
Accepting Embodied Fear
Fear is a feeling we often try to avoid or it completely takes over our lives. Simply acknowledging its presence can be a monumental task, but an important step in order to proceed. In this meditation, we will create a safe space to dive into your deeper fears, which have become a part of your system. Where do you feel the fear? How does this fear feel? What are the lessons behind it? We will put aside the rational mind and delve into the intuition of the body to find the answers.
Transcript
Just see if you are sitting comfortably or lying down comfortably.
Of course please do what feels best for you right now.
And make a connection with your body and the floor,
The ground.
We move a little bit and really feel your body touching your meditation surface.
And then start with breathing in a few times deeply through your nose.
And breathe out through your mouth.
And one more time.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
And one more time.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
And then you bring your awareness towards your crown chakra on the top of your head.
And try to observe this area on the top of your head only with your senses.
In this case your sense of feeling,
Of touch.
And you can imagine a beautiful lotus flower located on the top of your head.
Which is slowly opening.
The thousand petal lotus flower opening on the top of your head.
And maybe you can feel it.
And if you don't feel it,
Don't worry,
It will come eventually.
And then bring your awareness towards your forehead.
And in the meantime the lotus flower will open even more.
And also here you can visualize a beautiful purple flower,
Which is also slowly opening.
Maybe you can feel your third eye opening.
Just only concentrate on your third eye.
And then from a straight line from your third eye go inside your head,
Inside your brain.
And observe the inside of your brain,
Your brain activity.
And then again in a straight line you go down now towards your throat chakra.
And visualize a beautiful dark blue flower there located on your throat chakra area.
Any kind of flower which arises in your mind.
Then go even lower towards your heart chakra.
Just concentrate on your heart center.
Now concentrating on your heart center just visualize a beautiful green jungle or a green meadow.
A beautiful green plants,
Trees,
Grass.
Feel this connection with nature.
Then go down a little bit lower above your belly button.
There's a beautiful sunflower on your solar plexus chakra opening,
Turning towards the sun.
And then you go below your belly button deep inside your tummy.
And there you observe your second chakra,
The sacred chakra.
A beautiful orange flower,
Any type which arises in your mind.
And then you go to the root chakra towards the bottom of your spine.
And there you may observe a beautiful red flower.
Some flowers you might have felt a bit stronger,
Others a bit less.
And that's okay.
And now it is time to invite your own spirit guide.
Again what you can do is first focus on your energetic field around your body.
So feel your field around your body.
And then you can say,
You can even say it out loud if you like.
Can you please my spirit guides,
Make yourself known,
Present.
And just very carefully observe your auric field.
And perhaps you can sense its presence.
Or maybe multiple people or entities.
And even if you can't feel anything special,
Just know that they will be there for you.
And if you are aware about your own spirit animal,
You can also invite your spirit animal and just call out its name.
And if you want to invite your ancestors,
Please also invite them.
Especially when your fear is deeply rooted,
Maybe from previous lives or based upon your lineage.
It might be good to invite them.
And then we are going to invite also the archangels of the horizontal plane.
For some people this might also be new.
And just see them as very powerful entities which will also protect and guide us during this session.
And they will hold space for us.
And that's what we need if we are vulnerable and are willing to let go of our deepest fears.
It is nice to be energetically supported.
So we first start always towards the east.
And we invite archangel Raphael to join us.
The guardian of air.
And he brings emerald green energy towards our field.
And if you think of his symbol,
The caduceus,
The symbol of the pharmacies.
If you think of this symbol,
Archangel Raphael will arise.
Just feel again in your auric field towards the east.
And then we turn towards the south.
And we invite archangel Michael which is with his sword,
His sword of protection.
From the element of fire.
And he will bring blue energy towards our field.
Just think of the sword.
And he will come to our field and gives us a blessing at the front and back sides of our bodies.
And maybe you can feel it again.
Some kind of vibration,
Some kind of energy which is entering your field.
And then we will turn towards the west and we invite archangel Gabriel,
Guardian of the water.
He carries a silver chalice,
A kind of cup.
And he brings diamond white energy to our field.
So observe if you can see these colours.
And see this symbol,
This cup,
This silver chalice where people used to drink from in the old days.
And then we turn towards the north and we invite archangel Uriam,
Guardian of the earth.
And he brings ruby red energy,
Ruby red fire towards our field.
And just think of a five pointed star,
That is his symbol.
And his energy will emerge.
And now we are protected on the horizontal plane.
But we will also ask for protection from above,
From the cosmos,
From the universe,
From the source.
And that's why we invite archangel Metatron from the Christ grid.
And let the energy come down and this energy will enter from above and will enter the lotus flower on our head.
We will go through our third eye,
Through our throat chakra and the energy will go towards our heart center.
And just by me saying it,
By you listening to it,
Visualizing it,
It will happen.
Even if you can't feel anything,
Trust me,
It happens.
And then we would also like support from below,
From Pachamama,
From the earth,
From mother earth.
