If you struggle to shut off your mind at the end of the day,

Then odds are you're working on something really big and really important.

And as you go throughout the day,

You gather more and more energetical momentum around your mind.

And by the time you need to go to sleep,

Your mind is too active,

Caring about too many things,

Too many projects,

Too many problems.

And it's really difficult to fall asleep,

Right?

And if that's the case,

Then stop trying to stop the mind.

It's like standing in front of a train.

You're not gonna win.

Instead of playing this game,

Do the other one.

Remember who you are and put your attention in your heart.

Focus on your breathing and simply observe the energy in your mind.

Allow it to dissipate.

Move it throughout your whole body and allow it to release.

Allow the energy to do its work.

You don't need to control it.

And as you simply breathe and keep remembering your heart,

That's all you need to do.

Remember,

Remember,

And remember.

And allow the energy to be.

Allow the thoughts to be.

And that's it.

And that's why we meditate.

To claim back our own inner authority and make sure that mind works for us and not the other way around.

So let's practice.

So find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation to help you to fall asleep and release busy mind.

Relax your physical body.

Close your eyes and go within.

Simply breathe.

Allow yourself to feel.

And bring your attention to your breath through your heart.

Simply remind yourself of your heart.

Allow the mind to wander in between and simply allow yourself to be.

Stop trying to control your mind to stop it.

Allow it to be.

Instead,

Bring your awareness,

Bring your energy into your heart.

Allow the energy around your head to dissipate.

Allow it to do its work for you.

You don't need to control it.

Simply rest in sure foundation of remembering that you have done your best today.

There's nothing for you to do.

Allow yourself to observe.

Having calm certainty that tomorrow will be a new day and you will handle it.

As it comes.

So remember your heart as you breathe.

There's nothing for you to do.

Just remember the pure place in your heart.

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment.

It might take some time.

No need to worry.

Your body will do what your body is made to do.

It will take its sleep.

Simply allow it.

We're resting your awareness in your heart.

You may put your hands on top of your heart.

And simply breathe.

Relax into the present moment.

Make sure you relax your eyes,

Open your gaze,

Loosen your face,

Jaw,

Neck and shoulders.

With next exhalation,

Release any looping talk,

Any need to control these thoughts.

Let the mind to be.

And put your attention on your heart.

As many times you need,

Remember yourself and who you truly are.

Remember who's in control.

You have all the power.

So simply remember your heart.

You have all the power.

Having faith that all the energy you created knows its place.

It will do its work as you sleep.

Allow the energy to flow.

As you remember your heart over and over again.

The more you remember your heart,

The stronger you get,

The easier it becomes.

To simply be and observe the pure place in your heart.

You may stay here as long as you like.

Allowing yourself to breathe.

Simply observing and remembering who you are.

And whenever ready,
