Welcome to Humming Harmony.
This practice is all about using the voice as a tool for healing and transformation.
The breath practice we are focusing on today is Bhagamali Pranayama.
This breath practice resembles the typical humming sound of a bee.
Bhagamali Pranayama is an effective tool to instantly calm down the mind.
It is one of the best breathing practices to free the mind of anxiety and overwhelm.
This practice works as an instant option to de-stress yourself.
You have the power to shift your state into peace.
Let's begin.
Starting with the root,
We are toning each center of the chakra system from down up.
Breathe in and hum out.
Inhale.
Hum.
Take a deep breath in.
Hum.
Back to normal breathing.
Now we are going over to the sacral chakra,
Which is the second chakra of the body.
Take a deep breath in.
Hum.
Breathe all the way in.
Hum.
Moving up another step to manibuddha,
Which is the solar plexus.
Big breath in.
Hum.
All the way in.
Fill up the belly.
Into the solar plexus.
Hum.
Normal breathing.
Place your palms at your heart center,
Thumbs next to the heart.
Hum.
Breathe in.
Excellent.
One more.
Hum.
So your palms on your lap.
Back to normal breathing.
Moving to the throat chakra.
Take a deep breath in.
Hum.
Bully in.
One more time.
Hum.
With your eyes closed,
Please look up to your third eye.
The space between your eyebrows.
The sound here is om.
Please breathe in.
Hum.
Hum.
Excellent.
Bring your attention to the top of the head for the crown chakra.
The connection to all beings everywhere.
Breathe in.
Hum.
Hum.
Connect to yourself.
Connect to your soul.
And witness how you are one within you.
You are one with all around you.
Thank you for practicing.
Namaste.
