This is a spiritual morning meditation, where we first activate the spiritual body and end with a few exercises to awaken the physical body. Meditating in the morning is especially impactful, as it sets up your day with clarity, focus and intention.

Good morning.

Namaste.

Please find again a place where you can sit or lie down comfortably.

This is a moment for yourself.

Observe if you can feel your sitting bones making contact with the chair or the cushion.

Or if you're lying down,

Observe if you can feel the back side of your body making contact with the bed or the mat on which you're lying down.

And then perhaps you would like to use a mudra so you can connect your index fingers with your thumbs and then you put your palms facing up alongside your body or on your legs.

This helps to keep the concentration inwards,

A beautiful inner focus.

And I always start with taking a few deep breaths.

So breathe in deeply through your nose and let go.

And one more time,

Another deep breath in and let go.

And the final one,

Another deep breath in,

Hold your breath for a second and let go again.

And then take a moment to land,

To pause.

And what is the first thing you're noticing?

Is it your physical body?

Perhaps you feel or your attention is drawn to pain or stress.

Or your attention is drawn to the fact that you're still a little bit tired.

Because perhaps you just have woken up.

Or perhaps your attention is drawn to your mind,

To your thinking.

It might be very busy in your head already if you have a busy day ahead of you.

And perhaps you're just a little bit tired.

Another possibility is that you're feeling overwhelmed by an emotion.

Sadness,

Mourning or happiness or worry.

Does one of these descriptions fit your situation right now?

It can also be that you're sort of proud of yourself,

That you took out the time to meditate.

And you're feeling calm already.

However you're feeling,

Whatever you're feeling,

Everything is okay,

Everything is welcome.

And we are practicing the art to accept it,

To not judge,

To just observe.

Then you bring your attention,

Awareness,

Towards the top of your head.

Then you bring your attention,

Awareness,

Towards the top of your head.

Just sense this area.

This is the location of the highest chakra within your body.

It's also the gate to the universe,

The cosmic energy.

And perhaps you can sense some pressure there.

Or some sensation.

And perhaps you don't feel anything special also,

That is okay.

And the eighth chakra,

Also known as the Viracocha in Spanish,

Resides or floats a few inches or 30 centimeters above your head and connects us to the divine.

You can envision it as a golden orb of light above your head,

Surrounding and protecting us.

Here you can experience a deep union with all of creation.

Viracocha means source of the sacred.

It corresponds to the christian concept of the soul,

Which is personal and finite.

And you often see this chakra illustrated in paintings,

As this light,

This halo,

Surrounding christ,

The buddha or other religious figures.

It is our connection with the great spirit,

The place where god,

Or how you would like to call it,

Dwells within us.

And this chakra is already connected more with the universal fields than the one connected to your physical body.

And what is dominating here is love,

The universal love for life,

For everything which is alive on earth.

And it's a beautiful exercise to go with your attention,

Your awareness,

To this Viracocha chakra,

Which floats above your head.

So it's a little bit up in the air,

This might be a little bit difficult in the beginning.

But if you visualize this chakra floating above your head,

It's a beautiful exercise to go with your attention,

Your awareness,

To this Viracocha chakra,

Which floats above your head.

To take in some of this universal energy,

This love,

From this huge vast field above us.

To take in some of this energy and it's connected through a golden thread towards your crown chakra.

So you breathe in,

And then the energy flows from your crown chakra towards your third eye.

And from your third eye it makes a straight entrance into your head,

Inside your brain.

And from there it goes down in a straight line through your throat towards your heart.

And then you go up again,

And you imagine that there is like a golden shower of energy flowing down from this Viracocha chakra in the air.

Towards your crown,

Your third eye,

Brain,

Throat,

Heart.

You breathe in from above,

And you end breathing in at your heart center.

And then you let go and breathe out.

And let everything go that you no longer need.

So all your stress,

All your worries.

Breathe in and let go.

Also energy from other people which you carry with you,

But you're not aware of this.

Let it go,

And then breathe in again.

And let go again.

And breathe in.

Bring this beautiful energy inside your body,

And let go of all your worries.

All your fears,

That's also a good one.

And breathe in again.

And let go.

It's like charging yourself.

