Namaste and Om Shanti.

Welcome to this audio about the power and practice of remembrance,

Which means to connect with the divine,

And the influence that has on all the other areas of our lives,

And how to find your own unique strategy and the basis for that of increasing your own remembrance.

So the question came in,

I have the deep conviction that if I increase remembrance,

Everything else will fall into place,

How to handle relationships,

Career transitions,

Finding life purposes,

Finding easier ways of doing things,

Etc.

And then this soul goes on to explain that even when others share their strategies for increasing remembrance,

It doesn't resonate.

And that makes sense,

Because each of us souls are unique,

And each of us must find our own unique strategy of connecting with the divine.

On one hand,

It's the most natural thing each of us can do,

Because our nature is spiritual,

And to connect,

To unite with our spiritual parent,

Who is the one,

Who is God,

The divine,

Is the most natural innate thing we could do.

It's just that when we've forgotten that relationship,

We've forgotten ourselves,

We've gotten very caught up in the material world and thinking we are these people,

And all of the dramas that come with that,

Then that's when remembrance becomes foreign.

And so we're now in a stage as a humanity of we're coming out of that sleeping state,

Not being able to connect,

Not knowing who we are,

Now coming to the awake state of knowing I am the soul,

And knowing the one,

The supreme soul.

And so it's a wonderful,

Wonderful time that we're all living in.

With huge potential,

At every moment it's said multi-millions at every step,

At every second,

Because every second that we have remembrance,

We are literally purifying past old negative ego tendencies in the self,

And we're returning to our natural state of peace.

Because remembrance just means to remember,

To remember the one,

Our spiritual parent.

And because we're colored by the company we keep,

The more we remember that one,

The more we're colored by God's company,

And the more we're uplifted to return to our own innate state of peace,

Love,

Happiness,

And bliss.

So the soul has a great,

Great insight that by increasing remembrance our other areas of life will fall into place,

Because the more aligned that I become,

The more pure my own thoughts are,

Then the more pure my words and my actions.

This is going to increase the love and connection in my relationships.

This will give me the clarity and peace of mind to make big or difficult decisions easily.

This will give me the deep knowing of my true path in life and what specific types of things I need to do.

This will empower me to take care of my body in the right way,

And the list goes on.

Because our success in life depends on our own spiritual basis and power.

Naturally,

When we have power,

We have higher consciousness,

Then we bring that to everything in life.

Everything in life flows much more easily,

Versus if we're caught up in very chaotic and kind of frantic,

Worrisome thinking that's going to create a lot of hassle in our lives.

It's coming out in our words,

It's mixing into our actions and our relationships and causing a whole slew of problems for us.

So really,

The best way to change is to go to the source,

To go to the seed of everything,

Go to the seed within the self,

The soul,

And connect with the seed who is the one,

The divine.

Having remembrance is the key to our most beautiful,

Fulfilling life.

And having this awareness and this understanding is really the profound first step recognizing how important of a priority our remembrance is.

And then we have to find,

Okay,

How can I practically increase the power of my remembrance in my life?

And though it's true that each and every one of us has to find what works for us,

For example,

Some souls like to go on long walks by themselves and stay in remembrance,

Or some souls like to write letters to the divine and have this beautiful heart-to-heart conversation,

And some souls like to have certain time periods of seated meditation.

So some souls might even like to stay in remembrance while cooking.

There's a lot of strategies and ways for us to do this because it's something subtle of the mind,

But we have to find what works for us.

And there's just one main basis to keep in mind that will help us to increase the power of our remembrance,

And that is increasing our silence and solitude.

Silence and solitude.

The original religion and dharma of the self is silence.

The nature of our connection with the divine is in silence.

We come from silence,

We go back into silence,

And our communion with the One is silent,

Silent,

Powerful union of spiritual energy.

And the more time we set aside for silence and solitude,

Time when I,

The soul,

Can be with myself,

Then no matter what strategy we use to increase remembrance,

It's going to be effective.

Without solitude and silence,

It's hard to be in touch with myself,

And then from there,

It's hard to connect to the divine.

And so of all things,

Increasing the amount of time you can spend in silence and solitude.

Remembrance,

Remember,

Is as easy a thing there is.

It's so innate,

It's so natural.

It's just that we have to clear out all of the old clutter that's been blocking our ability to be in touch with ourselves and our connection with the One.

So we need to give ourselves that space,

That quiet,

That time.

And then whether we decide we're going to have lots of remembrance while dancing or while walking or cooking or just sitting,

It's fine,

Whatever it is that works for us.

The main thing though is to increase time and solitude and silence.

So we can practice together now for the next few minutes to connect with the One and bathe in the nourishing light of remembrance.

You can start by just taking a few deep breaths,

Relaxing the body.

Becoming aware of yourself as a soul,

A being of peace,

Pure light,

Silence,

The witness.

The one who observes the scenes of life and whose nature is peace.

And by knowing the self,

Feeling yourself,

The next step is to feel your spiritual parent,

The one who looks out for you,

The beloved,

The divine,

Who is God,

The One.

And feeling the remembrance and now the presence of this familiar being who is an ocean of love,

An ocean of peace,

The most loving being in the whole universe,

Who sees you for who you really are and fills your heart with love.

And in the silence,

Feeling this being's presence.

Silence filling you,

Re-nourishing the soul,

Bringing you into a state of being soul conscious,

Aware that the body exists,

But fully aware of yourself as soul,

An energy being,

A being of peace,

The one who observes the scenes of life and whose nature is peace.

It is your divine birthright to bathe in the love and the peace of your spiritual parent.

And this is the simplicity of your remembrance,

Your connection,

Your method to transform all the areas of your life by raising your own level of consciousness and taking in nourishment from the One.

Knowing to keep this connection as you go into your day or into your evening,

Knowing that you are safe in the arms of the divine.

Silence of love and Om Shanti.
