Meditation Timer OnlineAsia Charles is a Mindfulness Teacher and Creative Arts & Wellbeing Facilitator. A BSc Psychology graduate and MA student in Teaching Mindfulness-Based Approaches at Bangor University, she also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Arts Therapy from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE). Currently, she is training as a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy (HICAT) practitioner and Children & Young People’s Coach. Passionate, creative, and grounded, Asia believes in the innate healing, freeing, and nurturing power of heart awareness and creative self-expression. As both a meditator and artist, she is dedicated to exploring the intersection of mindfulness, creativity, and healing.
