Hello and welcome to this episode of Light Leader Ascension School.

I'm Athena Bailey,

Your host,

And today we are diving into all things light leadership and becoming a light leader.

So I talk a lot about light leaders,

Light leadership,

Right?

I always say become a spirit-led,

Soul-aligned light leader.

I believe that the majority of lightworkers are here to actually step into light leadership,

Right?

So it's a journey from lightworker to light leader,

Which I'm going to be talking about today,

And I'm also going to be talking about some of the common issues and blocks that I see for light leaders and what you actually need to shift through them or break through them to step into being an abundant light leader,

Which is what I believe that lightworkers are here to ultimately experience.

So listening to this,

You already know what a lightworker is,

Right?

You're here to share your light,

You're here to do something big,

But what happens when we're so embodied in our sole purpose,

We're living in synchronicity,

In alignment with the divine,

Working with our spiritual team,

We begin to lead.

It naturally happens.

We begin to have these businesses that change the world and people come to us naturally,

Seek us out,

And we become these light leaders.

And light leaders are not just about,

You know,

Carrying the light,

But it's like,

You know,

I'm not just holding the fire,

I'm helping you turn on yours,

I'm helping you activate your own light.

That's how I see light leaders and I see them as so important and so crucial for this shift,

Right?

That we're all making spiritually into a higher dimensional state.

I really,

Really believe light leadership is so important.

And light leadership,

It's so different to what we've seen and we've experienced before in business.

You know,

This whole men in suits in a cold stiff boardroom,

That used to be business,

But it's not,

That's not the way anymore.

And it's not what we're moving into.

And suddenly we're seeing all these incredibly successful men and women of all ages,

Living in all different places in the world,

And they're doing business from their laptop.

And they are hugely successful and abundant.

And their business and their life is in alignment with their soul,

Right?

So the old ways of business are dying out.

And what is replacing them is the light leaders,

The light leaders who are saying,

I want a business that changes the world.

I want a business that gives me the life that I desire.

I want a business that supports my spiritual growth and the spiritual growth of humanity.

That's what light leadership is all about.

And it looks so different,

You know,

Like one of the,

And I still have this,

You know,

Whenever I hire,

So let's say recently,

Actually I hired a marketing agency and it was want to do like market research,

Right?

Which I'm like,

I don't,

I don't do market research because market research is what does my audience want?

What's a gap in the market?

I don't do that.

Right.

I literally go,

I go inwards.

For me,

It's an inwards journey.

It's not an external thing that I go and read the market and go,

What are the gaps?

What do I analyze externally,

Right?

It's an internal process where I'm connecting to my soul and my spiritual team.

And I'm going,

What am I put here to share with the world?

What is the offering that wants to flow through me?

It's an internal process,

Not an external process.

So I'm like,

I don't know market research because I've never done that.

I'm not going to start doing that.

And then,

You know,

They'll,

Um,

They'll ask me things like,

Who's your competitor?

And I'm like,

I don't have competitors.

Like,

What are you talking about?

Like,

Well,

What are,

Who are people doing the same as what you do?

And I'm like,

No one,

Like no one's doing what I'm doing.

Sure.

Maybe there are people doing similar things,

But I don't look at them.

That's like their journey.

I'm on my own path.

Then also I don't see them as competitors.

Technically,

Like,

You know,

I could,

I could see Alex Schreiber,

One of my best friends,

Clients,

Coaches as a competitor,

But that would be wild.

Like we,

We collaborate,

We come together and I see her as someone that supports me and I support her.

And it's like,

We grow together and,

You know,

I'm coming into her mastermind and supporting,

Um,

Her clients through there.

And it's of mutual benefit.

And I am behind this vision of activating light leaders even more.

So I don't see competition even with people who are doing similar things.

I don't see competition.

I see great.

We have the same vision,

The same thing we want to share with humanity.

How can there be competition when it's my sole purpose,

Which is unique to me using my soul gifts.

And the only thing that we really will see is we see people who aren't embodied in their soul gifts,

Who aren't,

Um,

Fully listening to their soul purpose,

Who then copy other people because they're confused.

