Let go of all distractions as you find the present moment.

You abide just where you are always,

Here and now.

So let go of the past,

It's gone now.

Let go of all future anticipations and predictions and settle into this moment,

Which is the only moment that is.

Welcome it openly as it comes,

Without judging it in any way.

Be like a mirror,

Just reflecting the contents of awareness,

Without ever being affected by whatever happens in consciousness.

And begin this pathless journey into yourself just by feeling your current experience.

Begin with the sensations of your body,

For example.

Scan your body,

Notice every point of pressure as you sit,

Notice the form your body is taking where your hands are placed,

How your legs are crossed or extended.

Notice the life that is pervading your whole body at this moment.

We rarely pay attention to all that's going on in the silent background of our being.

Become aware of your breath.

Notice how everything goes on automatically without you even noticing most of the time.

Let alone you doing anything.

You don't have to breathe,

Breathing happens.

You don't have to make any efforts to listen to my voice and understand what I'm saying,

It just happens.

You don't have to beat your heart or grow your hairs.

Notice how life is taking care of you fully in every instant without you even noticing.

Let us have a common intention in this meditation.

A common thought that we can share.

Peace of mind.

This is what we want.

And we know it to be our real nature.

Peace of mind is nothing to be acquired new.

All that we need to do is just bring our minds to its natural state of stillness.

And as you notice the sensations in the body,

My words,

Beautiful sounds we're hearing,

Become aware of the inner dimension,

Your thoughts and your emotions.

If there are a lot of thoughts and your mind is running after each of them,

Let it be.

Don't fight yourself.

They're not your thoughts,

So just watch them as clouds passing by.

Doesn't matter to the sky if there are a lot of clouds or just one cloud or the clouds are one type or another type.

There might be dark clouds,

There might be white clouds.

The sky remains aloof,

Unassailable,

Untouched by whatever passes through it.

Fully welcoming everything.

Consisting nothing.

There is an inner sky in you,

The sky of your own awareness.

The light with which you see everything and in which everything peers.

This is what you really are.

The light,

Space,

Self-knowing continuum,

Beginningless,

Endless.

The witness of everything that happens in it.

This inner dimension is what is meant by the kingdom of heaven,

The biblical source.

It's the place of peace that we're seeking,

That we are.

So ask yourself the most important question.

As you listen to my voice and you listen to the sounds,

You observe your body,

The sensations of your body.

You see your thoughts passing by and your emotions arising.

The fundamental question behind all of this is,

Who's watching?

Your mind will say,

I.

Do you know this star?

Investigate.

Who am I?

Who am I?

Who am I?

We are clearly nothing conceptual.

Can't say I am so and so.

This is my history.

This is what I'm doing.

All those things are immutable and they change.

Could have a different name,

A different profession,

Different experience altogether.

But the essence of who we are remains unchanged.

We just are.

Beingness is our nature.

That is why we say,

I am.

Nothing else.

Notice how in connection with your essential nature,

In front of such powerful presence you are,

The mind settles down and the problems disappear.

All concerns you have about the world,

Every friction in your relationships,

If you bring them to this place,

It is the core of your being.

May we call it the heart.

They just vanish.

This is the practice of meditation.

We bring our minds to our heart.

And every time your mind wanders into the future about what's going to happen tomorrow or tonight or what that person said or did in the past.

About your opinions about others.

You can just become aware of that and notice that all you need to do is bring yourself back to the present moment.

And if something happens in the so-called world out there that triggers you,

Celebrate it,

Because that is just showing you an area in your mind that needs healing.

Or knots of judgment are securing your vision.

You know there is no greater release than finding peace where once there was conflict.

So as we begin to end this formal meditation,

And I say formal because truly there is nothing really special about meditating in this way.

Meditation is not something we do,

It's just a simple act of being aware and remembering ourselves and it really happens in our daily lives.

Just let this intention that we have in this moment of communion together be extended throughout your day to begin a new week and let us together bring peace into our lives,

Into this world.

Simply by being aware that peace is our nature.

Since last minute of this meditation,

Take a moment of silence and set that intention to begin a new week.

Take a quick look at this whole week and let it go forever,

Whatever conflicts you had this week,

Whatever pains happened,

Wash them all away right now and do not carry them into your new day.

They're gone.

You need not keep thinking about things that are no longer here.

Interfresh the present moment,

Be born again every instant.

And when you're ready you can open your eyes and come back into this phase of conversation.

Thank you very much.

Ray,

Please go ahead.

Thank you so much,

Jack.

That was incredible.

I feel in a very wonderful,

Peaceful heart centered space.

And my third eye was actually very active throughout that whole meditation.

But I'm just wondering in this moment,

Could we please all of us collectively just take a minute and send this wonderful,

Peaceful feeling we have within us to Russia and Ukraine.

Just staying in that space and just sending out this wonderful positive energy that we've all collectively come together and shared from our very heart center,

Sharing that with the rest of the world.
