The Four Agreements Cacao Journey

This Cacao Ceremony is a guided journey inspired by “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz, a book of wisdom that reminds us how to return to truth, freedom, and integrity in the way we live and love. In this ceremony, each sip of cacao becomes a sacred vow, a moment to embody one of the four agreements as we journey together with Mama Cacao as our guide.

This track was recorded live during one of our weekly cacao ceremonies here on Insight Timer. This is a regular space where hearts gather from around the world to slow down, connect, and remember who we are beneath the noise. It is one of my favourite times of the week when we gather together and allow cacao to lead us back to ourselves.
