Hello,
Amazing human beings.
I'm so excited to be here to guide you through this Energy Signatures Meditation.
So the intention behind this meditation is to get really clear on what it feels like in your body when you get a message that is a yes from your intuition and when you get a message that is a no from your intuition.
So what does that feel like in your body?
And once we get more clear on what this feels like in our body,
We can start to determine and distinguish,
Okay,
Is this my intuition talking to me?
Is this how it feels in my body?
Or is this somebody else's energy?
So this is going to be really,
Really great using this moving forward,
Especially when setting boundaries,
Right and making decisions based on our own truth versus somebody else's.
So just take a moment here and find just a comfortable place anywhere that feels good for you.
And closing down your eyes,
Start to bring your awareness into your breath.
And intentionally slowing down the breath here.
So taking deep inhales through the nose and deep exhales out through the nose.
And to help us deepen the breath even further,
For your next three inhales,
We're going to inhale for a count of three,
Hold for a count of three,
And exhale for a count of three.
So inhale 123,
Hold it 123,
Exhale 123.
Two more inhale 123,
Hold 123,
Exhale 123,
Two,
Three.
Last one,
Inhale 123,
Hold 123,
And exhale 123.
And just breathing naturally here.
And starting to feel more and more relaxed with each and every breath here.
And now bringing your awareness into your toes.
Just noticing at your toes,
Noticing how they feel.
Notice the soles of the feet and the arches of the feet.
Bringing your awareness into your ankles.
Relaxing each body part as you go,
Bringing your awareness into your calves now.
Knees.
Your thighs and your hips.
Your lower back.
Your thighs and your hips.
Your low belly.
Mid belly.
Upper belly and your chest.
Relaxing your back.
Relaxing your shoulders and your arms.
Relaxing your neck.
And your whole head.
Especially the jaw and the eyes.
And silently giving thanks to your body.
Thank your body for showing up,
For breathing,
For moving,
For loving.
Silently thank your body now.
And now,
Your perfection met.
And when you feel ready,
Take another deep breath.
And ask your body,
What is my yes sensation?
And then focus on steady breathing as you wait to feel your yes sensation.
It might feel like a tingle in your third eye,
Or the feeling of heat in your belly,
Or a feeling in your chest expanding outward.
What is my yes sensation?
And if it helps,
Maybe bringing to mind a time when you got a resounding yes from your body.
What did that feel like?
And once you identify that feeling in your body,
Allow that feeling to grow strong enough to where you know you'll be able to recognize it later.
Be as detailed as you need to be here.
And when you feel clear on what your yes is,
Ask your body,
What is my no sensation?
Again,
Focus on studying your breath as you wait for your no sensation.
There's really no rush here.
It might start to feel like your shoulders contracting,
Your chest concaving,
Your throat closing.
Your eyebrows might start to crunch together a bit.
What is my no sensation?
And if it helps here,
Bringing to mind a time when you felt a resounding no from your body.
What did that feel like?
And once you identify the sensation of your no,
Allow that feeling to grow stronger and stronger enough so you will be able to recognize it later.
And again,
Focus on studying your breath as you wait for your no sensation.
And when you feel clear on what your no sensation is,
Take a nice big deep breath in through your nose and exhale out the mouth.
Knowing and trusting here that you have identified when your intuition is speaking to you and committing to deep trust within yourself that you know your body knows your intuition knows.
And taking your hands together in prayer position right at your heart center.
And again,
Thanking your body.
Thanking your intuition for speaking to you for working with you.

One more deep breath here.
Breathe in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth and as you do so,
Dropping the hands back down in the lap.
Feeling even more clear,
More empowered,
