Relax the body, embody the frequency of abundance and call in your greatest dreams in this meditation. In this holiday season of gratitude and giving thanks, it’s equally important to remember the abundance we currently have and all that we have received throughout the year. Cultivating an abundance mindset starts by first acknowledging the beauty of the abundance we currently have, no matter what you "have" on the material plane. Abundance of breath. Abundance of heart. Abundance of life. This abundance lives with us at each and every moment.

Hello and welcome to this meditation for abundance.

Start by arriving in your comfortable meditation position,

Whatever that looks like for you.

You can be seated with the spine long,

Crown of the head lifted towards the sky.

You can lay down on the floor,

Your couch,

Or your recliner.

Find a spot where you can settle in and be relaxed but you won't be able to fall asleep.

As you arrive,

Take a moment to settle into a position where the chest is completely open so you can take a nice,

Full,

Long,

Deep breath.

Close down the eyes if you haven't yet or soften the gaze.

Let's begin to clear out the current energy with the breath.

Take a deep inhale through the nose.

Exhale,

Open mouth sigh.

Another inhale through the nose,

This time hold it at the top.

Sip a little bit more air.

And exhale,

Big release out the mouth.

One more inhale through the nose.

Hold it at the top.

Take a little extra sip of air.

And full exhale out.

Let the day before you go.

Go.

Return back to your natural rhythm of breath.

And just notice where the breath is circulating in your body right now.

Feel the breath bring you closer and closer to this very present moment.

And as you drop into this moment and into your body,

Beginning to find more and more relaxation.

Begin to relax the head,

The neck,

The shoulders.

Left arm.

Left hand.

Right hand.

Right arm.

Chest.

Abdomen.

Relaxing the hips.

Softening the left leg.

The left knee.

The left foot.

And softening the right foot.

The right knee.

Right leg.

And hips.

Now become aware of the whole body at once.

And feel it completely soften into relaxation.

Feel the breath remove any tension on the exhale.

Breathe in more calm and peace on the inhale.

In this place of stillness and relaxation,

Become aware of how vibrant your body is.

Breathing with life.

Coursing with vitality.

Just sit and soak in the gift and beauty of your body,

Of the preciousness of life.

Now bring to mind all the abundance in your life you currently have.

It can be the people in your life.

It can be the people in your life,

Your resources,

Your health,

Your mindset.

Anything you feel so lucky to have.

Or anything that brings you even the smallest glimpse of joy.

Become inundated with this feeling of abundance.

And gratitude for your life as it exists at this very moment.

Shift your focus to the abundance you want to call in.

Anything you've been manifesting.

Your biggest dreams and your soul's deepest desires.

How do you want your abundance to expand?

How will this abundance serve your greatest good?

Now feel deserving of all the abundance you wish for.

That you are inherently worthy of this grand desire.

Embody the frequency that you truly deserve great things.

No questions asked.

There's nothing you need to prove.

Envision this next phase of your life with the abundance you currently have.

With the abundance you desire.

Trust that it is all yours.

What you seek is seeking you too.

Trust that it is all yours.

What you seek is seeking you too.

Begin to deepen the breath.

Reawakening the body gently by breathing deep into the core.

Softly invite movement into the body,

Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes,

Rolling out the head and neck.

Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,

Bring both hands to your heart,

One stacked on top of another.

Feel the warmth of your hands awakening you.

Feel the warmth of your hands awakening your soul.

Take one loving inhale through the nose and expansive exhale out the mouth,

Sharing your practice with the universe.

Whenever you are ready,

Softly open the eyes and arrive back into your space.