They don't know.

But when you're fully an embodiment in your soul purpose and your soul gifts,

It's unique.

Like Isis card didn't exist.

I channeled that modality.

How can I have competitors for a modality that does like,

I'm the first person to bring through in this time and age.

I can't have competitors for that,

Right?

That's my original channel creation.

Same with channeling spirit academy,

Same with my other courses.

So I don't see it in this traditional business way.

And I also know that we are working energetically.

The way that I get clients is very different to just go out and market.

I understand that my clients,

I have soul contracts with that.

I'm here to help them with specific things.

And they're going to find me one way or another because they have a contract to have that experience with me.

Right?

So it's very different to traditional marketing.

Don't believe in the competition.

I don't believe in jealousy.

I believe in like the support.

And I also don't believe in like failure or fear of failure,

Right?

Because we talk about business or what business used to be and still is for a majority in the world.

It's,

You know,

Oh,

You have to make this much to be profitable.

And this is how you know your business is a success and whatnot.

The first year in my business,

It was like part time on the side,

I was doing healing.

Like,

Honestly,

I think I made about 20k.

Like,

I didn't make much at all.

Second year,

Wasn't that much better.

And I wasn't like,

Oh,

Well,

From a business sense,

My business isn't doing well.

So I should look for another business to do.

No,

I was like,

Oh my god,

I'm living my purpose.

I'm helping people.

I'm so happy.

And wow,

My spiritual gifts are coming online even more,

Changing this person's life.

There was no other option for me.

I was like,

I'm like,

I'm in this,

Even if I never become abundant,

Even if I never like,

You know,

I'm not never doing anything else,

Because this is what I was born here to do.

Why would I do anything else?

When nothing brings me the amount of joy and love that this and of course,

Like deep down,

I knew it would eventually create abundance for me.

But I just knew that that was an area I really struggled with.

But I was all in it.

It was like,

It wasn't an option in my head to be like,

I'll start a different business.

It's like,

This is my thing.

This is what I was put here to do.

And it was full soul alignment and soul purpose calling me through.

And I guess I didn't have this fear of failure because I was like,

Well,

How can I be scared of failing my soul purpose?

I know that everything's happening in divine timing.

I know that everything is happening for my highest good.

I know I'm living my soul purpose.

So how could I fail that?

Like it just didn't connect.

So there was no like fear of failure,

Right?

So all those things that we see in traditional business,

They don't exist in light leadership.

Light leadership is when you have a big vision for your business.

It's more than just a means to an end.

Oh my god,

A means to like,

I look at people who like they have a business and they're like,

Well,

I have this business because it pays the bill makes enough money for my family.

I'm like,

That's great.

But my business is a vehicle for my soul expression.

It's literally my soul coming through to express its purpose with the world and to change humanity,

Change the consciousness,

Create shifts,

Transforms lives.

I see it as a vehicle for something so much bigger than me.

And I see it like that relationship that I have to my business.

It's gonna be very different to someone who is like,

Well,

My business is a way to make some money.

That's a very different experience of business,

Right?

And that's why light leaders are very,

Very different.

And that's why light leaders probably shouldn't be hiring traditional business coaches who don't get it who will be like,

Well,

Let's do some market research and that niche isn't good for you.

You're like,

Well,

Guess what,

Buddy,

I don't care what niche is good for me or not,

Because my sole purpose is to work with those people.

So that's what I'm gonna do,

Right?

That's probably why it's helpful to get spiritual business coaches who kind of get it a little bit more,

Unless you're very good at like the because when I know my first ever business coach,

I was not and she was like,

You should do this and this will be smart.

And I was like,

Okay,

I guess you know,

I'm paying you money.

You know what you're talking about?

Let's do it.

And I let the hard way and then I had to come back around and be like,

No,

Got to listen to soul and spirit first.

So the number one business coaches,

Which is true,

Always soul and spirit above what anybody externally says to you.

So light leadership is about the contribution that we give to humanity and seeing our businesses as more than just a way to make ends meet,

But as a way to express our sole purpose and to grow spiritually and to contribute spiritually and make the world a better place.

