With your defined sacral center, you have consistent access to a sustaining life force energy that fuels your creations—and energizes those around you. When you’re doing what you love, your joy becomes infectious, your presence revitalizing. Your open and enveloping aura is warm, inviting, and magnetic—attracting the right people, opportunities, and experiences into your life. In this practice, you’ll reconnect with your sacral center, clear stagnant energy, and strengthen your ability to respond—moment by moment—to what lights you up. Through breathwork, visualization, and embodiment, you’ll tap into your sacred “yes,” release the need to force or overthink, and return to your natural rhythm of creating from joy. Let yourself receive. Let yourself respond. And most of all—let yourself feel lit up.

Hello and welcome to this meditation for generators.

This meditation is designed to guide you to embody the generator energy type and empower you with the gifts of this design.

Generators are here to do whatever lights them up.

With your defined sacral center,

You have consistent access to the sustaining life force energy that fuels your creations.

You actually fuel others around you when you are working on what you love.

Your joy and excitement for life is infectious and revitalizes everyone around you.

Your open and enveloping aura is warm,

Inviting,

And nurturing,

Which attracts life to you like a magnet.

To keep this life force flowing and staying in energetic alignment,

Your strategy is to respond to whatever is in front of you at the present moment.

Let's start this practice by arriving in your comfortable meditation position,

Whether in a comfortable seat,

Cross-legged,

On your knees,

Or in a chair,

Or even lying down on the floor,

In your bed,

Your couch,

Or your recliner.

Whichever position you choose,

Keep the spine nice and long.

If you are seated,

Ensure the crown of the head is lifted towards the sky as your tailbone is rooted into the support beneath you,

Landing in a position where the spine is unobstructed so you can take a nice full deep breath.

Close down the eyes or soften the gaze.

Start by taking gentle movements to unwind any lingering energy.

Feel free to get any fidgets out,

Maybe rolling the neck or wrists.

Move your body however you need to,

Then eventually settling into stillness.

As you wind down your body and mind to prepare for meditation,

Notice where in your body you may be holding on to any tension or stress.

Mindfully soften the grip of the jaw.

Relax the shoulders.

Loosen the ribs and soften the belly so you can just float naturally with the breath.

Relax the hips and pelvis.

Unclench the legs and feel the lower body get really heavy.

And let's begin to clear and reset with the breath.

Start with a deep,

Full inhale through the nose,

Filling up the ribs and the belly,

And open mouth sigh as you exhale completely.

Feel free to make any sounds that you need.

Take another expansive inhale through the nose,

This time hold it at the top for just a sip.

And exhale,

Big release out the mouth.

One more,

Inhale through the nose completely,

Take a little extra sip of air at the top.

And full exhale out,

Let it completely go.

Return to your natural rhythm of breath.

Just notice where the breath is naturally circulating in your body right now.

Relax your hands from your abdomen and return to your natural rhythm of breath.

Now expand your awareness to your aura,

Your unique energetic field that stems from within and radiates around you.

Envision a white light circling around you,

Cleansing your aura of any stale energy clinging onto you.

Now feel your magnetically open aura as the generator.

All the right opportunities are flowing to you all the time.

It's up to you to open up space to receive them and trust your sacral response to say yes or no.

Start to feel your aura expand wider and wider,

Expanding beyond the possibilities of what your mind can conceive.

As if you are opening your energetic arms to receive whatever the universe is going to bring you.

Now know that there is nothing you need to force or initiate because you are here to respond.

Just by being the magnetic life force that you are,

You will naturally attract all that is meant for you.

And have the power to reply to the universe.

The more present you are,

The more life will come to you.

Very slowly begin to deepen the breath,

Reawakening the body gently through the motion of the breath alone.

Then softly invite movement back into the body,

Maybe wiggling fingers and toes one at a time.

Eventually rolling out the head and the neck.

Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,

Gently open your eyes,

Pause,

And take in the space around you.
