Hello and welcome.
Thank you for taking this time to be with me today and to come back to yourself.
Thank you for making and setting the space aside for the awareness of this moment,
Knowing what is kind and caring towards ourselves is kind and caring towards the collective.
As we heal,
We all heal.
So let's become conscious and intentional in this moment about providing some relaxing and refreshing resets into our life.
So take a moment to find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Let's just bring our awareness to our breath,
Allowing the natural rhythm of our inhale and exhale to guide you back to your body.
And in this state,
Just really visualize the air coming in through your nose and out through your mouth or your nose.
There really is no perfect way to breathe.
Our breath knows how to come and how to go.
And our body will find its natural rhythm and pace.
And in this allowing,
Let us set an intention of bringing and receiving calm and peacefulness into that rhythm.
Really find that feeling or vibration of calm and peace.
And as you feel into that feeling,
Notice in your body where you feel that.
And allow your awareness to come to that place and bring your breath to that part.
Giving it permission to expand and contract.
Calming and bringing peace.
Intentionally and with a place and a feeling of kindness towards ourselves.
Maybe in this moment,
You're feeling a need to release.
Maybe that release is slowing your breath.
Maybe it's releasing a few tears.
Maybe on an exhale,
You just give yourself permission to hold space for yourself.
And in that release,
Even more calm and peace can find its way in.
And allow it to spread not only in that area,
But throughout the whole rest of your body.
Really feeling its warmth spread.
And its healing and calming sensation go from one part of your body to the next.
And then take a moment to just really bring your awareness to how relaxed your body and your breath have become.
Noticing the place where your body meets the surface below it.
And really receive that space,
Acknowledging that it's holding you and caring for you.
That this moment is giving you permission to care for yourself.
Bringing your mind and your body.
So take this time,
Just really receive these moments of care.
And when you're ready,
Just take a moment to set an intention for your day that brings and feels calming and peaceful.
Maybe you'll take five minute breaks every hour.
Or maybe you'll watch the birds while you drink your morning drink.
And once that intention is set,
Taking a breath,
Thanking yourself and your body and your mind for giving you this space to refresh and reset and care for yourself.
