Welcome to this guided meditation on staying connected to the soul that you are and still living your life in the world.
How to stay soul conscious while doing lots of different actions and interacting in a world where body,
Ego,
Consciousness is very prevalent.
So we'll go into this practice together and it will give you the support to continue in your day in your life connected to your core and living your life easily.
So we'll begin by taking a few deep nourishing breaths allowing each exhale to bring you into a deeper and deeper place of relaxation.
The more you relax,
The more you become centered,
Aware of your inner world.
As your energy and attention draws inside,
You start to become aware of the glowing radiant light within you.
You may experience this in the center of the forehead as the self,
The soul is radiating light and operating the body using the brain and the power of the mind.
You feel that clearly I'm not this body,
I'm not this hand or this foot or this arm,
But the being,
The consciousness,
The presence who is experiencing,
Who is looking through these eyes and listening through these ears.
I the soul am made of love,
Peace,
Power,
Purity and bliss.
As I draw my energy inward,
I'm aware of my radiant self,
The one whose natural nature is of constant peace,
Constant love.
To bring this level of awareness into my daily life,
I recognize that I can stay aware of myself as a soul.
I can be aware that it is I the soul who am acting in the drama of life.
I can do this by staying connected to the love in my heart,
Staying connected to the divine.
A very real feeling of a constant stream of light coming from the source,
From the one,
From the divine,
Is coming to me constantly like a radiant sunshine always upon me every moment,
Every moment.
Rays of light,
Rays of love and spiritual nourishment are upon me and I experience that and take the benefit of that so much as I am aware of it.
Feeling the light and warmth of the supreme soul,
The one,
The divine,
God,
The presence of unlimited love.
When I'm aware of this being,
I'm aware of myself.
When I'm aware of myself,
I'm aware of this being and so I practice this even in the most mundane tasks.
When I find that I've forgotten,
I just take one deep breath to recenter myself and reconnect to my core and to the divine.
This cue of one deep breath brings me close and becomes a habit.
I breathe in and take in the nourishment of the one and I breathe out and let go of any heaviness or tension of that moment.
I,
The soul,
Am peace.
I,
The soul,
Am filled with love.
I,
The soul,
Stay connected to my original truth while walking and moving around in the world.
I know that I can come back to this guided practice at any time and also practice taking a deep breath remembering I am a soul of being of love and I stay merged in love with the supreme.
The more I practice,
The more firm this becomes.
An ocean of love surrounds me as I go forth into my life,
Constantly safe,
Secure,
Filled with peace.
