The truth that you are seeking is already within you. This meditation will guide you from looking outside of yourself for the wisdom you desire and back to yourself - and exactly where your truth resides. Journaling Questions: When I am living at the center of my truth, who am I being? What truth have you been hiding and shying away from? What truth am I scared of being seen? What truth within me is ready to be spoken? Ready to be lived? If I was living my most honest life, who would I be?

Hello and welcome,

Meditators,

To this connecting to your inner truth meditation and journaling exercise.

The power of meditation paired with journaling is so incredible.

I know for me it is so easy to meditate,

Say,

Okay,

Great,

Check it off my list and move on with my day.

Yet we can have so many powerful insights that arise during our meditation practice and we want to be able to capture those and that's what journaling can do.

Throughout this meditation,

I will ask you several questions to meditate on and to contemplate.

Try not to force any answers.

Just relax and allow yourself to be still.

The moment we are able to let go,

To relax and to allow is the moment the answer and the truth will arise.

So have your journal handy and feel free to write in it during and after this meditation.

You can sit comfortably with your eyes closed and pink them open from time to time to jot something down or you can simply contemplate.

The questions will be provided in the description at the end of the meditation.

Let's begin.

Finding that nice,

Comfortable seat or wherever it feels good for you.

Remember this is your meditation,

Your choice.

Once you find that comfortable place where you can fully relax,

Start to take a couple deep grounding breaths,

Breathing in through the nose all the way down into the belly and then fully and completely exhaling back out the nose.

And imagining with each exhale that you're relaxing deeper and deeper.

And right when you think you are as relaxed as you can be,

See if you can relax just a little bit more.

We are all on some level seeking the truth.

The truth and the purpose of our existence,

The truth of who we are,

The truth of who we want to be.

That truth,

It exists within you.

You don't have to go far.

That so many are seeking and searching for the answers and the truth outside of ourselves.

But you,

You have the truth.

You have your truth.

Leaning into that truth that it is already within you and it wants to be heard.

It wants to be seen,

It wants to be felt.

So let's allow it.

Now letting this first question just float up into your mind.

When am I living at the center of my truth?

When am I living at the center of my truth?

When I am living at the center of my truth,

Who am I being?

How am I showing up?

What truth have I been shying away from?

What truth have I been hiding?

What truth am I scared of being seen?

What truth within me is ready to be spoken?

What truth within me is ready to be said?

What truth within me is ready to be lived?

To be lived out loud?

To shine?

What truth is ready to be lived?

And lastly,

If I were living fully my most honest life,

Who would I be?

Gently starting to guide yourself back into your breath.

Coming back into the body.

Coming back into your environment.

And continue to breathe here and be really gentle with yourself as you guide your way out of this meditation.

I encourage you,

If you have the time,

To continue journaling on these questions,

Even if for just a couple more minutes,

That truth,

It can get buried and journaling can help us sift through it.

Thank you so much for meditating with me today.

Feel free to come back,

Revisit this meditation as often as you'd need.

Sending you so much love.

Namaste.
