Welcome back to The Healing Room.

It's Ariel.

This podcast is for teenagers.

I'm going to talk about how to feel happiness.

What is happiness about?

How to feel fantastic about yourself and in yourself.

Because a lot of times you can look towards your friends and not feel quite fulfilled or feel left out or feel off or awkward or you can look to school and look to succeeding in school and doing well and you still don't feel good.

Like you might feel depressed or sad or lonely or you might look to your family and feel like maybe you are not getting enough attention or don't feel quite loved or maybe there's anger or stress in your household and that's not quite fulfilling you or your sport.

You might look to your sport for that validation that you're this great person and that you're wonderful,

You're fantastic,

But there's so much stress involved in it that that doesn't quite make you happy enough either.

Or you might like a girl or a guy at school and maybe they don't like you back or it gets complicated or you dated a little while and no longer so that no longer validates you or brings you any kind of joy or happiness.

As a teenager,

I never really fit in and I didn't want to fit in.

I looked around at everyone and I could feel and sense and see that they weren't quite happy but I was really happy.

So I didn't want to fit in.

I also had parents who encouraged us not to fit in.

My mom said,

Don't you dare fit in.

She wanted us to be different because she could see how most people are and she knew there was a different way to be.

So she raised us to be ourselves,

To be unique.

During the long hour lunch break,

I remember going from group to group to group.

I would spend a little time with each group because I didn't like sitting with one group the entire time.

I just started to get bored or uncomfortable because I just didn't fit in and I didn't get invited to parties because I didn't drink and nobody really wanted to date me because I wasn't interested in having sex yet.

And the reason is because I felt happy as I was.

There was no need for me to rebel.

I had everything I needed.

I didn't get it from making good grades and doing well in sports.

I got it from this feeling of God's light through me and in me and I knew most of the other kids were not feeling this.

I knew that this was different and I knew it was special and I cultivated it.

I worked on it every day.

I consciously brought God's light into me.

What is God's light?

You don't have to be a Christian or a Buddhist to feel God's light.

To me as an energy healer,

It is just energy.

You can call it whatever you want to call it.

You can name it God,

But really it's this beautiful fluid light.

Sometimes I see it as the bright yellow sparkly light that reflects off of the ocean.

And sometimes I'll see it as this fluid,

Peaceful,

Omnipresent,

Black starry night sky,

But it's always in fluid form.

It moves.

And when we call on it,

It begins to push down around us and into us.

We've got these chakras,

These vortexes in our bodies.

There's one in each shoulder and there's one in the top of the head.

And often when I call on God's light and I ask it to move into people,

It comes in through the top of the head and through the shoulders.

When we call it in and it begins to push through,

Anything in its way gets moved out.

Like depression or anger or sadness,

Sorrow,

Anxiety,

All of those vibrations are lower so they're going to look darker in energy form.

They're going to look gray or brown or black.

And they begin to create like a sludge.

They begin to block up the system and make it get stuck.

It's supposed to be flowing.

You're supposed to have the sparkly light of God moving through you all the time that brings us joy and energy.

But what happens is we forget about God.

We forget about this fluid light.

We forget to download it.

However,

To have a healthy energy field,

You've got to pull it in.

It's kind of like driving your car and then it just like sputters to a stop because you forgot to put gas in it.

Cancel,

Cancel.

I hope that doesn't ever happen to you.

I've never run out of gas in my entire life and I want to make sure I never do.

But the way you keep the car moving is you plug it in if it's an electric car or you pour the gasoline into it and it moves.

It functions.

It's the same with the energy field.

If you don't pour the light of what we call God down into the system,

It's going to kind of start shriveling up and you're going to get all tense and you're going to get in your brain and overthink everything and everything's going to feel hard.

Everything's going to feel really stressful.

But if you open up the vortexes and the top of the head and the shoulders and you breathe and you sit up straight and you sway and you call in the light like we're going to do here in a minute,

Everything that slows you down and makes you feel heavy gets pushed out of your way.

This takes constant maintenance.

It's like brushing your teeth.

You can't just say,

Will I brush them on Monday?

I don't know why they're dirty now.

You've got to always brush your teeth again and again and again and again.

Same thing with pulling in God's presence.

You're going to go out into the world and get all beat up.

By the time you come home from school,

You're covered in other people's energy.

You could sit beside someone who was abused at home the night before and all of a sudden you're in a bad mood and you have no idea why.

So we call in God's light and we ask that whatever is in our way is moved out.

We don't have to know what it is.

We don't have to know why we're in a bad mood.

We just need to know that by calling in God's light,

It's going to take care of it.

It's going to flush it out.

You don't have to call it God's light.

You can call it the ocean of light.

Some people call it the universe.

Some people call it source.

I kind of intermix all the names.

We ask in the name of God,

In the name of the light,

We ask the angels to bring us this feeling,

To bring this powerful presence to us,

To pull this light into us.

And we ask that we are out of the way.

Any tight muscles are released.

Go ahead and let your shoulders move as if you're dancing.

Kind of let them sway left and right.

Breathe.

Let your body do what it wants to do.

But basically you want to loosen up.

You want to relax.

We ask the angels and spirit guides to bring an energy into us that makes us feel whole and complete,

Content,

Happy,

Right where we are right now.

Without wishing everything was different in our lives,

We ask that we're able to feel God's light right now,

Whatever is happening to us,

Whatever situation we're in.

It's that simple to open up,

Call the light in,

Bring it in,

Push out the old,

Push out the negative feelings.

It's that simple.

That's where the happiness is.

The happiness is in that vibration,

In that light.

If you can learn by practicing every day how to tap into it and how to pull it in,

That's where the happiness is.

We give thanks for this.

We give thanks for this light around us.

We give thanks that it's always here to be accessed.

We give thanks that it's for us,

That we can use it,

That it's available,

That it's all around us.

What I'm doing right now is kind of rotating.

It's like I'm in a little slow moving tornado and I'm leaning forward,

Left,

Back,

Right,

Forward,

Left,

Like that.

What's happening is the vortex,

Which is the upper half of the energy field,

Is beginning to spin.

That's just from years and years of practice,

Years and years of playing with the energy field,

Bringing God's light into it and watching it activate.

When you bring the light in,

The energy field begins to turn on because that light is what fuels it.

The light is what makes us alive.

The light within us is what makes us different than other people.

It's what brings in the brilliant creative ideas.

The light coming into us is what guides us.

It's what makes us feel alert and awake.

It's what makes us feel special.

We ask that whatever is in our way is replaced by this light pouring in.

We ask that sorrow,

Depression,

Heaviness is moved out.

We ask that we're surrounded by our angels and our team of spirit guides.

We ask that they're with us,

Cheering us on,

Supporting us,

Making us feel loved and happy.

In the name of God,

In the name of the light.

I know that you hear me.

I know that you hear me.