And that's why we ask for archangel Sandofan and he brings energy from the crystal lines.
All these beautiful lines of crystal with special sacred energy.
And this energy goes through the soles of our feet,
Through our legs,
Through our root chakra,
The chakras in the belly,
Also towards our heart center where both energies from above and below will meet in a kind of vortex.
And also this energy will spread around our bodies,
Our fields and protect us.
If you feel right now,
You feel so much energy going around happening for us.
And now I'm going to add another thing to our field and that is the connection with all of you.
And that's the beauty of this,
Yeah,
These moments together to meditate with people all over the world in different locations.
So just visualize that we are now sitting in a huge circle with people from all over the world.
And what you can do is open your hands and visualize that you're holding a hand from someone else and try to make this connection with each other.
First we use our senses and we feel the connection of your hands.
And then you can sense some of this beautiful energy which you're already feeling now,
This happy,
Loving energy from your heart through your left arm and the little chakra from the palm of your hands and send it to the person on the left.
And at the same time,
Of course,
You may receive energy and love from the person on your right hand.
Just feel this connection,
This,
It's like energy.
And this is only the beginning to give you some power to be able to deal with this vulnerable topic today.
But just enjoy this moment for a while,
How we can support each other even from a distance,
Even if we don't know each other.
And this is how you can send light to people.
When you think of them and you say I'll send you some light,
This is how it works.
This is how you can support from a distance.
And then if you like,
Just place your hands down again.
We have made the connection and it will continue.
And then what I would like you to do is the following.
Just sense now in your body where you feel your deepest fear.
And maybe there are multiple fears.
Maybe some are more in your head,
More from the mind.
But I'm really talking about the fear you feel in your body.
Where do you feel it?
Maybe in your stomach.
Maybe around your heart.
Maybe around your throat.
Or maybe in your lower back.
Or at the bottom of your spine.
It can be anywhere.
And it's a safe space now to feel it and to no longer push it away or to ignore it.
And it can be deeply rooted.
It can be an old trauma even.
It can be from previous lives.
It can be something your parents have given you or your grandparents that you are carrying.
It can be anything.
It can be caused by a trauma in this life.
It can be relatively new.
It can be very old.
It doesn't matter.
As long as you see it now.
And dare to see it.
And seeing is maybe even still a step too far.
I would more like to ask you to feel it first.
Feel this kind of pressure.
Maybe it feels like a stone you're carrying.
Let it come a little bit more to the surface.
And whatever happens.
If you need to cry.
If you are shaking.
It's all part of it.
Give it the time you need to first feel it.
Maybe it's in a deep layer pushed away.
Time and time again.
And maybe you have the strength now to feel it.
And maybe deep down you know that you are not your fears.
Behind this fear is your higher self,
Your true self,
Your soul.
And rationally you can understand that.
You know it.
But it doesn't help in removing what you're feeling right now.
Because you still feel this pain,
This fear.
And so now you feel it.
And it's not easy.
I know it.
But you're doing it and that's a very good step.
You can be proud of yourself.
Now you can use your breath and what you can do is you go back to the top of your head.
To this beautiful lotus flower which is located there.
And from the center of this lotus flower a golden thread is going up into the sky.
Higher and higher and higher and higher.
Just feel it happening and it's making a connection with the source.
Whatever works for you,
How you see it,
This is very personal.
Or with the stars or the moon,
With the universe,
The cosmos.
And what you can do is we ask this beautiful healing power of the universe,
Of the cosmos to come down through this golden thread.
And it will enter our crown chakra through the lotus flower.
It will go through our third eye,
Our throat.
And it will go through the place in your body where you feel your fear.
And then you breathe in and you breathe through it.
You breathe out,
You let it go through your legs,
Through the soles of your feet and you give it to Mother Earth.
You just let go of it.
And that's okay again because it's compost for Mother Earth.
And then you bring your awareness up again towards your connection with the universe through this golden thread.
And you breathe in again and go towards this place in your body where you feel your fear.
And breathe through it.
And that's all you need to do.
You don't need to use your minds.
You just use your breath to breathe through the fear.
And you can slowly breathe in.
Breathe out through your mouth.
Breathe out through your mouth.
And then you can pause the breath and just breathe in a normal way.
And just observe your fear,
The feeling.
And perhaps it is also possible for you to look at it from a different perspective.
To accept,
This is a big word I know,
That this fear is with you at the moment.
That there is no need to be ashamed of it.
To neglect it,
To ignore it,
To push it away.
To accept that at this moment in your life,
This fear is with you.
And that whatever the reason is,
That you in this life have to deal with this fear.
That it is part of your objective in this life.
To overcome this fear.
But in order to do that,
You first have to accept that this is with you right now.
That it is at the moment a part of you.
That you carry it with you.
And that step is already quite difficult.
Because often we don't want to acknowledge our fears.
Or we don't believe that we have them.
We just see them as some obstacles.
A burden.
But they are real.
