This soul activation will coach your subconscious to create a healthy relationship with your obsession.

We will make you effective so work gets done at your level best.

And make you sustainable so you can outwork anyone over time.

Especially if you already feel stressed or overwhelmed.

Do another meditation to get you in state and come back.

If you feel ready,

Let's go to work and go within.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice.

Close your eyes and connect with your heart.

As you breathe through your heart,

Feel your physical heart,

Relax your physical body.

Allow yourself to be present to any physical sensation.

Allow yourself to feel.

Feel physically,

Emotionally and observe mentally.

Keep bringing your attention back to your heart.

Setting intention to connect with the pure place in your heart,

Full of infinite and unconditional love,

Available in abundance right now,

Straight from your heart.

So feel,

Allow yourself to be.

Just observe and keep connecting with the pure place in your heart.

And consider bees could be considered most obsessed animals out there.

Yet,

They're happy,

Sweet,

Fulfilled and in abundance.

So let's make you a worker bee.

So I will ask you following questions and allow yourself to feel the answers.

What do you want?

This could be your dream,

Goal,

Ambition or outcome.

What do you want?

What is the most important thing for you?

And accept the answer.

Now that we know what is it that you want,

We'll go deeper into reprogramming your subconscious.

We'll ask you a few questions and your task is to just feel.

To identify your present situation honestly and identify your ideal.

Your heart will tell you what's real and what's true.

True meaning your most ideal.

So ask yourself,

What am I obsessed with?

You may also ask,

Where do I spend most of my time?

And feel,

No judgment,

Accept.

Now that you know where you stand,

Ask yourself,

What do I want to be obsessed with?

And allow yourself to feel.

Now that you have received answers and if you didn't,

Feel free to pause this practice and allow yourself to feel as long as it takes.

Otherwise,

Let's move on and in terms of your current obsession,

One that is present,

Ask yourself,

Does it serve me?

And feel.

Allow yourself to feel the nuance.

There might be things that serve and things that don't serve.

It's not a binary yes and no,

It's a scale.

Allow yourself to feel.

You may assign number from 1 to 10 to how much your current obsession serves you.

And feel.

Now that you know where you stand,

Ask yourself,

What served me better?

What would serve me better?

And allow yourself to feel.

You already know.

Now let's move to the next one and ask your heart,

Is this sustainable?

Your current obsession,

The one that you spend your most time with currently,

Is this sustainable?

And feel.

Allow nuances to appear.

What is sustainable and what is not?

Keep breathing through your heart as you feel.

And once you receive your answer,

You can move on and ask your heart,

What is sustainable?

Or what is more sustainable?

We're not seeking perfection,

We're seeking improvement.

So what is more sustainable?

Feel.

Allow answers to come.

You need not seek them,

Be present and let them in.

And once received,

Be thankful.

And now that you have the clear picture of where you're at and where do you want to be,

You can make a decision.

Who are you and where will you be right now?

And remember,

All you need is to decide who you are from now on.

What's different?

What will change as a result of this practice?

And remember,

Awareness is not the beginning of the journey,

It's the end of the journey.

Because once you are aware,

You make a decision.

Once you make a decision,

It's done.

Now let's just follow through with who you truly are.

So let's anchor it in,

Let's anchor your new decided identity in,

With deciding what's one thing that will change in your behavior as a result of this practice.

Allow yourself to feel.

Maybe one thing,

Few things,

Make sure it comes with certainty.

It could be something you do less of or something you do more of.

Feel and commit.

Lock this new identity in by seeing yourself executing this one thing that will change.

This mentally prepares your neural pathways and trains them to be the person who you truly are.