And side note,

Then to also create abundance,

Right?

And the life that you desire,

That's the cherry on top,

But it's not the number one goal.

I sure as shit didn't start my business being like,

I'm going to make money.

I'm going to get rich.

The first year of my business,

I was like,

Wow,

If I'm really lucky,

I'll have like a clinic in Sydney and I can see clients every week and maybe I'll make six figures.

Oh,

That'd be nice.

I sure as shit didn't start my business because I wanted to create abundance.

I wanted to live my sole purpose.

I wanted to use my spiritual gifts.

I wanted to do what I came here for.

And along the way I realized,

Hey,

Hold on.

I can actually create abundance.

It's a choice.

I don't have to buy into this.

Oh,

Because I'm a healer and a channel.

I have to be broke.

And actually the more I contribute,

The more I give,

The more I'm receiving,

Right?

But when you see people who are starting it for the reason of creating money or it's a number one thing to them,

I don't really consider that to be light leadership.

As a light leader,

You should and absolutely find you want to be wildly abundant.

And it's not the number one thing.

Money does not come before your sole purpose.

Money does not come before,

You know,

Spiritual truth.

You might have an idea for like,

Wow,

If I do this program,

It's going to make me a shit ton of money versus,

But my soul,

And I'm getting such clear guidance that this is the program that I need to bring through and share with humanity,

Right?

Always follow the soul spiritual path because either way,

That's the one where you're going to end up making the most money anyway,

Right?

If you're following,

And I've seen it so many times with clients who are like,

Well,

I want to make money.

So I'm going to follow this path.

I'm like,

Yeah,

But what is like,

What are you actually here to do?

Oh,

You're here to do this.

And then they end up making even more money from that.

So don't make it about money.

Focus on service,

Focus on your soul gifts,

Focus on the spiritual guidance,

And the money will follow.

Yes,

Do the money healing,

Open yourself up,

Be strategic with it,

But money will follow that,

Right?

It gets to be a cherry on top.

Now,

A big part of light leadership is the divine surrender,

Which is so,

So,

So important for this work.

When I first started healing and seeing clients and doing channelings,

It was absolutely like just knowing in my body,

I was studying psychology at the time,

I was in my third year of psych.

And it was just a knowing that I had to start seeing clients,

Right.

And at the time,

I was working at a receptionist at an osteo clinic.

So great,

I had rooms,

The owner was fortunately open to spiritual stuff.

So it was like,

Yeah,

Great,

Start offering energy healings,

Channelings in here,

No worries,

Rent out a room.

I started offering sessions for like 40 bucks a session.

And over the next couple of years,

That just grew and grew and grew.

And people began to seek me out just for channelings,

Not for other things,

Because I was very good at channeling.

And eventually I was running trans channeling events,

And it moved into that direction.

And it was like every step of the way was guided.

Because when we're in like,

The full surrender to our spiritual path,

We're guided.

You guys are like,

Yay,

She's on the path.

All right,

Let's line this up for her.

Let's connect her to this opportunity,

Right?

Because you're in alignment with what you're here to do.

So for example,

When I'll give you an example.

So there was a turning point because I understood I was not here to be a healer,

Right?

I understood that I was not here to see one-on-one clients all day,

Every day.

Some people are,

I wasn't.

That's a soul blueprint that you need to have a look at,

See what you have.

I knew I didn't have that.

I knew I was here to teach and to write,

Right?

Those were my things.

And didn't mean I wasn't good at other things.

Didn't mean I wasn't,

Like,

Didn't enjoy doing them.

I did,

And I do love to.

But it wasn't the thing,

Right?

But I also understood that there was a divine timing.

I couldn't start teaching like the first month of being a healer and channeler,

Right?

I don't think that's very in integrity.

So I understood there was a natural progression,

And a natural progression where I had to be initiated,

I have to have experiences,

And I was seeing quite a lot of clients,

Having a lot of experiences.

And I remember by that point I had a website,

I had testimonials,

I had all the things.

And one day I got home from seeing clients and there was a email message from someone saying,

Hey,

I would really love to learn energy healing from you.

