all in.

Then big exhale to release,

Let it all go and melt the entire body into the ground.

Sit with your awareness of the sensations in your body.

As the body eases into stillness,

Invite your awareness back to your breath.

Notice the path your inhales and exhales take.

Then on your next inhale,

Send the breath to your head.

Feel the breath meeting the thoughts in your brain.

On your exhale,

Send the breath to the heart and pause,

Hold it at the bottom.

Inhale,

Breath moves up to the head.

Exhale,

Breath moves down to the heart and pause.

Hold it at the heart.

Inhale,

Breath ascends to the mind.

Exhale,

Breath descends to the heart.

Pause,

Hold it there.

Inhale,

Breath moves up to the mind.

Exhale,

Breath drops down to the heart space and pause.

Hold it again at the heart.

Continue to take a few more mind-to-heart breaths on your own.

Each inhale,

The breath floats up to the head.

Each exhale,

The breath falls to the heart.

Spending a bit more time at the bottom of the exhale with your heart on each round.

As you continue with this breath,

Notice the energy in your mind begin to dissipate and fall towards the heart.

Feel into the intelligence of the heart with each breath.

Taking just a few more rounds on your own.

Finishing with one final exhale at the bottom with your heart.

And gently release the breath,

Returning to your natural rhythm of breathing.

Now bring your full awareness at your heart space.

Imagine a block of ice at your heart,

Your deepest emotions and feelings frozen inside.

Those emotions are still beating,

Pulsing with life and wishing to be released.

You then begin to feel a warm,

Golden sunlight shine over your heart.

This warmth is so comforting,

Like a cozy blanket,

And eases any tension within you.

Calming the thoughts in your mind and relaxing the grip in your body.

This tender,

Golden light starts to melt away the ice at your heart.

With each breath you take,

You let the ice around your heart thaw and see the pieces of the ice start to vanish.

Your heart's deepest emotions begin to release.

Your feelings are finally unfrozen by the ice.

With the warm,

Golden sunlight still shining over you,

Allow yourself to feel safe with your emotions rolling in.

Roaming completely free.

Know that these feelings are your own,

Not anyone else's.

Allow yourself to connect with your emotions instead of detaching from them.

Without reasoning,

Without analyzing,

Without trying to find a solution,

Just be with your emotions,

However they show up today.

Simply sit with your feelings.

Feel your feelings,

And feel into the wisdom your emotions hold.

Begin to deepen the breath,

Reawakening the body gently by breathing deep into the core.

Softly invite movement into the body,

Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes,

Rolling out the neck and head.

Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,

Bring both hands to your heart,

One stacked on top of another.

Feel the warmth of your hands,

Awakening the qualities of your moon sign.

Interconnected to your soul.

Take one nurturing inhale through the nose,

Sealing your moon into your soul.

An expansive exhale out the mouth,

Sharing your moon into the universe.

Gently open the eyes,

Coming back into your space.
