This soul activation will cultivate deep and magnetic presence that will keep you on top of your game,

Even when your mind is racing.

As we say in business,

Simple scales,

Fancy fails.

That's why we will guide you through a simple three-step process anyone can follow,

Even if you're neurodivergent.

But before we reveal these steps,

Let's make sure you are open to receive.

Let's go within.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice.

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes,

And put your hands on top of your heart.

Breathe through your heart.

Allow yourself to arrive fully into the present moment.

Observe.

Observe your body.

Observe your mind.

Observe your heart.

Allow yourself to feel.

Allow yourself to be at ease in the present moment.

And whenever you feel any tension,

Any resistance,

Breathe into it and release.

Allow it to release.

And now,

Let's set a conscious intention for this practice.

You may pick a challenge you're solving right now.

If that's the case,

You may ask yourself,

How this practice would help me ideally?

Pick an intention and be thankful.

And whenever ready,

Let's take the first step.

Drop into your body.

And quite often,

Our mind is kind of trying to bring our attention away from our body,

Trying to solve problems.

Not because the mind is busy,

Cannot be controlled,

Because mind is on mission.

There is something important for you.

And let's acknowledge that.

What is it that's so important that your mind keeps taking your attention away?

Acknowledge,

What's the mission you're sending your mind on?

And let's use our body to solve this mission.

Let's see our body as a valued advisor that gives second opinion.

You may ask yourself,

What is my body trying to say to me right now that my mind is not able to fix yet?

Consider this.

If your mind had an answer,

It will already reveal it to you.

Odds are,

It doesn't have the answer.

Maybe body has.

So let's feel.

Let's connect with our body and listen.

You don't need to understand mentally what the body is saying.

You may or may not receive the message right away.

Just notice and know that whatever you observe is the answer you seek.

Your body speaks to you right now.

Observe,

Listen,

And feel.

Allow your body to express itself in the present moment.

Drop into your body.

Make your body your most important thing right now,

For this moment.

Breathe and feel.

Use your breath to really anchor your awareness into your body,

And feel free to focus on your heart,

Your physical heart in your body,

Breathing through your heart.

Continue to observe and acknowledge that you have received your answer,

Your second opinion.

So let's thank our body for speaking.

Thank you.

And with that,

Let's take the second step.

Connect with your heart.

Let's use our heart as our second advisor to give us our wish fulfilled.

And consider that your heart is all-knowing and direct gateway to divine through pure place in your heart.

Always present,

Always available,

Full of unconditional love radiating outward.

Set intention to connect with the pure place in your heart.

Allow yourself to feel.

Your heart speaks to emotion,

To feeling,

To energy,

To deep knowing that something is right.

You may ask your heart,

What is my soul trying to say?

What am I being guided towards?

What's my next step?

Be present and allow yourself to feel.

And whatever comes up,

Know that this is exactly what you need right now.

That's your answer.

So thank you.

And now,

Let's take the third step.

Observe your mind from your heart.

Yes,

Even your thoughts are advisors.

However,

Each thought may be separate advisor.

So let's learn to discern which thoughts to believe in and which ones to release.

I invite you to feel your thoughts.

Not that much on physical sensation,

That too.

But more about,

Does it feel right,

Open and expansive,

Harmonious in your heart?

Acknowledge the feelings associated with thoughts.

And acknowledge this feeling of feeling aligned or lack thereof with any given thought.

The more connected you feel,

The more aligned you feel,

The more valuable the thought for you.

The less aligned,

Less connected you feel,

Less valuable this thought may be.

So choose the thoughts that are most valuable.

Direct your attention towards the thoughts that make you feel most aligned.

Follow the breadcrumbs of good feeling thoughts.

And let go the thoughts that don't feel as good.

Take the best,

Leave the rest.

Follow your heart,

Discern.

And notice how amongst the millions of thoughts you hear every single day,

You can always pick the ones that feel the best,

That give you the most alignment.

Pay attention to those thoughts exclusively that lead you towards what you want.

Appreciate your ability to lead with your heart.
