Hello and welcome to your evoking possibility audio practice.

So you will begin standing,

And then we'll do some movement,

And then you'll want a place to lay down and rest and integrate after.

So finding your feet,

Just starting here to notice what's alive in your body.

What are the physical sensations,

The overall felt sense,

Just tuning into the life of the body without changing or fixing anything.

And gently beginning to notice where in your body you're holding effort.

So anywhere that you are tightening or collapsing,

Gripping,

Contracting,

Just noticing where is the concentration of energy.

Really trusting where your attention pulls you.

Just noticing maybe one or two areas of the body where you notice effort.

And then for a few moments you're just going to increase that effort.

You're just going to emphasize whatever you are already doing in those areas.

So if there's a contraction you're contracting a little more.

If there's a tightening or heaviness you're just leaning into that.

And perhaps other body parts get involved.

You're just allowing the body to take the overall shape of this current experience.

Holding it for one more breath.

And then really slowly you're just going to start to bring in more breath,

A nice full deep breath as you start to soften,

As you start to release those areas of effort,

And as you begin to follow any flow in the body.

So as you breathe nice and deep you're just seeing if you can follow the energy.

See if you can notice it moving and say yes to it.

Starting to allow the body to move.

You might notice temperature,

Tingles,

Trembles.

Just starting to let the body lead.

How does it want to move as you bring in lots and lots of breath.

Taking in a nice full deep breath and letting out some sound on the exhale.

Whatever sound comes out just continuing to move the body.

Allowing it to start to open.

To let this energy that was contracted or held to start to move.

To be integrated,

Incorporated,

Metabolized.

Full permission.

How does the body want to move?

Breathing,

Letting out sound.

And meeting whatever arises just as energy.

Emotions are energy,

Thoughts are energy.

How can you say yes with your body?

How can you physicalize what is here?

Moving,

Breathing,

Sounding,

Full permission to let the body lead.

And for a minute we're just gonna focus on the lower body.

So feeling the muscles in your legs,

Feeling how your hips move,

How your feet move.

Letting the lower body take the lead here.

Breathing deep into the lower body.

Letting out sound from there.

Moving the lower body,

Full permission.

And then you're just gonna start to allow the spine to take the lead.

The chest,

The ribcage.

Really feeling how these parts of your body can move,

How they want to move.

Bringing in more breath.

Letting the spine undulate.

Opening the back of your heart.

Letting the breath fill your chest.

Maybe letting out some sound.

And then gently moving into the arms and the shoulders and the face.

Letting the movement happen.

Bringing in some more breath.

Really letting the face move around.

This is a place we can really hold and freeze.

So letting movement,

Continuous movement happen in the face.

Letting the arms,

Shoulders,

Hands,

Fingers.

Breathing and moving.

And now letting the whole body move however it wants.

Fully surrendering and letting it take the lead.

Then you're just gonna start to slow everything down.

Starting to feel your feet on the ground.

Letting the movement be really slow.

Maybe even finding some stillness as you notice sensations in the body.

Feeling sensations and tuning into your experience.

What's alive in the body now.

And from this place you're just going to start to invite the energy of possibility.

So we're going to use the mind to help us do this.

So I want you to start to think of a time where something happened that you didn't think was possible.

Maybe you fell in love.

Maybe a new job opportunity came.

Maybe you moved to a new place.

Maybe you did something.

Something that you didn't think that you could actually do.

So starting to let images and moments and memories just flood in.

Just being open.

Show me when I was connected to possibility.

Maybe even feeling back to when you were a kid and you could just play in that realm of endless,

Limitless possibility.

That field of imagination.

Maybe you can smell,

Sense,

Feel sunshine,

Summer,

Celebrations.

And you're just going to start to let these images and memories and moments trickle down into your body.

Beginning to evoke this energy of possibility.

So the mind might still be there.

It's okay.

It's okay that it's here.

But just starting to get a little bit more curious about the sensations of possibility.

What does it feel like in your body?

And starting to move with it,

To sound with it,

To be with this energy of possibility,

Just as it is right here,

Right now.

How does this energy want to move,

Breathe,

Flow through the body?

Can your body be a vessel through which the pure energy of possibility flows?

What is this like?

How does this feel inside of you?

What is the quality,

The texture,

The felt sense of possibility?

Getting to know it,

Move with it,

Sound with it,

Become it.

Letting possibility teach you,

Take you,

Lead your body,

Open your heart.

And you can keep flowing if this feels really juicy.

You can pause the recording.

But if you're ready to start to slow it down,

Just gently begin to slow it all down.

And once again tune into those physical sensations in the body.

What's alive now?

And really what is this like?

What is it like to be you right now?

How does the world feel to you right now?

What is possible?

And when you're ready,

Gently finding a place to lay down,

To rest,

To integrate,

To really take the time to absorb this energy and to incorporate this practice.