Are you doing any courses?

And immediately my mind was like,

Uh-huh,

No,

Okay,

I'm gonna refer her to someone who,

Like,

Does teach.

And then it was like,

Something stopped me.

And I was like,

No,

Athena,

Stop.

Like,

I just felt it so strongly.

And obviously I was channeling,

So I connected to my team and I said,

What?

And they're like,

Athena,

It's time to teach.

And I was like,

I got goosebumps thinking about it.

And I was like,

Um,

No,

No,

No,

I'm not ready for that.

No,

No,

Thank you.

They were like,

It's your time to start teaching.

And I was like,

Really?

Because I was quite young at that point still.

And I was like,

Really?

Like,

I'm still so young.

And they're like,

It's part of your purpose.

It's what you're here to do.

You need to start following that path now.

And I was like,

Alright.

Decided to make a bit of a bargain with them.

I was like,

Alright,

If I'm meant to teach,

Send me someone else.

Send me someone else who asks if I'm going to be a teacher in the next 24 hours.

And in my head was like,

Alright,

I've been doing healing sessions,

Channeling sessions for years.

Nobody's ever asked me to teach them.

This is the first email I got of that kind.

Like,

Not gonna happen,

Right?

And I was like,

If I,

If someone reaches out to me,

Alright,

I'll consider it,

Right?

And I kind of just left it.

Anyway,

Saw clients the next day,

Finished,

Check my emails.

What do you know?

There was someone else messaged me saying,

Hi,

Athena.

Would love to know,

Are you teaching?

What?

I would love to come to one of your workshops.

And I was like,

Alright.

And I kept my side of the bargain.

I was like,

Alright,

Fine.

That's a sign.

I'm going.

And so my first thing was like,

Fine.

I'll do it,

Right?

I'll pursue the path.

It's time.

I trust.

I trust you.

But if I'm gonna teach,

I need somewhere to teach.

And immediately I got this vision of a girl who I had gone to a course like a year ago.

They were like,

Reach out to her.

And I was like,

Went onto her Facebook.

Her post,

Her latest post was,

I just opened up a new spiritual center.

I'm looking for teachers to come and rent it.

And I was like,

Okay.

Reached out to her.

Within two weeks,

I hosted and ran my first spiritual workshop.

Had 11 women there.

It all happened so divinely,

So led.

And at the end of that workshop,

Every single part of me was like,

That was incredible.

Like,

I was like,

Oh,

This is my thing.

Like,

I still remember getting to the end of the day and being like,

This is what I'm gonna do for the rest of my life.

There's no doubt in my being like,

This is what I'm gonna do for the rest of my life.

This is,

This is it.

This is my thing.

It was like,

Full body,

Knowing,

No doubt.

I was like,

Great.

Gonna drop out of psychology because screw that.

Went all in on this.

And I did.

I went all in,

Was teaching,

Teaching,

Teaching,

Doing my thing.

And that,

You know,

Led me on this journey.

And naturally,

I had people begin to,

Like,

My school took off and it was growing bigger and bigger.

And I was very good at it.

And people began to reach out to me and say,

Hey,

Like,

I'm a healer.

I want to grow my business like you have,

You know,

I want to help with you.

And I was really guided to then begin to support people in amplifying their sole purpose.

Because I could see a lot of people weren't in their sole purpose.

They were trying to create something that was sole purpose adjacent,

But wasn't actually the thing,

Right?

It was like,

If I had tried to build a huge healing center,

Because I loved it,

But that wasn't my sole purpose,

Right?

The teaching part actually was.

So I had to sit and channel for a lot of people and go,

Well,

That's not your sole purpose.

This is,

This is what you should be offering.

This is what you need to heal because you've got all these blocks.

That's why it's stopping you.

And then I would have a look at the strategy.

So very naturally and quickly,

I moved into helping business owners,

Spiritual business owners actually grow and amplify their business.

And over the years,

I have helped so many different spiritual business owners from all walks of life from all countries.

I've helped them go from complete brand new to six figures,

Six figures to multi seven figures,

Multi six to seven,

Seven to multi seven.