This feeling is not something which you make up.
It's not a lie.
And sometimes it can take a while for you to get a good picture of this fear.
Why it is there.
What you need to learn from it.
Which lessons you have to take from it.
And so don't be so hard on yourself.
Don't beat yourself up about it.
If you have chosen this spiritual path,
You are going to encounter your fears.
You have to free yourself from these fears in order to grow.
But that's easier said than done.
And for some fears maybe at this point in your life it's first a matter of accepting them.
That it is really okay.
That we all have certain fears we have to deal with in this life.
And it might take weeks,
Sometimes years to understand this.
These particular fears.
But it's like holding a baby,
Cuddling with it and saying it's okay,
It's okay.
You are here,
You are a part of me at the moment.
Instead of always rejecting it,
Always ignoring it,
Being embarrassed about it even,
Ashamed.
But that sort of keeps repeating in yourself then.
It comes back time and time and again,
Like a loop.
And that doesn't bring you any step further.
And sometimes it's a pain which has accumulated over years.
Maybe some trauma in your childhood.
Events that happened over and over again.
All these emotions,
This energy,
This is located somewhere in your body.
And it takes time to sort of nurture these fears,
Nurture this energy.
To dare to start looking at it,
To give it some space that you are seeing it.
That you are willing to take a step back and welcome it.
I know it sounds crazy,
But sometimes you need to do these sort of crazy measures to solve something.
If you have pushed it away for years.
Or if this fear keeps bothering you and it doesn't bring you any step further,
Yeah,
Maybe sometimes you have to look at it from a different perspective.
And then you can go one layer deeper.
Because real fears are rooted in your body,
It's like embodied.
And this is the fear,
The type of fear we are dealing with today.
Just feel what's going on with your fear.
Does it change?
Does it become more heavy?
Does it fluctuate?
Does it become less or more?
Just observe.
This is,
If you really still feel it so well,
This is an embodied type of fear.
It's part even of your biology at the moment.
And it's preventing you from moving on.
It might even make you feel split.
Then we're going to do the next step.
If you want you can place your hands on the fear where you feel it in your body.
And then we can ask everyone's help.
Your spirit guides.
Your totem animal.
Your ancestors.
We ask the angels.
And we ask each other's help.
And all the energy from everybody will come through your heart,
Through your hands,
Through your crown chakra and the energy will flow to this pain,
To this fear where you feel the fear in your body.
You can use your breath to make it more easy to support this process.
And breathe,
Breathe through it.
Let everyone help you.
Let everyone help you.
Let everyone help you.
So,
In this case you're not only helping yourself,
But we're also helping each other.
To make this energy fluid again where our fears are based.
Let everyone help you.
And then if you want you can remove your hands again and just place them on your lap on the side of your body.
Take a few deep breaths.
And observe your body again and the place where your fear or fears were located.
And observe this place in your body.
And maybe you feel some coolness or some lightness in this area.
Maybe you feel something has been done.
Something has worked.
Your fears will most likely not completely be gone.
But maybe some type of heaviness has been released.
And maybe next time you can go one more layer deeper.
Or maybe next week your fear will be a little bit less heavy.
Or you dare to look a little bit beyond your fear.
And make a little step ahead.
And this is thanks to all the energies which we invited and which were working for us.
And thanks to you because we are also always here to help each other.
And just feel your body,
The energy.
And maybe you still feel it.
That something is going on and working for you.
And just let it happen.
You also opened a few channels within your body to work on this.
And also try to see this all with the attitude that you are a hero or a heroine who is ready to welcome drastic change.
That you are able to do it.
To go one layer deeper.
That some kind of transformation is going on,
Has started within you.
Because you cannot solve all fears through your mind.
Because if that would be the case,
Maybe you would have solved some fears already a long time ago.
And the energy is still strong.
Still a lot of things are happening.
Some work is being done.
And it might also affect your dreams tonight.
And then you will get some messages maybe on a subconscious level which will arise through your consciousness if you can remember your dream.
And just then take a moment to look at the dream,
What message it has given you.
And let the energy do its work for us.
For it.
Maybe take a few deep breaths.
Slowly,
Slowly the energy will become a little bit less.
And take your time to slowly land again,
Come back to your bodies,
Your physical body.
And I'm going to say thanks to all the spirits who stood by us during this session.

Wat een fijne meditatie Anne. Mijn angsten zijn grotendeels gebaseerd op niet genoeg zijn / niet genoeg hebben / niet genoeg kunnen. Ik voelde deze angsten diep in mijn onder rug. Een gevoel van dat deze angsten bij mij horen kwam naar boven. Mogelijk vecht ik er tegen.. in plaats van samenwerking…en ik daardoor veel energie & plezier verpeel…dank voor de ontvangen inzichten. Dankbaar dat ik mij nu ook thuis voel in deze Engelse meditaties. Voor mij is het nog niet echt duidelijk of mijn “spirit guide “ gelijk is met mijn begrip van bescherm engel .
