Hello wonderful people and welcome back to living the most epic life.

My name is Ashley and I will be your guide for the next couple of minutes.

Thank you again if you have tuned into our first part series and which was living your highest passion and living your excitement and why that is important.

If you have not heard this part yet feel free to go back and to listen to it as this is the follow-up part but bear in mind that you do not need to hear the first part to hear this part.

If you are here it is for a reason and trust that.

So welcome back my friends.

In part two of this three part series of living the most epic life we will be exploring the idea of definitions and how definitions have impacted our lives all the time.

How from our birth we have been guided by our beliefs and our definitions.

However this is something that we are not always aware of.

It is something that resides mostly in our subconscious and impacts every single aspect of our personality structure.

So if we had to see the personality structure as a shell or a mask that our physical aspect of ourselves needs to put on so that we can have an experience of physical reality it would be seen as the diver that needs to put on the mask and the suit and the oxygen tank depending on where how long or how far he wants to go before we takes a dive.

I think that how I would see the personality structure would be very similar to this in the sense that it is our soul that is putting on the physical tools and physical aspects so that we can have a physical experience in the first place.

Our ego is very much a part of this personality structure but today we will not focus on the ego per se we will focus on our beliefs and what they mean for our lives and how they have guided our entire lives for as long as we can remember.

So ask yourself this question have you ever experienced anything in your life that was slightly not traumatic but slightly impactful on your state of being whereby after you felt sad or you felt angry and you even went as far as asking the question why did I do this or why did this happen to me or how did I get in the situation.

Well very quickly we can easily go back and see that at that very moment there possibly was some sort of an action that you did there was a thought pattern that you had that prompted you to do an action or to make an action whether it was to say something to someone whether it was to buy that particular thing or even not buy it or go there or not go there going and not going thinking and not thinking doing and not doing are all actions.

So if we can think back on those thoughts that prompted us to take an action we can dive a little bit deeper and dive into the world of our emotions and understand that the thought we had was possibly because of an emotion or we possibly had an emotion based on a thought.

So I can understand that this may be slightly complex at first but I can assure you that once you get a full view picture of the system that I am explaining here it will make a lot of sense and it will be so easy for you to incorporate that in your life and live the most epic life because in every single moment that you will find yourself not wanting or liking where you are you will have the opportunity to change this in a very very drastic and impactful way.

So follow along once we have made an action onto something and it was not really our preference we often go back and ask why did we do this you know why did I do this so we can go back and trace back that that action was taken from either thoughts or emotions we had in that moment.

The idea though is why did we have that thought and why did we have that emotion where do these two aspects of our personality structure come in and as you may have guessed it they come straight from your definition they come directly from your belief system of yourself and of that situation in that moment.

So for example let's take someone that walks into a room one afternoon and it's a crowded room and he is someone that has lived the life of kind of not recluse but someone that likes his solitude he likes to be alone and he just generally does not really socialize very much because of certain beliefs he has about social life and so let's take the example he walks into a bar in the morning and or in the afternoon and sees at least 20 to 30 people there he expected that possibly they were going to be up to five or six people there so he could have a nice quiet time and have his coffee however he realizes that there are way too many people in this bar and that makes him feel way too uncomfortable therefore he needs to take the action of leaving the bar and going back home where he feels comfortable.

So in this example we could clearly see that this individual felt uncomfortable or left the bar because of the idea that he had a belief about that situation he either had a belief that this is too much people for me to handle or he had a belief that all of these people will cause him harm in some way shape or form or any other type of belief that prompted him to not feel safe or secure in that location.

Now let's think that very same individuals that very same person that walks in the very same bar with very same circumstance if that individual had a very different belief system about himself in that situation and possibly had the belief system that wow these are all individuals I have never ever met before these are all stories that are brand new to me these are all new information that I can tap into today to learn more about myself then I can assure you that that person would not have gone home he would have stayed there he would have entertained and spoken with every single person that were there and he would have had a time and taken action based on the belief of I am safe I am supported in that space.

