Welcome dear one for today's pranayama practice,

Balanced breath.

This technique balances the energy in your body and mind by evening out the length of the inhalation and the exhalation.

This technique also has energetic effect,

Creates a calm and alert mind,

Calms your body and mind,

Balances your energy channels,

Also improves circulation and immunity in your body.

When you are not sure which pranayama technique to practice,

This one is always a safe bet.

Let's begin this practice in a comfortable seated position or even lying on the floor or on your mat.

Allow your eyes to close and feel your body relax.

Keep your spine straight.

Relax your face,

Jaws,

Your shoulders and breathe naturally.

Notice the natural rhythm of your breath.

Notice your inhalation and exhalation.

How it feels?

Is it longer or shorter?

Continue this awareness for next one minute.

Now relax your effort.

We are going to do 3 rounds of balanced breath,

16 cycles each.

We are going to inhale through the nose to the count of 7 and exhale through the nose to the count of 7.

This will also be built to assist you during the practice.
