Are you a time maker or creator?
Here's the difference.
Time makers are ruthless strategists.
They have a system for everything.
They audit the whole day,
Every minute counts,
And then for every minute they realize what's the KPIs for that action.
If it doesn't bring them closer,
It's off the list,
Never done again.
And things that bring them closer,
They're ordered by the amount of leverage they have.
And only the high leverage activities deserve their attention.
Implementation is ruthless,
No hesitation.
If it brings you closer,
You do it and you do more of it.
Time creators also measure their day.
However,
They don't care about every single minute.
They only care about high leverage things measured by feelings.
If it brings them joy and expansion,
They put more attention on it.
If it drains them,
Off the list they go.
Easy,
Flow-based,
Intuitive.
Obviously,
One way is not better than the other.
Because time makers get you in burnout and are unsustainable in the long run.
Time creators may not get you immediate results,
But will keep you sustainable and get your results in the long run.
Obviously,
You want to know where you stand and make your choice depending on your needs and desires.
And that's why we meditate to come back to our inner knowing,
Inner center,
And make decision.
Do you want to make or create time?
Or both?
So let's practice.
Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation to make and create more time.
Relax your physical body,
Close your eyes,
And go within.
Put your attention on your breath through your heart.
And for remainder of this practice,
Keep bringing your attention back to your heart.
Simply observe and allow yourself to feel.
And as you breathe,
Allow yourself to relax even more within your body.
And with each exhalation,
Releasing any tension and uncomfort.
Make sure to relax your eyes,
Soften your gaze,
Loosen your face,
Jaw,
Neck,
And shoulders.
Open your chest and let go,
Release.
Remember your heart and notice what you notice.
Observe your thoughts,
Feelings,
And body sensations.
Notice where is your awareness.
Is it somewhere in your body,
Outside?
Allow yourself to feel and ask yourself,
Where is my center?
Where am I centered?
Allow yourself to feel.
Answer to these questions.
There's no right,
No wrong,
Simply your answer.
Describing your current situation,
Current moment.
And as you know your center,
Put your attention to the pure place in your heart,
Your heart,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your body,
Find your true center and allow yourself to relax.
Remembering who you are.
As you allow yourself to breathe,
Simply observe.
And as you remember your true being,
Your center,
You may decide.
Do you want to make your time be more masculine,
More logical,
More strategic?
Or you want to create your time,
Be more feminine,
More intuitive?
More relaxed?
Choose your path which leads you to flow.
Brain-heart coherence,
Harmony between the two,
Between time maker and creator,
Switching between the two,
Keeping yourself in harmony.
Allow yourself to feel the ease of time creator and focus of time maker.
Simply allow yourself to feel.
Make your choice which feels correct,
Comes with ease and joy.
Allow yourself to make and create more time as you audit your day,
As you eliminate the waste and implement,
Remaining in your heart center with love and fulfillment.
Allow yourself to feel.
Feel your connection with your heart.
And from this centered place,
You may look at your day,
Audit in any form and shape you like.
Pick the things that truly matter and execute them with flow.
With ease,
Matching your challenge with your skill.
You may stay here as long as you like,
Feeling calm,
Centered and secure.
And when you're ready,
You may open your eyes and have it magical.
