Welcome to Humming Harmony.

This practice is all about using the voice as a tool for healing and transformation.

The breath practice we are focusing on today is Bhagamali Pranayama.

This breath practice resembles the typical humming sound of a bee.

It is one of the best breathing practices to free the mind of anxiety and overwhelm.

I wasn't feeling anxious when I tried it but will definitely add it to my tools in case of my next panic attack. I felt energized, focused, and light after. Thank you for this beautiful piece 🙏
