The Solar Plexus in the Chakra system, stores a lot of energy around our sense of power, ego and manifesting our soul's purpose in the world. It's also the area of our "gut brain," the second biggest bundle of nerves in our body. Because there is so much nerve activity here, we can tend to store stress and emotion here.
