There is nothing understated about this.
They are just happy to be with you.
Now really take that in.
What a delight you are.
They are just so happy to be with you.
And again,
It is so clear.
This happiness that they feel is about you.
It doesn't have anything specifically to do with what you do.
It's based on just who you are.
And now also notice how sturdy this is.
Notice how it doesn't change.
That their delight in you is not dependent on your behaviors or other conditions of life.
It's just constant and really clear.
Keep going.
And they're really expressive.
You can see them smile.
Maybe they kind of gesticulate.
Maybe they kind of hold you,
Rock you.
All of this just expressing happiness to be with you.
Keep shaping the scene.
That's right.
Keep going.

And now notice how experiencing the delight of the perfect nurturers.
Notice how this really affects you.
Notice how you've really integrated their delight into your self-concept and you can feel it in your body.
Good.
And now see yourself moving through your real adult life but with this high sense of self-esteem that's based on knowing that you're a total delight.
Let's first start with a scene from your real adult life where it's easy to hold this good feeling about yourself.
The chest is up and out.
The shoulders are back.
The head is held high and you really feel good about yourself.
Now see yourself moving through your real adult life,
Holding on to this good feeling about yourself and also knowing that you can do this quite easily.
Imagine being in a situation that you still,
You know,
This kind of more intermediate in terms of the ease with which you hold on to this good feeling about yourself.
So choose a situation where it's like a little bit challenging,
Not super,
Super challenging.
Then hold on to this good feeling about yourself and you can have your perfect nurturers with you supporting you.
Go ahead and develop that scene.
Really holding on to this good feeling.
All right and now move on to a scene where it's harder,
Like a really kind of challenging situation from your real adult life where you really struggle to hold on to this good feeling about yourself.
But now this time you will hold on to the good feeling and the perfect nurturers can cheer you on and support you.
Go ahead and develop that scene.
And as you're doing the meditation really feel the sense of wellness and self-esteem in your bones,
In the very core of your being.
And that's right,
