Welcome to your Cultivating Trust Audio Practice.

And so to begin,

Find your feet.

This practice will be standing and ideally barefoot.

So start with simply feeling your feet on the earth.

Maybe even looking down at them.

Just really feeling yourself right here,

Right now.

And beginning to contract the muscles in your feet.

Taking your time and breathing as you contract each muscle in your feet.

The toes,

The front,

The back,

The sides of your feet.

Contracting each muscle a little bit more.

And then releasing,

Melting your feet down into the earth.

Taking in a deep breath as you feel sensations in your feet.

And we will begin by doing a few heel thuds to increase this earth energy in our bodies.

So lifting up on your toes a couple of inches and then dropping.

So eyes are soft and looking out at the horizon,

Breathing deeply.

Just raising up and dropping the heels back down into the earth.

Really letting yourself land.

Finding a slow,

Steady rhythm.

Cultivating this earth energy in the body.

Rhythmic,

Steady,

Simple,

Uncomplicated.

Deeply breathing as you drop the heels into the earth.

Relaxing the eyes,

The face,

The jaw.

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to get to.

Just dropping into the earth.

And beginning to find some stillness as you just notice sensations in your lower body.

Notice energy moving through your body.

Trusting where you stand on this earth.

Trusting you are connected to earth.

Dropping into the sensations in the body.

Temperature.

Movement.

Tracking sensations,

Really noticing your lower body as you soften the upper body.

Imagining now the earth energy traveling up your legs and filling your entire pelvic bowl.

Your womb space,

Your hips,

Your ovaries.

The earth energy coming in and expanding into that space as you begin to breathe into your whole pelvic bowl.

Bringing your hands to trace the bones of your hip.

To feel your sacrum,

Tracing it with your thumbs.

Just exploring this whole pelvic space.

And bringing one hand to rest in front and one hand to rest in back,

Cupping your whole pelvic bowl.

As you begin to just tilt,

Just rock back and forth,

Front and back,

Tucking your hips,

Releasing just a small rocking in your pelvis as you begin to deeply breathe the earth energy up into this whole space.

Waking up the energy that resides here,

Deeply connecting to this place.

You can move your hands around as you tilt,

Feeling what supports you and deeply connecting to this space.

Really dropping into the bones of your body.

And now I invite you to begin to sound from this place.

So inhaling you contact and connect to this space and on the exhale you let out whatever sound comes.

So simply allowing this part of you to express itself at your own speed,

At your own pace.

Inhaling and dropping into that place,

That space,

Really placing your awareness there.

And on the exhale releasing whatever sound comes out.

And now building trust with the body,

Begin to allow the body to move from this pelvic bowl as you breathe.

Continuous movement from your hips,

Your womb.

You can keep your hands there if that supports you dropping in.

Really trusting your body's guidance and wisdom,

Using the breath to support the movement.

Perhaps having your eyes closed to help you drop more into your pelvis,

Into your hips.

Really trusting your body,

Trusting your hips,

Your pelvis,

Trusting your own root.

Allowing the energy to simply flow and move.

And now deepening the breath,

Bringing in some continuous movement in the face.

So now it is face and hips,

Your whole pelvis space as you breathe.

And just flow and move with whatever energy is here,

Whatever energy is waking up.

Using the breath,

Using sound,

Moving your hips,

Your pelvis,

Your face.

And now beginning to let this movement expand out to the whole body while still letting the intuitive movement come from deep inside your pelvic bowl.

Initiating from that place,

From your root.

Letting the energy expand and flow throughout the whole body.

What if you could trust this energy just as it is?

If something arises,

Sensation or emotion,

Can you meet yourself right here?

Breathing,

Moving,

Sounding with whatever is alive in your body.

Trusting that you have the capacity to be with the waves,

The energy,

With whatever is here.

Moving with life just as it is.

Becoming the sensations,

Becoming the energy.

Trusting,

Breathing,

Following and flowing.

Giving yourself permission here to really be with what is alive in your body in a deep,

Intimate,

Connected way.

We are wild,

Free,

Intuitive beings.

Letting the movement now be whatever it wants.

Fast,

Slow,

Staccato,

Flowing.

Just being with the energy.

Not thinking of how it looks or shifting into a patterned way of moving,

But really being with your body,

Trusting it and letting it lead.

If the energy goes up into the mind,

Use your breath,

Your touch and the miracle of your awareness to drop it back down into the earth,

Into your pelvis,

Into your body.

There is nothing to figure out,

Nowhere to get to,

Nothing to achieve.

Just intimately being with your deepest self.

Building trust,

Creating more freedom,

More space,

Creating more freedom.

And beginning to slow things down.

Taking your time to intuitively feel how this energy desires to come to completion.

Maybe letting it continue to move.

Really letting the body teach and lead.

Deepening that trust with yourself.

And if your body still desires to move,

You can pause this recording.

And if you're ready to find a more still experience,

Not freezing but simply tuning into the life of the body.

Getting still to notice sensations.

To really drop into your lower body.

To feel what is alive right here,

Right now.

And to really soften into you.

To inhabit more of who you are.

To feel how this body is yours,

This experience is yours.

Feeling the trust,

The ownership,

The real connection that you have with yourself in this moment.

Really welcoming whatever your experience is.

Knowing that it is exactly what you need.

Really trusting and being with yourself right here,

Right now.

And then giving yourself time to rest and to integrate this practice.

You can lay down on your back,

You can curl up.

Just listening to how your body wants to rest and begin to really soak up this energy into your bones,

Into your skin.

To anchor this practice and this trust that you have begun to cultivate deep within your bones.

So giving yourself lots of time to rest and to integrate.
