So I'm going to take you on an adventure of different perceptions of time.
I've noticed this is really really useful when you have to relate with other people because seeing time under different lenses allows you to see how another person is constructing their reality.
The more perceptions of time that you can download into your mind,
The easier time is to bend.
Because since time is only a thought in your mind,
You can really mold that to your advantage if you allow yourself to really own that time is a thought.
And when we dive into these different perceptions,
It allows us to kind of like subconsciously and unconsciously always own that and use that to our advantage.
So I want you to take a deep breath.
And in this meditation,
I want you to think of a circle,
Just a regular 2D circle that you would draw on a piece of paper.
And I want you to imagine that this circle is time.
If time is a circle,
It always comes back upon itself.
That means everything is replayed.
Everything is always restarting.
Everything is everything is always completing itself.
And nothing is really lost.
I want you to take a deep breath and imagine if every day started over again.
I want you to think about what would happen if your mind were to register that yesterday will always restart itself again.
And that today will always restart itself again.
Take a deep breath.
Repeats itself precisely and endlessly.
Bends back on itself over and over.
Most amazing moments of your life.
Always there.
They're always replaying.
And there are moments that you've attached yourself to when it comes to a suffering.
That will always be there.
Always be there too.
When we see time as a circle.
When we see time as a circle,
We see space.
We see space.
Take a deep breath.

Imagine every intimate moment that you've ever had.
Those are infinite.
Those are infinite.
Because they're always playing themselves.
Because they're always playing themselves.
Take a deep breath.

Reincarnation is a circle.
Time and time again coming back to relive the same lesson.
Until your perception of time is no longer a circle.
Let this vibration float through your body.
Let this vibration be that you are.
Once you pay attention.
That every creation you have ever played out with.
Creation you have allowed to consume your consciousness is infinitely playing itself out.
Over.
Allow this transmission.
To activate your eighth chakra.
Take a deep breath.
Allow your mind to expand.
If every creation that you make replays itself over and over.
What do you want to continue echoing and restarting itself every day?
Is that not you controlling your own creation?
What should you be focusing on so that it is repetitive every day?
This is 3D mindset of time.
Repetitive.
Being trapped in the past.
Everything reliving itself.
Never being able to transcend.
But can you transcend?
The negative vibration of this style of perception of time.
Easily leads to PTSD.
To PTSD.
When you break the perception of the circle within the subconscious,
Unconscious mind.
There is nothing left but a new creation that takes a new form.
One may stay in the 3D and still be multi-dimensional.
For the circle,
If its focal point is directed with intention,
Can continuously rebirth positive events,
Positive creation.
As though manifestation itself automatically fed your deepest,
Most high vibrational desires.
On repeat.
On repeat.
On repeat.
Take a deep breath.
Deal with karma so long as your perception of time is a circle.
You will transcend time.
Transcend space.
Transcend space.
Transcend space.
When you understand the duality of the idea of time as a circle.
As a circular thought.
As a circular thought.