All your cells are benefiting from this beautiful energy.

And let go again.

Breathe in.

And let go.

Perhaps you start to sense it.

Maybe some pressure in your head.

Or you cannot think so clearly anymore.

That's all good.

Don't worry.

Breathe in.

Take in some of this universal love.

And let go.

Once you understand that we're all one.

That we're part of each other.

Life will become much more easy.

And you start to accept and sort of respect.

And much more easily,

You can forgive other people.

So breathe in.

And let go.

Breathe in.

And let go.

And also,

You always encounter people which irritate you.

Which are in your irritation zone.

But actually,

They might be reflecting,

Mirroring things or traits.

Parts of your character.

Which you also embody,

Possess.

But which you don't like of yourself.

And they're just mirroring this.

This behavior to you.

So it's about taking it in.

Feeling it.

Going through it.

Facing it within yourself.

And perhaps you can accept this other person much better.

So breathe in again.

Take in this beautiful energy.

Charge yourself.

And let go of your stress.

And one more time.

And let go.

And one more time.

And let go.

And now we have set the roots.

And just sense now.

You don't have to do anything.

Because you put it in action.

And it's going now by itself.

Perhaps you can sense this.

Perhaps you feel a little bit different.

Lighter.

And some pressure in your head is really possible.

Also around the crown chakra.

And there are many,

Many different meditation techniques.

In order to get more soul light.

Your own soul light within your system.

In order to be more yourself.

To be more true to yourself.

You're less busy with what other people think of you.

You're less worried about yourself.

Your performance.

Your behavior.

Because you're feeling strong.

You're feeling your inner power.

Everybody is unique.

Everybody has a talent.

A unique talent.

And perhaps your lower body feels a bit left out.

Let's also get in some energy from Mother Earth.

So we also have the connections through the palms of our hands.

Your root chakra.

So at the bottom of your spine.

And the soles of your feet.

So if you just visualize.

Some people have difficulties with that.

But just try to practice this.

Visualization is such a strong method.

So just visualize roots from the palms of your hands.

Your root chakra.

So the bottom of your spine and your feet.

And it doesn't matter on which floor you are at.

Or where you are.

We're always having this connection with Mother Earth.

So visualize these roots.

Going into Mother Earth.

Deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper.

Maybe you can see it.

That they're really going into the Earth.

Wide roots.

Which are becoming more brown.

Stronger.

Making connections with each other.

And also our roots are connecting.

It doesn't matter whether you are in the US.

Whether you are in Australia.

Or somewhere in Europe.

You can still connect.

And we can sense each other.

So just see these roots going down in the Earth.

Making a beautiful connection.

And then what you do is you visualize.

That you're taking this energy from the Earth.

You breathe in.

Take this energy up.

Through your roots.

And it enters your body.

At the bottom of your spine.

At the soles of your feet.

And the chakras in the palms of your hands.

And just take it all up.

All the way again towards your heart.

And also you can let go again.

Everything you no longer need.

Just give it to Mother Earth.

She will transform it again.

So breathe in this beautiful Earthly energy.

And let go again.

Take it in.

Bring it on.

You can also say that.

And let go again.

Take the beautiful energy in.

And it all comes together in your heart.

And there is a kind of vortex.

And it mixes both energies.

And it brings it to all the cells within your body.

Your physical body.

Your energetic bodies.

And let go again.

Breathe in.

And let go again.

And it doesn't matter whether you believe this or not.

What I'd like you to do is to really focus on what you are feeling now.

The sensations.

Because that's the only thing that matters.

So breathe in again.

And let go.

Breathe in.

Take on this beautiful,

Strong,

Powerful energy.

Bring it towards your heart.

And let go again.

Breathe in.

And let go again.

And also visualize now your auric field around you.

And I usually or often say you can visualize this like a purple kind of balloon around your body.

Or an eggshell all around your body.

And for some people it's more closer to the body.

For some people it's really large.

And perhaps you understand this.

Because some people,

When you are with these people,

They give you this beautiful energy.

They are very vibrant.

They're happy.

And you like to be around them.

So their energy is strong,

Powerful.

Just visualize that your auric field is complete.

That there aren't any holes.

