Allow yourself to find a comfortable seat with your spine erect and something behind you supporting you.

Begin to tune into your breath and just allow yourself to become fully present to this moment right here,

Right now as we set the intention to increase dopamine levels,

Creating motivation and energy on a molecular level through the body,

Mind and spirit.

Just allow yourself to tune into your breath and begin to find a rhythm that feels good,

That feels slightly stimulating,

To make it more stimulating you can breathe in through the nose with a big breath,

Exhale fully,

Big full deep breath,

Exhale and just allow yourself to settle into a rhythm as you begin to tune into the sensations present and you're noticing any resistance or tension,

Noticing any cravings or desires.

Just simply allow your breath to soothe these sensations,

To soothe these desires.

Just give your a moment here to simply breathe knowing that your breath can guide you through a journey and begin to allow yourself to bring into your mind the things that bring you passion and joy,

These things that will increase dopamine giving you more energy and motivation and simply just allow yourself to breathe,

Visualize,

Allow yourself to experience what it would feel like to partake in these activities.

Give yourself time to breathe with every inhale you amplify,

With every exhale you spread it through the entire body,

Through every cell,

Just simply allowing the dopamine to be released in the body,

Setting that intention that your molecular levels will shift giving you more motivation and energy.

The more you tune into these things that give you joy and motivation and simply just allow yourself to ride this wave of energy until you feel complete.

Simply bringing yourself back to your breath,

Using your breath to amplify this newfound energy and motivation breath by breath.

When you're ready,

Beginning to bring yourself out of this space,

Inviting in sight,

Inviting in all five senses to be present in this moment here and now,

Even giving yourself the opportunity to go experience one of these activities to increase your dopamine even more,

Releasing all cravings,

All desires and simply allowing yourself to feed your spirit,

Your mind,

Your body with new healthy habits,

Carrying this new energy throughout your day.
