Prepare now to start.
Find a quiet place and lie on the floor in savasana position,
On your mat or a folded blanket.
If you need it you can use a pillow or a small cushion to rise up your head and feet a little.
Your body temperature may drop during meditation so you can cover yourself with a light blanket.
Make all the movements you need to find a state of comfort.
Lie on your back with your legs a little apart,
Your arms extended along the body and slightly apart with the palms of your hands pointing towards the sky,
Your chin slightly towards your chest.
Now gently close your eyes and remain motionless until the end of practice.
Let go of any tension in the muscles of your face.
Let the mouth relax,

Now bring your full attention to this present moment and make the following affirmation three times.

Beautiful meditation. I felt a presence of someone who I loved. All of a sudden I was engulfed by a golden hue. I was tempted to open my eyes to see if someone was really standing before me, but I stayed still with eyes closed. As I write this there is a hawk circling high overhead. And higher, and higher and now soaring. Thank you. ๐โฅ๏ธ๐
