This podcast is for when you feel really,
Really tired.
I've had several people today ask me for one of my tune-ups,
Those five-minute little check-ins that I do energetically.
And they're all saying I'm so tired.
I'm so tired.
I can barely lift my hands or my arms or I just want to sleep for a month or I don't know what's wrong with me.
I just can't move.
So it's hard to be really productive.
It's hard to be creative when your physical body is just dominating everything that you do.
It's even hard to be silly or happy.
Like today I noticed when I was picking up seed pods in the yard in the fall sunshine,
I was playful with my dogs.
I had gloves on and I just started scratching them and making funny noises and oooing and awing over them.
And they began rolling in the pile of things I was trying to rake up.
And I thought,
Wow,
This is something you do when you feel fantastic.
Let's breathe and get that energy of tiredness to move out.
Of course some of it's diet.
Of course we've got to really watch what we're eating and see for yourself what makes you tired.
At this time in my life it's different every age,
But at this time at age 49,
Pretty much most of the foods on the planet would make me tired if I ate them.
I have constant energy,
Steady energy from morning till night.
And I drink one total tea bag of black tea a day.
I just dip it in my herbal teas throughout the day to give it a little kick.
But I don't use the caffeine for energy.
I already have energy.
It's just a flavor in my herb tea.
And then pretty much live on meat and vegetables.
Even if I have dates,
Like I used to have this snack I was addicted to of three organic dates,
And I would even heat them up a tiny bit so it was like a dessert.
And sometimes I would dip it in coconut butter.
Those dates were so much sugar for my system,
I would just be exhausted and crash within minutes or a half hour.
But my point is,
It's going to be different for everyone.
Pay attention.
See what makes you tired.
Of course I have no alcohol.
I can't remember how many years it's been since I've even swallowed one sip of alcohol.
I'm just addicted to happiness.
I'm addicted to feeling great.
So anything that's going to make me tired,
Even if it's not till the next day,
Is not something I'm at all interested in.
Let's roll an energy through the body to try to energetically wake it up.
And then you can use foods and drinks to help maintain this high vibration.
First I'm going to pour sunlight over your face.
Breathe and sit up straight if you're sitting and allow those shoulders to rotate back.
Allow the shoulders to move as if they're made of water.
Rolling and swaying.
We lift up any heavy energy,
Any tiredness.
We lift it up out of the body.
Now to help me out,
I want you to visualize that you feel so fantastic.
You're riding a bike.
You're dancing around.
You're jumping rope.
You're running down the trail.
You're playing with your dog in the yard.
Picture that your body feels fantastic.
And imagine all the activities you could do if you felt crazy,
Silly,
Happy,
Joyous.
Imagine music like an African drumming beat.
Imagine you're just feeling that good that you could just kind of dance around in this cool way.
Keep into the rhythm.
Imagine you feel so great in your body.
Sometimes you might just want to turn on dance music but not move.
Just picture that you're dancing around.
Now imagine you're lifting weights.
You feel so good.
You decide to build muscle.
Now I want you to imagine clear water,
Like clear drinking water.
And I'm going to just pour that energy through your body so that all the toxins that might be making you tired are flushed out of your way.
Now imagine you're like this rag doll and you're just walking along like you're so loose.
You're carefree.
You have no stress in your body.
You're so relaxed.
We're just going to move out any stress that's causing you to feel tired.
Now let's look at hormones.
We're just going to lift up the energy of hormones to the divine.
Hormones are so hard to work with.
They're so vague.
It's like we can't really see them exactly.
They just reminded me of this fluid energy that won't stop moving.
And every time a doctor tests it,
It's a little bit off because the next day it's going to come up with something different.
We lift this sea of hormones up to the light.
And we ask that everything in our bodies is corrected,
Centered,
Brought back into balance.
Okay.
Imagine again that you're doing some kind of sport that's really smooth and powerful like skiing or skating.
And you feel so confident and strong.
Angels,
We ask for this.
In light,
We ask for this.
We ask to feel this good.
Our imagination right now,
The pictures we're creating in our minds are our prayer.
We lift up this prayer to the light.
We lift up this request to the light.
We wait for answers.
Here in the next couple of days,
We'll be looking for those answers from you,
From the divine,
From the angelic realm.
Show us,
Guide us.
Show us what foods to avoid.
Show us what gives us energy.
Teach us,
Guide us.
Help us to feel amazing.
Show us how to get more sleep.
Show us how to wake up.
Show us how to freshen our energy.
How to rejuvenate ourselves.
All right.
Visualize that you're jumping up and down,
Kind of like I'm one of those mini trampolines or rebounders.
Or you can imagine you're just hopping around on the floor.
You just feel great.
And add this to your meditation every day.
Every time you're tired,
Every time you lie down,
Except when you want to fall asleep at night,
Imagine that you're just fired up.
You're so alive.
You're so excited.
You feel so fantastic.
This is our prayer.
We lift this up.
We ask God's light to come to us and to completely restore us.
We sell in our bodies,
Healed and whole,
Energized.
