A meditation to elicit joy for one's paramitas, (spiritual qualities) qualities associated with enlightened beings in the Buddhist tradition. These are generosity, ethics, patience, strength, focus, and wisdom. By becoming aware of these qualities in ourselves and delighting in them, we encourage them to grow.
