Hello and happy full moon amazing meditators.
So this meditation is absolutely wonderful to listen to and move through either on the full moon or really anytime you're feeling called to letting go surrendering and trusting your life and where you're at in your journey.
If you'd like and you feel called I highly recommend bringing a journal into your practice today and having that handy to write down any insights or reflections you may have regarding these full moon questions I will be asking you.
As I had mentioned that the energy of the full moon is all about letting go and releasing the things that are no longer serving you.
You know it always amazes me how quickly we can accumulate things whether those are physical things in our environment limiting beliefs or unhealthy habits.
Either way this full moon meditation is your opportunity to pause reflect and think deeply about what you would like to release so you can live your most joyfully aligned life.
So taking this next moment or two here to get comfortable.
Find a comfortable seat either on your meditation cushion or in a chair.
And as you get settled start to settle into the breath.
Just noticing the breath as it moves in through the nose and out through the nose.
And see if you can observe the breath for at least five breaths here.
Watching the breath witnessing the breath even visualizing the breath.
And I encourage you as we move through this self inquiry full moon meditation together to continue with this useful breath.
I'm going to ask you a series of four questions and I will leave plenty of space between each question about a minute or so for you to either write down or simply reflect on the answers that come to you.
Be sure not to force or pressure yourself to come up with an answer.
Simply trust that the answer that you need will bubble up for you.
What in this moment is weighing you down?
What feels heavy for you?
Is it easy?
Is it necessary?
And as a simple reminder to reserve or withhold any judgment that comes up,
This is simply about building awareness around the things that are maybe not serving you in your life.
What would feel so good to lovingly release and not bring with you into this coming month?
What would feel so good to love you in this coming month?
Remember,
As we're here together in this present moment,
This is your opportunity to choose to let go.
Living today,
What would living your best life mean to you?
And what would you need to stop doing?
What would you need to stop doing?
What we stop doing is just as important as what we start doing.
And now is a beautiful time to choose.
Where in my life am I being asked to trust?
And what would it look like for me to trust myself today?
What would it look like for me to trust myself today?
What would it look like for me to trust myself today?
If you're writing,
Pause for a moment,
Put your pen or pencil down,
And let's take three cleansing breaths here together just to really clear out any of that residual energy that we want to let go of.
We can do that so thoroughly through the breath.
So exhaling out the breath wherever you're at,
Letting it go.
Take a big inhale through the nose,
Fill up to the very,
Very top until you're all the way full of breath.
And then open up the mouth,
Let it go,
Press the air out.
Two more times together here.
Inhale,
Big,
Big breath,
Fill up with breath to the very,
Very top.
And then open up the mouth,
Exhale,
Let it go,
Press the air out of the body.
One more time together here.
Breathe in,
Breathe in,
Fill up with that breath.
Fill the lungs to the very,
Very top.
And then open up the mouth,
Exhale,
Let it go.
Beautiful.
I encourage you to continue writing,
Continue journaling and reflecting on these questions if you feel called.
And remember,
You have the power to choose.
You have the power to let go so you can live a life that is full of ease and peace and joy and love.
It is absolutely possible for you.
Step into that energy now and I hold that space for you here.
Thank you so much for meditating with me today.
Beautiful moon and until we meditate together again,
Which I hope is very soon,
Namaste.
