Hello and welcome to this gratitude meditation.

I'm so so grateful that you are here.

Feel free to start by taking as much time as you need to get nice and comfortable.

There's really no rush here.

Feel free to grab a blanket,

Get your tea,

Your coffee nearby,

Your water.

You can lie down,

Find your most comfortable place in your home or maybe even outside.

And once you start to feel a little bit more settled into your space,

Before we close our eyes and get started with our meditation,

We're just going to start to notice the things around us.

Notice the things that surround you.

Notice the things in your environment.

Maybe even many of those things you chose.

Pictures on the wall,

A lamp nearby,

A book.

Allow your gaze to gently fall upon these objects,

These things,

Maybe even people.

So continuing to scan your environment,

Your room and noticing the things that you have chose to surround yourself with,

Noticing the beauty.

And see if you can't bring a sense of gratitude to these things that maybe you've overlooked.

I know many of the things in my home that I chose that I bought often go overlooked and it's like,

Ah,

Yes,

That statue,

That book,

That calendar,

That candle,

That picture,

Those art supplies.

Ah,

Yes,

Yes.

Those things are so wonderful.

And now allow your gaze to settle upon one particular thing that's around you.

It might be a tree or a plant or a book.

Like I've said,

A picture can be really anything,

But allowing your gaze to settle on one object around you.

Really focus in on this thing.

Notice the little details,

The little curves,

The textures,

The colors,

Really,

Really notice everything about this thing.

You can even pick it up and hold it.

What do you enjoy about this thing?

What do you love about this particular thing?

What brings you a sense of gratitude about this particular thing?

How would your life change or be different without this thing?

I'll give you a moment to contemplate these questions.

Okay.

And now taking a nice big deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

You can start to allow your attention to drift away from this object and into yourself.

You can close your eyes and I invite you to bring your hands to your heart space.

Let's take a couple more deep breaths here together.

Breathe in through the nose and exhale it out through the mouth.

One more breathe in and breathe out.

And starting with you,

Beautiful,

Beautiful soul.

What are you grateful for yourself for?

What about you?

Are you grateful for in this moment?

Is it your smile?

Is it your kindness?

Is it your humor?

Is it your ability to listen,

Share stories?

What are you grateful for about you,

About the person that you are?

Bringing that to your mind.

And then allow that thing that you're grateful for,

For yourself to land right in your heart.

In holding that quality or that characteristic,

Whatever it is that came up for you to land right in your heart space.

And you're just going to nurture it and care for it and acknowledge it right there.

Step into a sense of deep gratitude.

Lean a little bit further into gratitude for yourself in this moment.

And now bringing to mind an experience or a person perhaps from your past that you are grateful for.

And bring an image into your mind of this experience or this person or this thing perhaps.

And once you have that image,

Reach your arm out like you're going to grab it.

Pull that experience close to your heart and place it right there in your heart space.

Stack it on top of that reason,

That characteristic of why you're grateful for you and allow that feeling of gratitude to amplify,

To increase.

Feel the love and the gratitude that you have for this past experience and how your life might have been different.

How do you not experience this or owned this or met this person?

And now tapping into your imagination,

Thinking into your future,

The future that you're actively creating for yourself and bring to mind something that you are going to create for yourself in your future.

An experience,

A person you're going to meet,

Something that you're going to be so grateful for,

Bring that image into your mind and then reach your arm out.

Grab that experience,

That image and place it in your heart.

Stack it on that past experience and that other reason that you're grateful for yourself and allow this experience to amplify that sense of gratitude even more.

And now thinking about another past experience that you have had that you are so grateful for.

Reach out,

Grab that experience and place it in your heart.

Stack it on top of those other reasons why you are so grateful.

Reach out and grab another experience that you are going to create for in your future.

Grab it,

Place it,

Stack it right on your heart and feel the sense of gratitude expanding in your body,

Expanding in the sense of gratitude,

This beauty of all of these experiences that you have created in your life.

All of these experiences that you have had that you are now grateful for.

Hundreds,

Thousands of experiences that you have had.

Imagine pulling all of those experiences into your heart,

Into your soul,

Into your body and allow that sense of gratitude to expand out so much so that that energy is going to spill out beyond your skin and impact how others feel and allows them to step into their gratitude.

Feel it.

Feel it even more in this moment.

Step into it.

Allow yourself to feel it.

And taking a nice big deep breath in through your nose,

Filling up with even more gratitude for this breath,

For this moment.

Breathe it in and as you exhale,

Allow your hands to fall down into your lap and give yourself a moment to notice this incredible shift that you have created in your mind,

In your physiology,

In your spirit.

Take one more gentle breath in.

And breathe it out.

Thank you so much for meditating with me today.

I am so grateful for you.

I absolutely love this, I felt such a great connection I really could connect and visualize pulling memories in and then being able to see the future , it was like I could see my momma then I could see my son getting married . This brought love and joy and kindness back onto my heart and soul✨🌻 I recently have had some traumatic stuff happen , and am just finding my way to figure out how to handle it all , and this really just took me to a place where I could just be and focus on my gratitude for life πŸ•ŠοΈ And that's really been a hard thing to do lately. So Thank you
