Then on the next breath you breathe in up the spine and breathe out down the front of your body.
Imagine it going down all the way.
Breathing in and up,
Growing a little taller towards the sky,
Out and down the front.
Giving your jaw,
Shoulders and belly back to gravity.
One more breathing in and up.
Lengthening backbone and strength out and down the front.
Think of someone that makes you smile.
Now become aware of the space around you to all sides.
As if you are radiating presence,
Warmth into that space.
In front of you,
Behind you,
Left and right,
Above your head and below your feet.
And then you ask,
What would it be like with a little bit more ease in my body right now?
Be curious and wonder and notice a slight shift in your posture or sensations.