So I can understand that this was possibly a very mundane example but this is just to say that our beliefs are the key to why we take actions on things and the beliefs we have about the situations we are mostly in funny enough are not even our own beliefs that is the core of this part is to realize that most 95% of the beliefs we have within ourselves that reside in our subconscious self are not even ours they were given to us by our society by our family by our friends and by the experiences that we have of the world they are not real per se they are real because we experience them as real but they don't need to be real so to speak so the idea whenever we are in a situation that we do not prefer is to simply ask what is it that I am believing about this situation in relation to myself in the here and now that would make me feel or have these thoughts what would make me feel this way you know what is it that making you feel this way right now well it is the belief that you have about that situation and is that belief something that is fixed or is it something that we can change well funny enough beliefs have one key component to them it is to make you believe that they cannot be changed it is to make you believe that beliefs that believe that you have about that situation is the only belief that you have access to in that moment but the other key to this is the realization to it that you have the master key to that belief and the master key being the belief that every single belief can be changed by simply bringing them to the conscious mind because the idea about unconscious belief systems that are tuned in a negative way is that once you bring them out to the service they make no absolute sense at all they make no sense they're nonsensical and that is something that you will quickly find when you are training yourself to bring about and let go of negative belief systems is that once you bring them to your conscious mind they make no sense and once they make no sense they are immediately replaced with a sensical belief system that is possibly very much probably attuned to your frequency and to your unique self which is a positive being and again talking about positive and negative is the reminder that positive and negative is not good or bad it simply is that they both perform different functions negativity segregates it separates positivity unifies it integrates these are the characteristics that these two qualities of the universe exhibit and therefore it is obvious that we on this planet at this time would love to work with the positive aspect of things because we want to unite we want to integrate we want to have fun we want to love we want to grow we want to experience this world to the best viability and have the most fun doing it so clearly put it is a very good idea to get in touch with your definitions to get in touch with your belief systems and to really learn about yourself in that way because for example you took the action of listening to this if you're still listening to this right now because there was a belief inside of you that was subconscious that prompted you to take this action because you believe you would get something out of it and that's true for everything so my encouragement to you is to take a moment at least three or four times a day where you feel triggered about a situation whenever a situation feels wrong whenever it feels not in alignment that is your higher selves notice that you are out of alignment with your true self and then to get back in alignment you simply have to let go of the belief system that is in and out of alignment with your true self so to get in touch with the belief system now two ways number one I have said it it is simply to ask yourself what is it what I would have to believe in this situation and to feel this way or the number two if you want to go directly to the belief you simply ask what is it that what is the worst thing that could happen to me right now in this situation and once that comes to mind and that is the belief that you have the fear that you have about that belief is what you have and simply realizing it that it is not true there is very small probability that that can actually happen for yourself then you realize that the belief was out of alignment and you will naturally take on a new belief system whereby in the future whenever you in that same situation you will feel a completely different way you will have completely different thoughts and you will take completely different actions so this is the key to beliefs is to simply pay attention to our triggers whenever we feel out of alignment that is our higher self's notice that we are and have a belief that is out of alignment and in that moment it is up to you to your conscious self to bring that belief into alignment by becoming aware of it that is all you have to do you simply have to become aware of the belief for the belief to disappear and so that you can thereafter have different emotions and different thought patterns that will lead to different actions and as we know actions are the creative life whatever you take action on is what you get back like Einstein said what you put out is what you get back so to speak every single action ends and opposite an equal reaction so my friends I highly encourage you to pay attention to your definitions pay attention to your beliefs and simply live your life with the most passionate excitement that you can and naturally that will lead you to let go of belief systems that have no place in the new life that you choose to live so simply put you have all the power you can do it you have done it it is simply a matter of becoming slightly more conscious about it if ever you want to have a life that is ultra epic amazing and absolutely abundant my friends thank you so much for tuning in please tune in for part three of this three-part series on how to live the most epic
