
Frustration!

In this podcast meditation, Ariel helps us to release our frustrations. She does this by grounding us through simple movements and words. This gives a physical and mental release for our frustrations. Leaving us in a calm grounded state.
Transcript
We are now at the Baguio Botanical Garden Welcome back to the healing room.
This podcast is for when you're so frustrated.
When we're frustrated we can run outside,
Take a walk,
We can turn on our workout video,
Or run to the gym,
Or call a friend and rant and rave.
There's another way to handle it.
I'm not saying those are bad ways,
But we can also just go to God.
That's what this podcast is for.
Sometimes you can just turn one of these on and listen and bring yourself back to yourself again.
Some of the things that I find frustrating are when I have a whole day planned out and I get pulled left,
Right,
Left.
It's wonderful I'm being pulled to things that I need to be doing or family and friends are calling in and needing me.
That's great because I love family and friends.
One of the other things that I find frustrating are things like technology.
I know that a bunch of you in the healing room are not technologically inclined.
I have several of you email me,
How do I get in the healing room?
How do I find my password?
I get it.
You want to listen and you can't get the damn technology to do what it's supposed to be doing.
For me,
My latest frustration was I tried to download an app on my phone and then the app asked for a password.
It sent me a renewed password to my phone so I had to leave that screen to go get the password from my messages and couldn't find the damn screen again to enter the password.
So you get it.
We ask the angels and our spirit guides to try to get through to us.
When we're so frustrated,
We're shutting everyone out,
Including our guides and angels,
Including God's light because we're hardening.
Our shoulders are getting tight.
We're raging and the spirit guides are like,
Yikes,
Get back.
She's blowing smoke.
Stand back.
So we ask that our guides can somehow hack their way through the briars and brambles and try to get to us.
We ask that they're able to get through our fences and help us.
We ourselves will do our part right now.
Visualize that you're releasing something from you.
I like to think of it as unbuckling a buckle.
You know,
Like,
Do you remember the lunch boxes,
Like workman's lunch boxes or a toolkit and that latch?
Just imagine unlatching it,
Flipping it open and offspring,
Some kind of armor,
Some kind of like football padding over your shoulders.
We release this now.
We ourselves do our part to allow our spirit guides and angels to get into us,
Get close to us.
We ourselves do our part by visualizing and releasing our layers that are keeping out our spirit guides and angels who just want to flow through us.
They just want to help us.
They just want to help us to have an easy life.
They just want to help us to flow through life.
They want to help us glide through.
So we ask that whatever is in our way,
We ask that whatever is stopping us from this nice easy flow is removed from us now.
Now go ahead and just visualize that you're rowing a rowboat in the water.
It's not getting stuck.
You're not having to paddle hard.
You're just gliding along.
You can even put your paddles down because your boat is just sailing along.
You're just meandering down the river.
We're gliding.
We're flowing.
We ask our spirit guides and angels to please help us remove any frustration from our bodies.
We ask that our spirit guides and angels turn our day around.
If everything's going wrong,
It's a good time to just stop and pray.
If you keep going,
Something else might go wrong.
We ask the spirit guides and the angels to reset us.
We ask to be aligned.
We ask to be connected to God.
We ask that our crown vortex and our shoulders are open and connected to God,
To the light.
Go ahead and sit up taller.
Let your shoulders just move easily like you're in water.
As if the water is pushing against your shoulders or you're just kind of floating in the water.
I'm moving forward and back.
I'm moving at an angle and then back.
My shoulders are loosening.
My spine is loosening.
I'm losing the frustration.
It's moving off of me like mist on a hot pavement.
Drifting upward and off of me.
We ask that the light pours down through us and begins to spiral downward down to our hips all the way to the pelvis.
The goal is that this light moves all the way through us to the ground,
Through our arms,
Through our legs to the ground.
I'm rotating in my chair as that spiral moves through me to the ground.
One of the things that happens to us when we get frustrated is that we get ungrounded.
Have you ever seen a kid blow out?
Like they get so angry and they get so frustrated.
They're not thinking straight anymore.
It's because all of their energy is leaving the earth.
It's leaving their feet,
Knees,
Hips,
And it's moving upward and it's building up in their chest and their head.
And they can't handle it.
They can't ground it.
They're missing the grounding circuit which would calm it down.
It would calm the emotion.
So let's move our feet.
Bounce your feet up and down.
If you're sitting up straight,
Bounce up and down.
There's a video you can click on now in the healing room where you can see me doing this so you can figure out what it is I'm talking about when I say,
Bounce your feet,
Bounce your legs.
Sit up straight.
Alright,
I'm lifting my arms now into the air.
Almost stretching them but almost like wings.
I'm feeling some adjustments in my spine as I do this.
We ask that as we move our arms,
Our energy bubbles are cleared.
We ask that as we bounce our legs,
We become lighter,
More fun,
More agile,
More adaptable to every situation.
We're able to maneuver easily,
Handle any hardships thrown our way.
Alright,
So I'm starting to come to life.
My legs are bouncing.
My arms are moving like wings.
Fluidly.
My spine is fluid.
I'm losing the frustration.
I didn't go for a run.
I didn't go punch a punching bag.
I didn't yell at somebody.
I just came to God.
And I began doing my part by releasing.
Now I want you to imagine that you're just jumping.
You've got all this energy in your legs like muscular legs and you're a dancer and you're just springing into the air and springing.
What this does is it really activates the grounding system.
It gets the energy pumping through the legs.
It gets us alive and awake and more in charge like we can handle anything.
This is a great grounding visualization when we feel frustrated.
Now let's imagine that we've got a spirit guide in front of us and he's talking to us.
We're shaking hands and we're agreeing to be finished with that frustrating moment.
Imagine that we've discussed it with the spirit guide and we understand what went wrong,
How to do it differently.
We understand that we lost our connection to the light,
To source.
We lost our connection to the ground and now we're gaining it back and we shake our guide's hand and we say,
Thank you so much.
Thank you for your help.
We're feeling better now.
We're good to go.
High five all your spirit guides and angels.
Imagine they're standing in a group or a ring around you.
You're giving them the high five like,
Yeah,
This earth plane is hard.
It is so tough here.
It is so hard.
And with the crazy lighting coming from our technology,
Our brains are just overwhelmed sometimes.
We're not really living a life on earth of just like digging in the earth anymore or walking endlessly so that we're constantly clearing ourselves or swimming in water or necessarily digging for our food.
So we're missing all the activities in a day that's supposed to be clearing us all the time.
We're hardly ever clearing.
We ask the angels and guides to give us more opportunities to stay clear,
To stay centered,
To stay grounded,
Stay connected to the light.
We invite God in now.
We ask God's light to pour through us now all the way from our head and shoulders to our feet.
Through our spine.
We ask that we're able to maintain this flow.
We ask our spirit guides to help us maintain the flow.
We ask that we're able to just blow things off easily to laugh things off.
And we ask that we're able to live more gracefully.
Thanks be to God.
Thanks be to the light.
We never know who you are.
But we trust that you,
You are here with us.