I've seen it all.

I've supported all different levels,

All different types of people with all different kind of blocks,

All unique sole purposes.

And I want to share with you now some of the key kind of issues that I see over and over again with light leaders and what I see coming up that I really believe that need to be shifted.

So these are the most common kind of issues that I see over and over again for light leaders.

And I want to see which ones resonate with you,

Which ones don't.

Maybe some of them will,

Maybe some of them won't,

But just see how they feel.

Now,

The truth is,

You should be jumping out of bed with excitement about what you're going to do.

Like,

I'm not even joking.

Me,

The people closest to me,

My like most successful clients,

We're all jumping out of our bed going,

Oh my god,

I get to do this.

Like we love what we do so much.

It's pure excitement and joy,

Right?

If you're like,

Oh,

I've got two more clients today and I've got to run this free master class.

If that's you,

I'm going to bet you're not soul aligned,

Right?

Because soul alignment is soul fire and you feel excited,

Inspired,

Lit up.

You can't wait.

You're enjoying it.

It gives you energy.

You're like,

Oh my god,

I cannot believe I got paid for this.

Literally the amount of times I think to myself,

I can't,

Like I get paid to do this.

What?

Like what?

Like 15 year old me would be like,

That's your job.

Like,

I know.

Like,

Right?

That's a thought that I have over and over again.

That's how it should make you feel.

And that's how you know that it is actually soul aligned and that it lights you up.

It gives you energy.

If you feel drained after like you working,

It's taking your energy.

It's not soul aligned.

Because when you're in full soul alignment,

You tap into the thing called soul fire.

You ever watched Tony Robbins on stage?

Just go,

Go,

Go,

Go,

Go.

And you're like,

How the fuck does he do that?

It's because he's in his soul fire,

Right?

I remember that when I was filming Channeling Spirit Academy and I was working with this professional video company and stuff.

So I would go in every day,

We would film for like eight hours straight.

And then I would come home and I would just prepare the notes for the next day.

And those days were crazy.

It was like nine days.

And it was just like,

Wake up,

Makeup,

Drive there,

Film all day.

Like just talk,

Talk,

Talk,

Channel,

Channel,

Channel,

Talk,

Talk,

Talk,

Talk,

Talk,

Like hours and hours,

And then come home and write notes.

The days were long.

Like some nights I was up till 2am.

And I remember it would be like 1am.

And I'd be like,

I'm like,

Why am I not exhausted?

Why am I not tired?

Why do I have so much energy?

And I was like,

Oh,

I'm doing what I love.

I'm fully tapped into soul fire.

I would show up the next day and be like,

I'm so excited.

We're filming.

Go,

Go,

Go,

Go,

Right?

There wasn't like,

Oh,

Exhaustion.

I have to do again,

Right?

It gave me energy.

That's what you got to look for.

Does it give you energy?

Does it light you up?

Does it feel good?

Does it excite you?

Because if it doesn't,

Why are you doing it?

What excites you in your business?

And go all in on that.

My belief is outsource everything that doesn't light you up.

That's genuinely what I believe.

The more you can outsource what doesn't light you up,

The better,

Because then you're just going to do what you love,

Do what your sole purpose is.

For me,

That's this.

So the more I do this,

Great.

That's where I'm going to create the most success,

The most joy,

The most abundance,

And the most service.

Perfect.

And guess what?

When you're not soul aligned,

It's always going to reflect on your finances.

Yes,

You can create a certain level.

But if you're waking up every morning going,

What would Jeff Bezos do?

Like,

What would Steve Jobs do?

No,

You ask,

What would Athena Bailey's highest self do?

Not my highest self,

Your highest self.

What would your highest self do?

What is it that is aligned with you?

Don't look at the market gap.

Don't look at what Elon Musk is doing.

Look at what your spiritual team,

Your soul is telling you to do.

That's where you're going to create the most success and the most abundance.

One of the reasons you probably,

So this is number two,

Right?

So one of the reasons you probably started your business as well is because you wanted a better quality of life.

