Hello radiant beings.
It's our honor to transmit this meditative offering to all who are listening from across the globe in your own timelines of the space-time continuum.
Today's meditative journey is inspired by Aquarius and its corresponding tarot card of the major arcana,
The sta.
Aquarius is a fixed element of air sign,
The ruler of the eleventh house referred to as the house of friends,
Community,
Collectives,
Or groups in the tropical zodiac.
Symbolized as the water bear,
The word derives from the Latin word aquari.
The first records of the constellation of the aquari star clusters date back to the second century.
It is barely visible by the naked eye.
It can be seen in the spring in the southern hemisphere and in the autumn in the northern hemisphere.
Aquarius is located near other water-related constellations referred to as the sea section of the sky.
Of course,
Right next to Pisces,
The fish.
In ancient astrology,
Aquarius was ruled by the planet Saturn,
Thought to be the ruler of the night,
And in modern astrology,
Ruled by the planet Uranus,
The ruler of the day.
Saturn being the planet of discipline and structure in the form of air,
Relating to mental discipline or mental strength,
An awakened mind.
Aquarius represents innovation,
Rebellion,
Independence,
The flash of invention or ideas.
This brings us to the idea of the age of Aquarius,
Where we are now.
The glyph for Aquarius is represented by two zigzags or waves,
Thought to be two serpents,
One as ego,
The other as the soul,
Or representing water which gives life and cleanses,
Or could represent the duality of both planets ruling Aquarius.
In the star Tarot card,
Key 17,
Known as the dweller between waters,
The daughter of firmament.
In the illustration of the card,
The water bearer is present,
Kneeling with one foot above the water and a knee onto the land,
Pouring one vessel of water onto the pond of reflection,
And the other vessel of water flowing onto the earth,
Creating streams.
Both currents of water representing reflection of the subconscious and the flow into the conscious.
This card is all about the transit between the material world onto the astral world,
An opportunity to meditate,
A revelation,
Renewal,
Healing,
Creation,
And hope,
With the bright eight-pointed star and seven-star clusters lighting the way as beacons,
And eight representing new life,
Infinity,
And transcendence.
Now,
Let's begin our meditative individual Stargate journey into the exploration of Aquarius and the Star Card as an illumination through breath and confiding within.
You'll hear the sound of a bell upon completion of the meditation.
Please find yourself in a position that is seated or lying down.
However you find yourself,
Allow yourself to soften and surrender with compassion for yourself.
Think of this meditation as a retreat into the astral realms.
Observe the room in which you are about to meditate.
Maybe you'd like to scan the room.
Notice where there are windows or doors.
Or focus on an object.
And if available to you,
You may like to close your eyes or soften your gaze.
At any moment,
You may shift your position or your focus.
If thoughts arise while you are meditating,
Allow them to flow like water onto the land or a pool of water and simply watch them flow without attachment.
As you begin to fully surrender upon the surface which supports you,
Notice your inhale and notice where it flows.
As you breathe in,
Imagine the inhale softening the spaces in between your body,
Allowing the air to find any parts of your body which would gladly receive the flow of air.
Breathe here now.
Soften here now.
Release and surrender.
Receive and breathe.
Being a chorus is an innovative and independent air signal.
Maybe you'd like to approach your breath as an experiment.
Perhaps as you breathe,
Notice where your breath goes.
If you'd like to slow down and relax,
Perhaps the idea of having your inhale be shorter than your exhale.
For example,
You could have your inhale be a count of four and your exhale be a count of eight.
As you breathe,
You're invited to imagine an eight-pointed star shining upon you.
Now,
Imagine this warm glow casting light upon you.
As it does,
You begin to radiate a soft glow emanating from your heart.
As you breathe,
The light from your heart grows like breathing air onto a well-tended two-lod fire.
With more air builds more fire.
As you glow,
You notice other stars twinkling in the sky and other stars upon the land.
Each one casting a warm glow.
Your warm glow yet unique to its own.
As you glow,
How does it feel to be a radiant star?
Maybe you'd like to create a mantra or phrase for yourself like,
I'm a living star upon a sea of stars.
I'm a living star upon a sea of stars.
Or,
I am a radiant being of light.
Or,
I am the star I was born to be and my path is my own.
I am the star I was born to be and my path is my own.
Maybe you'd prefer to create a word for yourself to carry into the day,
Month,
Or year ahead instead of a phrase or a mantra.
The choice is yours.
As you breathe your next few breaths,
I'll give you silence and space to confide within your inner guide.
In the next few breaths,
If accessible to you,
I invite you to place a hand on your heart and one on your belly and notice what your hands feel like on your body.
This is your body.
These are your hands.
You are a brilliant being of light.
You are loved and you are innovative.
When you are ready,
You are invited to gently arrive back.
If accessible to you,
You may like to circle your wrists or ankles.
Maybe wiggle your fingers and toes or stretch,
Yawn,
Or smile.
If you're lying down and if comfortable to you,
You may like to extend this meditative journey into your conscious world by rising ever so gently on your side.
There is no rush.
You may rise on your right,
The solar side of your being,
Or your left,
The lunar side of your being.
Lunar being introspective,
Creative,
Yin intuitive,
The language of dreams,
And the astral realm.
Solar being expressive,
Yang,
Logic,
Physical,
Linear,
And energized.
When you are ready,
You may open your eyes if they will close.
Thank you for exploring the astral realms with us.
You are magical.
You are complete.
You are whole.
You are loved,
Vibrant,
Worthy,
And eternal.