The energy which composes your aura interacts with other energy fields.

We close holes to secure our vibrational integrity.

And we try to eliminate influences of negativity such as fear,

Anger.

And also limitations coming from outside of us.

Because sometimes people like to tap into your energy.

So it's important to maintain a strong auric field.

Closing holes in your aura keeps your energy field strong.

And prevents you from being influenced by the limitations and influences of others.

So today is really an energetic meditation.

Working with the spiritual body.

Charging yourself.

And perhaps,

Even though it might be new to some of you.

Perhaps you can sense some sensations or pressure.

And that's it.

It's nothing more than that.

Don't think.

Don't judge.

Just sense.

This is your energy,

Your frequency,

Your power.

And you're just looking after yourself.

And we can make it even more powerful.

And if you want you can bring your palms towards your heart.

Or in front of your heart.

And just take a moment to sense,

To feel.

What are you at this moment grateful for?

And just express this within yourself.

And this will make your frequency even higher.

This is the opposite of fear.

And you can do this every morning,

Every evening.

You can even write this down if you prefer.

You can write this down every day.

And the beauty of it is that it changes.

And every morning or every evening it can be something different.

It's also soothing.

Perhaps you would like to set an intention,

An objective or goal.

For today or for the coming week.

And just sense what is coming up.

And also express this within yourself.

And observe one more time the energy,

The sensations in your body.

How does this feel for you?

And then perhaps you would like to rub your hands.

And then you feel warmth,

Energy between them.

And you can place your warm hands over your eyes.

And you sense your own energy on your eyes.

You can open them or keep them closed,

Whatever you feel like.

Can you sense it?

And then you can massage your face.

Don't touch your eyes,

But just give it a light massage.

And then you can shake your hands.

And bring your hands down again.

And sense the effect,

Feel the effects within your face.

And then hold your knees,

Your legs.

And if you're lying down,

Please come sit.

And then you move with your body forward.

And then you rotate clockwise with your entire body.

And we're also going to activate the physical body a little bit.

So move,

Rotate.

And also the other way around,

Anti-clockwise.

Rotate in circles with your upper body.

And come back again in the middle.

Then place your left hand on the ground.

Or if you're sitting on a chair,

Let it hang relaxed alongside your body.

Bend a little bit to the left,

Breathe in deeply.

Bring your right arm up.

And also move it towards the left.

And breathe towards the right side of your body,

Creating some space there.

And relax your jaw.

And then go to the other side.

So bring your right hand on the floor,

Breathe in deeply.

Your left arm goes up.

And also bend to the right.

Now breathe towards your left side.

In the middle again.

Take another deep breath in.

And let go again.

And then your final exercise,

You breathe in,

Push your chest up,

Look up.

And when you breathe out,

Bring your chin towards your chest and make yourself round.

Breathe in,

Push your chest up.

And forward.

Breathe out and make yourself round again,

Chin on your chest.

Breathe in,

Forward.

Breathe out,

Make yourself round again.

Breathe in.

And out.

And in.

And out.

And in.

And out.

Then you come back in the middle.

Then shake your body a little bit,

Your arms,

Move your upper body.

Shaking is always letting go of stress.

And then bring your arms back towards your body.

Take another deep breath in.

And let go again.

And in.

And then just sensing.

What do you feel?

Do you feel more alive now?

Ready for the day?

Do you feel energy perhaps in your physical body?

Response,

Reaction from the exercises.

And perhaps you can sense the prana,

The life energy,

Going through your energetic body.

And with this beautiful energy,

We're closing the session.

And I hope you can take this energy with you throughout the day.

Wederom een pareltje Anne. Achteraf snap ik waarom ik waarschijnlijk deze meditatie nooit eerder heb beluisterd. Er zijn een paar oefeningen die je ook liggend kunt uitvoeren, maar minder praktisch als je in bed legt en er ligt iemand naast je nog lekker te slapen… Absoluut een heerlijke fijne start om te beginnen voor je lichaam geest en ziel. De Engelse naam die jij gebruikte voor de 8e chakra heb ik niet goed verstaan/ begrepen. Wat was deze? Dank je wel Anne ❤️groet Henk ♦️