You don't want to be in a nine to five,

Taped to a desk all day.

You want more freedom.

Maybe you were like,

Wow,

You know,

It'd be so cool if I could travel to Bali and swim by the pool while I work on my laptops and have midday yoga breaks.

Ah,

That'd be so lovely.

And now you're in your business and you're tied to your desk and you're like,

Oh my God,

I've got to do this.

And you're working such long hours.

You're wearing all the hats,

You're doing all the things and you're overwhelmed and you're burnt out.

Now there are two things that are happening here.

These are both blocks for a light workers,

Depending on where you're at.

If you're below the kind of 200k a year amount,

It's probably because you haven't worked on your time to money exchange,

Right?

And this is especially true if you've come from a nine to five where you're valued upon your hourly time and it creates a mindset,

A subconscious belief that your time is equal to an amount,

Right?

Which is we need to shift out of that.

We need to shift out of like,

Well,

Your one hour is worth $200 or whatever,

Right?

Because then that's what you begin to look at.

And you look through that lens.

We need to look at,

Well,

What's the transformation that you are facilitating?

How much is that transformation worth?

Great.

And how many hours does it take to facilitate that transformation?

That's what you look at,

Right?

Not how much your hour is worth,

But how much what you do,

The transformation that you facilitate is worth.

You need to disconnect from my time is money.

Like,

You know,

The more time I put in,

The more money I make and more,

And actually going to,

Well,

The more that I'm aligned,

The more money I make,

You know,

The more I'm embodied in my sole purpose,

More money I make.

How much you work actually doesn't have that much to do with it,

Right?

I work less than a whole lot of people that I know that don't make anywhere near as much money as me and are struggling,

But they're like,

I've got to work hard.

I've got to make ends meet,

Right?

So the hustle,

Hustle,

Hustle.

The other side of it is if you've already like create a certain level of success,

But you're still working like crazy,

It's because you're wearing all the hats.

You're the one responding to your emails.

You're creating your landing pages.

Like you're doing all the things you need to outsource,

Right?

Again,

Focusing on what it is that you came here to do as a priority.

And look,

To shift out of these,

I'm not going to tell you,

You need to work harder.

You need to hustle because that's not what's gonna work.

These are mindset energetic shifts that actually need to occur so that you can step back and focus on what it is that you came here to do and not look at yourself as one hour of my time costs this much.

Here's number three.

And this one I see a lot of,

Right?

And it's,

You're doing all the right things.

You're ticking all the boxes.

I'm doing this,

I'm doing this,

I'm doing this.

But success isn't happening.

It's not taking off,

Right?

You keep hitting that invisible ceiling.

There's something missing.

You can feel it.

You're like,

There's so much resistance inside of me and I'm missing something.

There's a blind spot.

I can't see.

You're doing everything externally.

Maybe you're doing all the strategy,

But what about the internal aspect of it?

Because if you don't feel safe to create success,

If you don't feel worthy of success,

If you don't feel good enough,

If you don't feel able,

Capable to,

That is beneficial for you,

Beneficial for others,

How are you going to create success?

How are you going to create success if you believe that it's not safe for you to be successful?

And you would not believe the amount of light workers,

Light leaders who have that belief.

So part of them is like,

Oh,

I want to create success.

And another part is like,

No,

You don't.

Definitely not.

No success for you,

Young lady,

Right?

It's like they're literally fighting parts of themselves.

And so then they're in this overthinking,

Oversimulating,

They're overwhelmed,

They're stressed,

Because they're literally internally fighting each other because not all parts of themselves want to create success.

Here's what it's actually meant to look like.

I know what my sole purpose is.

I know what I need to do to embody my sole purpose.

Let me go do that.

Done.

Yay.

Here's what it's like for people who are blocks.

Look,

So I know that's my sole purpose.

But really,

Like,

What if I did this path?

And what if I took this instead?

You know what,

I think that actually might make me enough money.

And I don't really want to do a video here.

Because yeah,

I don't really feel that comfortable on videos.

So I feel so,

Oh my god,

I've got so many things to do.

And I'm stressed.

