Today's morning alignment message is a quick inner voice grounding technique that can be used when you need guidance from your true self.
So let's go within now.
Take a comfortable seated position with posture tall,
Shoulders relaxed down your back,
Chest open and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale it out your open mouth.
Let your awareness follow your breath.
Watch as it goes in through your nose and use your stomach muscles to push all the stale air out as you exhale.
Feel your belly rise on the inhale and this time use the muscles in the back of your throat to push the air out even more on the exhale.
Imagine your core the center line of your body is a tube and you are clearing out this tube with each breath.
Do this a few more times.
Breathe in through your nose and exhale out your mouth as if you are exhaling through a straw.
A couple more times inhale and exhale.
Last one inhale and exhale and when you feel your awareness is very deep within your core between your heart and gut somewhere in the center of your body ground yourself there.
Do not follow your breath anymore.
Keep your awareness grounded into your core.
Sometimes it's helpful if you lower your head down towards your chest a little bit but it's not necessary.
Now we will meet our inner selves our own inner temple of divinity.
This place within us that is a bottomless source of light an endless wellspring of love and peace.
All you ever desire all of the answers your own personal guidance system are waiting here deep inside you for you to open yourself up to.
Now ask your higher self a question the first one that comes into your mind.
As you inhale repeat the question and on the exhale listen deeply within.
Keep listening until you hear something from this deep space within.
If you didn't hear anything you can ask an easier question like am I safe right now and then try your other question again.
Ask on the inhale.
Receive on the exhale.
Ask on the inhale and receive on the exhale.
Good.
