Om Shanti.
Welcome to this meditation on seeing through the eyes of the divine,
Becoming aware of the great part you play on the stage of life,
The cycle,
And the call of time.
Let's begin by bringing our awareness and attention inside,
Almost as if there is a magnet in your heart and your awareness and energy is being pulled inwards like a turtle withdraws and comes inside.
Feel yourself come within and rest your energy,
Your attention upon your inner light,
The shining radiant star resting behind your eyes,
Point of consciousness,
And as you rest your awareness upon the being that you are,
Very naturally,
A sense of calm and ease and lightness washes over you.
Nothing to do or effort or make happen,
But just a very natural feeling of peace.
And from this place,
You find that your body completely relaxes and you very naturally come into connection with the supreme,
The divine light.
And you feel this one's presence like a warm blanket of love.
God is surrounding you in peace,
Filling you with light,
And you are bathing in this beautiful,
Beautiful place,
Pure love.
And you start to feel that the divine is bringing you into this higher consciousness,
This higher awareness,
Almost like a bird's eye view of time and life.
And it's as though like a bird you've flown high,
High above into the realm of light,
The spiritual home,
United with the one where all is known,
All can be seen from this higher place.
And from this higher place,
It seems like this little earth,
So small,
And all of the characters and all of the happenings,
It's like a little play.
And the actors move through times of great illumination and happiness,
And also times of forgetting and sorrow.
But that from this higher perspective,
You can see the cycle of this play.
You gain this perspective like God has,
And there is a growing awareness of the different parts you play on this stage of life in the cycle of time.
And God shows you what a special actor you are,
A hero actor on the field of action,
One who has a deep connection to him and has an important role to play at this time of a confluence of ages,
Time of transition from the dark to the light.
And as you become aware of this perspective that the divine is showing you,
At the same time you continue to be bathed in the sweetest peace,
That although there is an important role to play,
You are free and you are held in the peace of God.
You are guided and you are blessed,
Like an instrument,
The divine is taking care of things through you.
So you surrender all of your cares and worries to the one,
And you rest in this one's presence of perfect peace.
And as you've made this powerful connection with the one,
This awareness of the bigger picture of your role,
Of your connection,
Continues to be revealed to you.
Even as this meditation completes,
This process of remembering continues,
And you are guided,
And you are shown,
And you are led,
And you smile upon this great part you have to play alongside God,
The director of the play.
And you rest back into this sweet peace of knowing it is already done.
You are held,
You are free,
You are loved.