You know what,

I'm just gonna go watch something for a while to calm down.

And then maybe I'll go for a walk.

Then I'm gonna reorganize my calendar.

And then,

Then I'll,

Then I'll start this again.

And I'll look at this again.

If your day looks a little bit like that,

You've got blocks.

You've got a lot of them.

And you need to work on them.

Right?

Which is great.

You've just got some healing to do.

You can do it.

Number four.

You're not listening to your sole blueprint in business,

Right?

Now,

With the sole blueprints,

And I'm not gonna get too much into it in this episode,

But there are different sole blueprints,

Right?

Some people are here to be leaders.

Some people are here to be teachers.

Some people are here to be creators or creatrixes.

And it really depends on how their work is meant to show up through them.

So if you're here to be a guide,

Right?

So a guide is someone who really,

Honestly,

They're like influencers.

They embody their work and they show others.

So they might document this in a book,

On social media,

We most commonly see.

So they're like embodying their work.

And that's how people learn from them by witnessing them in embodiment of their work.

Then there are teachers,

You know,

Who actually will create courses and programs to teach you,

Share with you how to do it right.

Which is a little bit more me.

So there are these different blueprints and that's just two.

There's a lot of different ones,

But if you're not embodying your blueprint,

It's like you're fighting against it.

So if my sole purpose,

Right,

Is here to help people activate their sole purpose and activate their gift,

Right?

That's my sole purpose.

Now,

Yeah,

I'm more of the teacher and the creatrix,

But what if I decided I was going to be a healer,

Right?

That I was going to express my sole purpose through healing.

I would not be successful.

I would not reach the people that I needed to reach.

I would not be able to fulfill everything that I'm here to do because it's not how it's meant to come through me.

So you need to look at how does my purpose want to express itself through me?

What are the gifts that I have?

Because if you're a teacher,

Your voice is probably going to be pretty good.

You're pretty good at speaking and teaching and naturally,

Like your brain,

I'm really good at learning topics.

Like my brain just absorbs it.

I have photographic memory.

I'm like,

I get it.

And it's very easy for me to then absorb it and then figure out how to teach it.

I've always been good at that.

Like ever since I remember being 16,

Sitting in the park and teaching my friends about chakras,

Right?

It's just innate to me.

I have specific gifts for that because that's part of my path.

The same way you have specific gifts that are part of how your sole purpose wants to express itself.

And five,

You're working with your offerings just strategically.

And you're not actually realizing that they're energetic beings that chose you.

Your offers chose you.

Your offers are energetic beings that said,

I want that human to represent me.

I'm going to choose that human to come through and reach humanity.

Your offers are energetic beings with codes,

With energies.

And when you talk to them and you realize you're in collaboration with them,

You're not the,

You might be the founder or whatever.

It comes through you,

But you have to give it space and respect and understand you're collaborating with these offers.

And you talk to them and you say,

How do you want to come through?

What's the best way you're going to serve humanity?

Why did you choose me?

How can we create and reach the people that you need to reach together,

Right?

And you're in full co-creation and embodiment of it.

And you actually see your offers that way.

And once you do that,

It's like the energy of them just takes off.

They come through how they're meant to,

And they've reached the people they're meant to.

So signing clients become so much easier because you're working with the energetics of it.

So much.

If you are a light leader,

A light worker,

You have a deep desire to change earth,

Right?

And it's probably restless.

Like when I'm not doing my sole purpose work,

I feel like I have to do what I came here to do,

Right?

It's like this undeniable,

Deep desire in you,

That nagging,

That deep knowing,

Follow that,

Right?

That's the pull.

And you follow that,

You follow that,

You focus on your divine service.

How am I here to help humanity?

How am I here to change the world?

How can I embody my sole purpose?

Go all in on that and go deeper and deeper and deeper.

Don't let yourself be guided or judge externally and focus on just the strategic or just what this person's doing.

No,

Focus on what you are here to do.

Focus on your gifts,

Your sole purpose,

Your higher self,

Your soul,

Your spiritual team.

That's how you're going to create true success.

That's how you're going to create true impact and true change in the world.
