Hello and welcome to this meditation that is beneficial when you listen to daily,

So that your mind can start building a stronger foundation towards your ideal life and body.

Right now,

You might be feeling distressed,

Possibly anxious.

Or in a state where you don't feel like you're in control.

You might be going through moments where you feel like your urges are stronger than you,

That they control you.

Now I want you to take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

I want you to repeat after me.

I am not alone.

I am in control of my urges.

I am not alone.

I am in control of my urges.

For the next few minutes,

I want you to relax into your feelings.

Understand that there is nothing wrong with how you're feeling.

We all have moments where we don't feel like we're fully in control.

The most important thing is to be self-aware when it comes to these feelings and never be afraid to seek guidance or support.

Start heading in a healthier direction.

Validate these feelings.

Don't push them away.

This will help you become more self-aware that you can start working on releasing those feelings to build a stronger foundation.

Now,

Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth.

As you let yourself feel,

Try to identify the feelings that led you to this meditation.

Give yourself a moment to put these feelings into words.

Do not push them away.

And then inhale for a count of 4,

3,

2,

1.

And exhale for a count of 4,

3,

2,

1.

Let this feeling out.

Don't beat yourself up about this feeling.

Let yourself feel it and exhale it slowly through your mouth.

Simply envision yourself in your ideal physical shape and imagine how differently you would feel not only physically but emotionally once you get to that place.

Imagine what your habits must be like to get to that happier and healthier place.

Picture it as if it were real.

Feel your positive emotions as you experience your ideal body.

Repeat yourself.

This is my destiny.

I will remain determined and I will build habits that will lead me to this ideal body.

I will achieve my goal.

I want to wish you a happy and healthy day.
