Hello and welcome to your gentle resourcing audio practice.

You can use this practice anytime to cultivate layers of support for your system,

So that you have a greater capacity to meet challenge and to feel deeper belonging and support throughout your day.

So find a comfortable place to sit,

Something that allows your body to relax,

But also to feel alive and awake.

Begin by finding your breath,

Allowing the body to breathe however it wants.

So it might feel good to breathe in through the nose and sigh out the mouth.

It might feel good to breathe in and out through the mouth or to drop the breath down into the belly.

Just allowing the body to really guide the breath.

And following whatever else might feel good here,

Maybe some movement in the face,

Or if you feel that the mind is really busy,

It might feel nice to rest an open palm on the top of your head,

Just to feel the containment of your skull.

Continuing to breathe,

Allowing the body to move or adjust however it wants.

Taking one last full deep breath in and sigh,

Make some sound out the mouth on the exhale,

Relaxing the arms,

The chest,

The belly down into the earth.

Letting the breath find a natural rhythm as you start to tune into the support underneath you.

Feeling the earth holding you.

Feeling yourself soften into that support.

Feeling how she is already and always here supporting you,

Holding you.

Tuning into how that feels.

Breathing into that solid support.

Inviting yourself to relax and soften down and in,

Receiving that support.

And then gently,

You're going to start to feel for a resource that wants to be here with you.

It might be a place,

A being,

An animal,

A force of nature,

A person.

It can be anything.

So really listen and trust whatever arises here.

And breathing into what comes to what is here,

Noticing what this is like.

Where is this resource in relationship to you?

What does it feel like to have this resource here?

Breathing into it,

Beginning to let your system attune to it.

Noticing what's alive in your body as you do this.

What are the sensations and the qualities of energy in your body as you feel this resource here for you?

Noticing in the body what this feels like.

Breathing into this resource.

Anchoring in this felt sense.

And if it feels right,

Maybe bringing your hands to your body somewhere,

Feeling the support and the resource of your own touch,

Of your own strength,

Of your own love.

Feeling this resource here and also feeling you,

Here with you.

Maybe whispering some sweet,

Kind words aloud.

I love you.

I'm right here.

I'm listening.

I've got you.

I love you.

Feeling all these layers of support.

The earth holding you.

Your resource here with you.

In your own touch,

Your own words,

Your own capacity to turn towards yourself.

Feeling it all,

Breathing into it all.

Maybe even allowing other resources to show up.

Feeling all this support,

All this love.

All that is here for you.

Leaning into it,

Breathing into it,

Trusting it,

Receiving it.

Feeling what this is like in the body.

Anchoring these layers of support into your system.

Remembering that you can come back here,

You can come back to your resource,

Back to what feels good,

Back to the support of the earth,

Back to you.

Taking three generous breaths into whatever is alive for you in this moment.

Sending you love and support throughout your day.

Namaste.
