For this guided meditation,
You will need to be seated or standing in front of a mirror.
My intention with this meditation is to help you remember and recognize that you are a divine channel.
By reaffirming and accepting this,
You can strengthen your connection to your higher self and again have trust in your intuition.
I'll give you a moment to get settled,
Whether seated or standing.
Now,
Face yourself and take a moment to just look at yourself in the eyes.
If you find this difficult,
Take a deep breath in as you wiggle your toes.
Exhale,
Releasing any tension or anxious energy.
Continue to breathe deeply until you can comfortably look yourself in the eyes.
This is a beautiful time just for you.
So take a moment to set your intention,
Whether that be to open or release.
Take a moment to feel your energy and the choice is yours.
But just hold the thought in your mind as you start to tune in to the sensations that you feel in your body as you observe yourself in the mirror.
What does your energy say to you?
Are you calm?
Are you tired?
Are you unsure?
Are you closed off?
Are you open?
Any feelings that come up,
Let them come and let them be your guides back to what you require.
The more aware we are of our own energy,
The more we can know exactly what we need,
Advocate for ourselves and trust in our knowledge of self and the decisions that we make.
Sometimes we make mistakes and that's okay.
That is part of the process.
That does not mean that there needs to be a war in your head.
That does not mean that you have to second guess yourself to make sure you're on the right track.
That does not mean you have to be self-critical,
Judgmental,
Ashamed or unsure.
Learning is a part of blossoming.
If we did not learn,
We would not grow into the people that we are destined to be.
Stepping into that and out of powerlessness is a shift that you can choose every single day by just looking at yourself in the mirror.
Now place one hand on your heart and another on your stomach.
Notice any sensations that you feel.
Start to massage those areas in slow circles as you repeat after me out loud.
I trust myself.
I know myself.
I am intuitive.
I am grounded in my sense of self.
I trust my intuition.
I carry the wisdom that I need.
I am divinely guided.
I believe in myself.
I learn from my mistakes.
I trust that everything that has happened has happened for my betterment.
I trust in my process.
I trust in my divine guidance.
I release any shame.
I release any self-doubt.
I release any ways of being that I have adopted to dim my light.
I release critical self-talk.
I accept myself.
I trust myself.
I love myself.
Now sing yourself so much love.
Smile,
Laugh,
Whatever you feel called to do.
Hug yourself.
Remember that you can always come back here.
That you can always find a way to look yourself in the mirror and find something nice to say.
And re-establish that connection and affirm yourself.
We are not in the business of tearing ourselves down.
Let that be released.
Let that stay in the past.
